Desventajas: The rooms are not very sound proof we had extremely loud neighbors several nights. More of business hotel. There were not many things to help tourists book restaurants or get around. The staff didn't have guidance on hop on hop off buses or tours. We figured it out on our own but I think in other hotels there is more help for that type of thing.

Desventajas: Varias cosas que deberían de ser cambiadas. No es un hotel de cinco estrellas. No se como tiene esa categoría. La habitación, totalmente decepcionante. Inmobiliario muy anticuado, la insonorización pésima. La tele no funcionaba correctamente, la moqueta tenia manchas ( que probablemente no se podían eliminar). La conexión de internet muy mala y lenta. La puerta del baño no se cerraba. Pienso que el hotel, en su día fue un muy buen hotel de cinco estrellas, pero ha día de hoy necesita un reforma de inmobiliario, no puedes pagar un hotel de cinco estrellas cuando hay de cuatro mejores que este.

Ventajas: We loved our stay at Crown Plaza right from the moment we were greeted warmly at the hotel entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our wish for a quiet room with a view. Thank you, Simon! Breakfast was a bonus in a spacious area with a very broad selection (including full English breakfast) to cater for the many international guests. The location is excellent with shops, supermarket, pubs all very close. Gloucester Road Underground station is across the road which has a direct link to Heathrow. (Does have some steps, though.) The restaurant is good and the bar area which opens onto a private park is exceptional in warm weather. Overall the vibe of this hotel is of a busy but well organised property with a family friendly, welcoming, international home away from home feel!

Desventajas: The room that l stayed in has the most awkward lay out. The toilet roll fixture was placed at the side of the bathtub exactly where you get in n out. It got splashed by water from the shower, and one can easily slip over its 15cm protruding metal rod for the spare tissue roll. The magnifying glass was only able to face to the toilet area n not to your face. The toilet flusher was behind the toilet cover. So each time you need to flush it, you ll have to first close the cover. The distance between the wall mirror inside the bathroom, to where you stand in front of the basin was so far that one need to bent extra to see your makeup. But this issue may not be for everybody. One who is taller then my 5.4" height maybe able to reach it better. In general... l used to stay at Crown Plaza Singapore. The experience is very different.

Desventajas: Whilst the decor is quite attractive there are some signs that it is getting a little tired. This is only a minor détraction from an overall comfortable room.

Desventajas: The bathroom basin clogged a bit, it took quite a while to drain the water every time after I washed my hands. As a person who pay attention to details I also noted the pencil provided in my room had a broken lead. I had no intention to use the pencil at all but I reckon such issue maybe regarded as a cons for some others.

Ventajas: We chose this hotel as it was near to the Royal Albert Hall, and we had bought tickets to a concert for my partner's birthday, which I had mentioned when booking. The hotel is in a perfect location and they kindly upgraded our room and gave my partner a birthday card, such a lovely gesture. The staff are very friendly and helpful; particularly Andrea on reception who was wonderful. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Walking distance within few minutes you can find self-service laundry, 24 hours convenience store, restaurants and bars, and most importantly the Earl’s Court metro station that brings you to everywhere. The breakfast is good although not many varieties, it’s sufficient to me! Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good stay!

But still a lovely breakfast just didn’t feel very welcome

Desventajas: They have 2 breakfast options: continental or hot English. We had a continental included in the price. There is a special person that instructs each guest on which breakfast they are entitled to have and that the hot breakfast is extra. Not very classy... I have a feeling they spend more money doing that and creating a negative vibe, as opposed to letting everyone have some scrambled eggs (how much can they cost?) and a good impression of the hotel.

Ventajas: Stayed for one night after arriving from a 24 hour flight. I requested a quiet room which I was given. Explored the area a little and found lots of lovely eaterys and pubs close by. Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Ventajas: Stayed for one night after arriving from a 24 hour flight. I requested a quiet room which I was given. Explored the area a little and found lots of lovely eaterys and pubs close by. Nice coffee pod machine in lobby for guests was appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful- yes, if staying in London, I would book again. Easy access to Paddington station- it's a moderate 10-15min walk, but lovely to see the beautiful potted flowers and gorgeous bulidings on our stroll. Metro(underground) and busses also easliy accessable. I found it really expensive for single trips on the Metro, so invest in a Oyster card if staying for more than one day.

Desventajas: We stayed for 5 nights. We left a note after the first night asking for a couple of maintenance related things (light in bathroom was out and tub and sink was slighlt clogged). We also requested some wash cloths. Good for 3 days, not for 2.

Desventajas: Beware of the £50 per NIGHT holding fee they charge as I didn’t see any detail on this when I booked. They also don’t refund it until 5-7 days after you check out which I also wasn’t made aware of until three follow up calls after. The room was also a bit shabby which I normally wouldn’t mind as we are real it’s just a place to rest your head people and are rarely in our room anywhere we go but it was an occasion stay and the room had very obvious paint touch ups needed and the staff weren’t rude by any means but not overly helpful or friendly either and I found being told to go sit down when ordering at the bar and then being charged a table service fee very strange.

What I dislike is that the guests can remove all the silence in the whole coming in and out the hotel - as they may think this underground room cannot be with guest but a laundry or equipment room. -hope it is just because I picked the worst room 011. Nothing good except the bed- which must be available in all the rooms. And, we ordered the breakfast + dinner package for the two days while got a surprise day by day the canteen were reserved by some group from 18:00-21:00, and I was forced to take two late dinners around 21:30, without earlier warning. Too bad a service. It is a problem of management. It is my first score giving under 8, sadly.

Pero nos dieron una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel donde todos pasaban durante la noche, la gente caminando por nuestra habitación se reían a carcajadas. Ahora normalmente esto no me habría molestado pero teníamos una ventana que no se cerraba bien así que era bastante ruidosa. También un montón de puertas "molonas" en nuestra planta, la mayoría de la noche así que una noche en efecto muy ruidosa. Es una pena porque nos alojamos en este hotel antes y nos dieron una habitación fantástica pero esta vez no fue la mejor.

Ventajas: El hotel en sí es bastante bonito. Buena ubicación y el personal es bastante agradable. Pero nos dieron una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel donde todos pasaban durante la noche, la gente caminando por nuestra habitación se reían a carcajadas. Ahora normalmente esto no me habría molestado pero teníamos una ventana que no se cerraba bien así que era bastante ruidosa. También un montón de puertas "molonas" en nuestra planta, la mayoría de la noche así que una noche en efecto muy ruidosa. Es una pena porque nos alojamos en este hotel antes y nos dieron una habitación fantástica pero esta vez no fue la mejor.

Ventajas: La cercanía a la estación de metro es muy buena. El registro y la salida son rápidos. Eso es todo lo positivo que me viene a la mente.
Desventajas: Habitación sucia. Necesita pintura por dentro y por fuera. Wifi muy lento. No hay energía de parte del personal. La bebida del bar fue servida en un vaso sucio. No volveré a alojarme aquí de nuevo.

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación, muy conveniente para llegar a la estación de metro. La habitación estaba limpia, y había aire acondicionado central con un termostato en la habitación. El personal era muy servicial. El parque de Hyde está justo al cruzar la calle. el vecindario es agradable, muy fácil para moverse.
Desventajas: La habitación con cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña. No hay mucho espacio para caminar. Bien si sólo estás usando la habitación para dormir. El acceso gratuito a Internet Wi-fi es lento, uno debía volver a iniciar sesión cada vez que volvía al hotel.

Desventajas: Checked in and was met with a queue and also no welcome just a response of do you have ID for the room. We only booked the standard rooms, four of them and they were pretty basic and cramped for a hotel hitting £150plus a night. Wouldn’t stay again. I’d probably use some of the other smaller hotels and save some money. Expectations were higher than what was realised with this hotel. Also got woken up at 7.30 with a maintenance person knocking on next door for what seemed like minutes with no discretion.

It was very claustrophobic. There is a very contrast between the Hall of the hotel that seems very luxuous and the room. Unbelievable in actual times. Just went to the room to sleep every day, we stayed in the Hall the rest of time stayed in hotel. It was not possible to change room; listened other clients also contested some rooms, not know what or what exactly. Our room was 308. We felt discomfortable and thought even to pay and go to another hotel. The other rooms we don’t know how they lol like. Very bad price quality relation.

La nevera era grande y la dejan vacía para que puedas ppner tus cosas(en mi caso, que iba con un bebé y necesitaba meter bebida y comida para él, estupendo). Bastantes ascensores en el hotel, y un dispensador de agua fresquita con pepino en el hall todos los días. Las habitaciones bien aisladas acusticamente.

I had to call and complain the next day, when the, and only then, they put fresh sheets on my bed. I WAS TOLD THAT THE SHEETS ARE CHANGED ONCE EVERY THREE (3) DAYS! I UNDERSTAND COST CUTTING, BUT AT LEASE YOU CAN PUT FRESH SHEETS FOR THE NEW GUESTS!!!

Ventajas: I really liked the night staff member - Lionel. I came in the middle of the night completely exhausted and his smile, his very warm approach has made me feel welcomed and safe. Honestly, I was a bit scared to stay in a hostel, especially because female dorm was not available at the time of the booking and the room is smaller than it is comfortable. He was polite, fun to talk to and helpful. I had genuine feeling he is a nice person to hang around. I was glad the locker inside of the room was big enough to store a small luggage and that in the bunk bed space you could find a plug, where to charge a phone. The long mirror in the room was also something I liked.

Ventajas: I really liked the night staff member - Lionel. I came in the middle of the night completely exhausted and his smile, his very warm approach has made me feel welcomed and safe. Honestly, I was a bit scared to stay in a hostel, especially because female dorm was not available at the time of the booking and the room is smaller than it is comfortable. He was polite, fun to talk to and helpful. I had genuine feeling he is a nice person to hang around. I was glad the locker inside of the room was big enough to store a small luggage and that in the bunk bed space you could find a plug, where to charge a phone. The long mirror in the room was also something I liked.
Desventajas: The rooms are uncomfortably small with too many bunk beds. When I wanted to open my tiny luggage, someone would open the door and hit me or someone would come out of bathroom and had to go through me. It was terrible to go toilet inside of the room as you could hear everything from the bathroom cubicle. Also I felt the bed curtains are not being changed after the guests left. There was no space to hang a towel, which is pretty annoying. The room ventilation was awful, there is a fan, which is noisy and terribly small window that opens at the bottom, not at the top - which I do not think is terribly safe or helping to ventilate.

Desventajas: Habitaciones y baño muy pequeñas. Era casi imposible vestirse, abrir maleta y casi hasta que respirar si había alguien despierto. Las camas muy pequeñas también, baño pequeño, no había un lugar donde relajarse después de patear la ciudad... A ver para echar una noche de paso quizás haga el apaño, pero yo vista mi experiencia.... No volvería.

So many towels, the shower and bathroom was very modern! everything looked like it was very well looked after also - cleaners and house keeping obviously doing a very good job! The location is brilliant literally like a two minute walk from the tube to the hotel and so easy to get around! We personally didn’t use the bar or order any room service etc so unable to make comment. Shower was really good and powerful!

Desventajas: The mattress was very ‘spring-y’ it wasn’t the greatest nights sleep, woke up with sore backs and hips. We were also in the basement although we did pay for a windowless room i’m not sure what we expected but it was still a lovely room. the constant noise you could hear also wasn’t the best throughout the night!

Desventajas: Beds are like a rock. They give you poor quality bed linen and you have to make bed. When you end up in top bunk thats impossible to do. Never slept. Room and public areas unclean. Felt unsafe. You can pay same price or less and stay in nice hostel in London with privacy and beds already made up.

Desventajas: Rooms were not clean. Carpet is filthy and needs to be removed, The comforters all smelled and the duvet covers do not get replaced when you leave. I changed rooms while I was there. Upon leaving you to leave the comforter douvet on the bed and the next person reuses it. The only f you ask they will give you a fresh one but the comforter still smell they need to be replaced immediately.

Desventajas: I've found maked fake reservations on mine behalf. They cancel these bookings after they have taken the money from the debit card you gave them. For one day i payed 3 times. Two time on my first debit card. One time them reservation first debit card(i didn't know nothing). One time i payed again whit my first debit card (my booking on booking.com). They have cancelled the two reservation (One true and one fake...) after take me money for two times into my first debit card. For sleep that night, i did must pay again whit my fisical (second) debit card £ 14.71. The price whit my reservation was £ 12.87. Them refund my only 12.87 tell me that i have payed another day...that i've payed whit cash.

Desventajas: El hotel Queens Park es simplemente el peor hotel en el que he estado. Cuando me registré, me asignaron una habitación entre dos plantas, donde apenas podía meter mi equipaje de mano y una bolsa grande. Después de una queja, me dieron una habitación un poco más grande. Sin embargo, todo en la habitación era viejo, era stinky e incómodo. Además, no tenía AIRE ACONDICIONADO, lo que era necesario. Cuando quería comprar el servicio wifi, me dijeron que no funcionaba.
Nunca recomendaría el hotel Queens Park a nadie.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful we arrived at the hotel early in the morning check in was at 2 pm we asked if we could leave our suitcases and check in later also when we checked out we again asked if we could leave our cases and pick up early evening this was agreed so we spent all day seeing London without the burden of suitcases and as we were going on the London Eye this was a great help as your bags are searched. The breakfast was help yourself buffet style which included the full English, croissant, fruit juice,coffee etc all hot nice way to start your day sightseeing.

Ventajas: El gerente, una vez que esté de servicio, se encargará de que nuestra habitación se traslade a una habitación más limpia y más grande que no tenía moho. Tiene una buena ubicación cerca de una estación de metro.
Desventajas: La habitación que al principio nos dieron no tenía conexión a internet y estaba cubierta de moho negro. Llegamos tarde por la noche y no había ningún gerente encargado de ayudarnos hasta la mañana siguiente los pasillos y las alfombras están sucios, pero una vez que nos trasladaron la segunda habitación no estaba mal.

Supposed to have a sauna and swimming pool - they were both closed for repair 3. No restaurant. When I arrived looking for an evening meal I was offered a leaflet promoting a local takeaway. 4. Aircon in room not working - had to make do with a portable fan and leaving the window open on a noisy street

Ventajas: The location is easy walking distance from Paddington Train Station it was a very reasonable price for a London hotel the price also included full English breakfast. Desventajas: The property is in need of a little TLC the walls /carpets need painting/ replacing the hotel looks a little tired it is however very clean and bed linen, towels changed daily I cannot offer criticism on the cleanliness of the hotel just that it needs upgrading. I would stay again when in London but I would make further research on other hotels in the area to compare price and facilities.

Desventajas: Teníamos una confirmación y cuando llegamos no había una habitación. Esta fue la culpa del sitios de reservas sin embargo aún estábamos allí sin una habitación a las 2 de la mañana. Por suerte tenían a alguien que se fue temprano y el personal limpió la habitación, así que llegamos a dormir por 5 horas antes de tener que estar en el avión.

Desventajas: The bed is not very comfortable, when one turns there is a sound like carton breaking.. Breakfast is a cheap thing.. Dry bread or croissants, coffee has lots of water in that tastes like nothing. The breakfast room is very noisy. The staff are very friendly and the location is very good near Hyde Park and Notting Hill.

Desventajas: The room was not as described or as the picture received. It was awful small, the bed just could be accessed by one side, the other was against the wall. The lavatory didn't have the pop-up drain lid, not only easy to loose whatever could fall in the sink, but showing gross dirty pipe every time we have to use it. The corridors carpet and walls were dirty. The receptionist Victoria, had a very bad attitude, not helpful at all, like if the customer was not important whatsoever, even when a different employee wanted to help changing the room, she denied it (may be she is the owner?). We stayed for 2 nights just because we paid in advance, when we came back at the end of first day they did not made the bed !!!! I guess it is not easy to fix it when there is just one side to access it. I recommend anyone to stay away of this hotel.

Desventajas: We went as a big family group as part of a 60th, some of the rooms should not have been let out to an animal never mind paying customers and the reception staff were not very friendly and complaints were not dealt with at weekends

Desventajas: All of the walls in the room and were really grubby, and the sheets were dotted with worrying stains. The evening reception staff were pretty unprofessional, blasting music and not helpful at all. There also doesn't seem to be much in the way of soundproofing, and the halls were extremely noisy.

Desventajas: Habíamos solicitado en el momento de la reserva cuna para nuestra bebe, nos contestaron que no había problema que la tendríamos en la habitación a nuestra llegada. Cuando llegamos al hotel ni había cuna ni nos facilitaron ninguna solución se limitaron a decir que era tarde (21:30 hora local) y que ya mañana la pondrían. Para nosotros era vital una cuna nunca hemos dormido con la bebe en nuestra cama aunque parezca raro, así que pasamos noche en vela.Al día siguiente volvimos a recordarlo y nos dijeron sin problema y al volver de todo el día fuera visitando la ciudad volvía a NO HABER CUNA EN LA HABITACIÓN. AL final ese día nos lo consiguieron solucionar pero vaya desastre de personal .. El desayuno fue decepcionante ni fruta (solo en almíbar)ni panes normales ni jamón york, zumos de maquina como en polvo.. Y para que hablar de la cama.. el colchón horrible. También comentar que si de pronto suena la alarma de incendios ni os asustéis empezó a sonar varias veces veces sobre las 7:00 de la mañana imaginaros el susto...

Hotel was under construction but you only new that when you turn up. Very dirty, and we paid for breakfast, it was in a basement with no windows and two baskets, one with bread and croissant, butter. Cheap cornflakes and coffee erne that was nasty.

Desventajas: Dependencias del hotel sucio, se entiende que éste en remodelación pero las áreas que estan habilitadas para los huéspedes como recepción , ascensor también estaban sucias y con materiales de construcción o ropa de cama y de baño. Tampoco esta cerrado el paso de los huéspedes hacia las áreas que se encuentran en remodelación y vi a varios huéspedes perderse en el acceso y tomar las escaleras que no estan en habilitadas (sucias y con escombros de construcción) Habitación limpia pero la mitad de los enchufes electricos malos , cama sin frazadas y no había televisión en la habitación
