Ventajas: La mejor ubicación

Ventajas: Elegancia moderna este hotel es uno de los mejores en los que me he alojado. Diseño contemporáneo Incorporado en el encanto del viejo mundo y diseño clásico del edificio, la ubicación es magnífica, realmente no puedo conseguir más central que esto. Las cosas son maravillosas, justo al portero, me he alojado allí cuatro veces en los últimos seis meses, y debo decir que es muy agradable cuando el portero te saluda y te da la bienvenida de vuelta al hotel.

Ventajas: Very conveniently located Some staffs are very friendly but some are not

Desventajas: The hotel staff in suit is more professional and friendly. We wanted to exchange some more pounds and a reception lady told us that she couldn’t tell us the currency rate until we told her how much we wanted to exchange. I turned to another male staff in suit who was standing beside her and he could immediately provide me with the exchange rate. When I asked another hotel lady to book 2 taxis for me to go to the airport, she said 175 pounds in the first place. Then she said it would be 160 pounds each for booking 2 taxis, that means it’s 320 pounds in total. I asked her if there could be a discount and she replied bluntly that “it’s up to you!” I said you didn’t speak to a hotel guest like that, I am just asking if you could talk to the taxi drivers. Again, another man in suit standing beside the lady staff immediately apologised to me. Finally, another male staff told me it would be 160 pounds for both taxis instead of 320 pounds the lady told me in the beginning which I found more reasonable. Both young ladies in red shirt were rude and impolite. It’s like the male staff who appeared to be more senior and professional came to rescue the situation every time.

Ventajas: Everything about the reception so calm and warmly inviting. Staff were fantastic very personable and always friendly.

Desventajas: Room needed a little more main lighting, accent lighting was nice but dismal main lights.

Ventajas: The gym and pool facilities were great

Desventajas: A buffet breakfast would have been great

Desventajas: THE housekeeping service was not always perfect like it uses to be...they forgot twice the last service of the day , and sometimes I didn’t have hand towels ( always after the housekeeping service of the evening)

Ventajas: Staff were very helpful.

Ventajas: The service and standard of the hotel were excellent as usual The location is unbeatable as well Best of all are the staff. They are amazing in every sense

Desventajas: The rooms are not designed for business travelers. The electric sockets are not well placed and the tables could be bigger. But all else was great

Ventajas: All staff were pleasant Rene the Concierge was especially helpful with directions and recommendations!!!!

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Ubicación, servicio, y todo muy bien.

Desventajas: La habitación muy incomoda. No puede ser que para estar medianamente bien en un hotel tengas necesariamente que reservar una habitación de las mas caras.. Un hotel debe mantener su categoría con unos minimos. La habitación 622 no los tiene para 600€/noche.

Ventajas: Very close to everything we wanted: shops, restaurants and the big surprise, Sunday Regent Street was closed to traffic with a “Summer Streets” celebration; live music, cook outs and a festive atmosphere.

Desventajas: No buffet breakfast, only a la carte. Not a big issue.

Ventajas: El personal es amable y servicial y el mobiliario era del viejo mundo. La ubicación en West End/Soho lo hizo perfecto para caminar a la mayoría de los lugares en el NW de Londres.

Ventajas: Hazlitt's is a charming, discreet and authentic period townhouse hotel with creaky floorboards and antique furniture. It is different than most London hotels. The location is prime! Right in the center of Soho close to everything. I liked the rooms being named after people who visited back in the day and the honesty bar!

Desventajas: Although it wasn't a problem for me, if you get a room in the upper floors, you may need to hike up 3 floors to reach your room. I'd be disappointed if there was an elevator though.

Ventajas: Su ubicación y la amabilidad del persanal

Ventajas: El hotel es muy especial, la chimenea del salón de la entrada está encendida lo que da una sensación de estar en otra epoca con los muebles, libros etc, la cama tan alta y muy cómoda nos encantó y el personal perfecto, el desayuno muy rico

Desventajas: Me gustaría que tuviese servicio para hacer un te en la habitación, si no tienes buena movilidad mejor en el primer piso ya que no hay ascensor aunque eso le añade encanto para mi gusto

Ventajas: Good design and original feel

Ventajas: Hotel is easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable

Desventajas: Whilst acknowledging it is a period property the shower is not easy to use without getting water all over the floor in William Bentinck. No shower curtain - and few people will use the bath.

Ventajas: The breakfast was very nice, although a cooked breakfast is my preference. However, I have no complaints about it. Beautifully presented.

Desventajas: I liked everything about it.

Ventajas: Lovely laid back ambience alongside great location and high standards of service. Fantastic staff - helpful and friendly. Good value for money - a mini bar you can actually use with well selected wines etc at a fair price.

Desventajas: No complaints

Ventajas: Me gustó todo.Desde la decoración de la habitación que te transporta a otra época, la tranquilidad, las toallas, el albornoz, la calidad de la cama, es un lugar mágico.El desayuno puedes pedirlo el dia antes para que te lo suban a la habitación al dia siguiente .Es fabuloso, la cesta de bollería, el bocadillo de bacon delicioso, café,zumo,todo de una calidad excepcional, la vajilla,el buen gusto y saber hacer de todos los empleados.El ambiente único, el hecho de que no veas a las camareras de piso, pero ves que todo está impoluto e impecable.La bañera del baño, los amenities, todo ello forman una experiencia única.El mejor hotel en que me he alojado sin lugar a dudas.Así deben ser los hoteles, con alma.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Excellent room, very friendly and responsive staff. Free upgrade!

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Location was perfect. SoHo is great and we could walk everywhere. Close to galleries and great restaurants. We arrived early due to our flight from Singapore. Though the room was not ready, we were warmly welcomed by Charles, who organised a beautiful tray of coffee and tea. A special thank you to Charles.

Desventajas: Could not fault the Hotel. A very English experience and I hope we can return one day to enjoy it again. Hazlitt's excelled in everyway.

Ventajas: Wonderful historic building with quirky but luxurious room that was very quiet despite the location in the heart of Soho. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room service breakfast and morning tea in fine China cups was a great treat!

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, excellent service and a perfect location.

Desventajas: No restaurant at the hotel so we had to go out for breakfast every day which was inconvenient.

Ventajas: Esther at the reception was great!

Desventajas: Bed wasn’t the most comfortable- room #2

Ventajas: Great Location , loved the facilities in the room , microwave / fridge great idea.

Ventajas: El personal es EXCELENTE en especial ALberto y Esther HÍPER amables estuvieron hasta en mínimos detalles. La ubicación para hacer turismo es perfecta.

Desventajas: Colchón incomodo. Que no se puedan abrir las ventanas. Que la bacha del baño estuviera tapada.

Ventajas: Good location, all is very modern and clean.

Desventajas: We did not feel like we are in hotel. Not for that price. The room was tiny. Going to the room requered to open few doors and some with a card. It is not what you expect from 4 starts maybe from a motel.

Ventajas: -Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating when I asked to move rooms as mine was in another part of the hotel away from my traveling companion. -Beds super comfortable

Desventajas: -For the price that we paid, I would have expected the rooms to be much bigger, and in general to be much nicer. (Also, they have these horrid faux fur throws on the end of the bed. Why? It adds nothing in terms of style and is outdated) -No bar or restaurant although they provide places locally to get a bite to eat. -The hotel is split into two parts and the hallways are so dark you can get a bit lost.

Ventajas: Service. Always nice.people

Desventajas: No breakfast.at.the property

Ventajas: Stayed 1 night at the hotel, located in the heart of soho, very accessible to many eateries and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like about it, was that the shower seemed quite week. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a great stay.

Ventajas: Cómodas camas. Habitaciones limpias Registro fácil Puntos de seguridad antes de acceder a las zonas de habitación Excelente ubicación Habitaciones tranquilas (aunque cerca de calle ruidosa).

Desventajas: Televisión muy pequeña. No hay servicio de limpieza después de la 1pm Mucho personal en práctica Los artículos de baño están dispensadores, no en botellas

Ventajas: Great location, great view from my window over the city on the 8th floor.

Desventajas: Rooms a little small, despite paying for one of the largest.

Ventajas: Great location

Desventajas: We ordered 2 rooms, One of the rooms had an electricity failure multiple times a day and also during the night. My friend who slept there had no air condition during the night struggled to sleep. We asked the hotel to fix the electricity issue or to switch room, they checked it but didn’t fix, as they didn’t give us any appropriate solution or even discount at the end, but very bad vibes from the hotel reception. In addition both rooms didn’t seem to be properly maintained, e.g unbearable noise during shower.

Ventajas: Location was excellent.

Desventajas: Lack of storage space for clothes, being asked for fifty pounds upfront that we could use on other services only to find that we could not use in restaurant or bar. The only possible use would have been for laundry.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro de todo y a metros del transporte público. Aunque se puede ir a pie a casi todos los puntos turísticos centrales de Londres. La habitación cómoda y todo impecable. El personal muy amable y la confitería en el último piso donde se toma el desayuno (que está muy bien servido), tiene una vista hermosa.

Desventajas: Que no me pude quedar más días...

Ventajas: Location was excellent, the room, whilst a little small was comfortable & spotless. Staff was very friendly & most helpful. Only downside was that the hotel bar closed @ c. 22:00!

Desventajas: The bar closing so early! Am a little concerned that the £50 credit card deposit is showing as having been combined with the £80 breakfast charge on my bank pre-charge sheet - will contact Hotel if this is not resolved.

Ventajas: Our room & ensuite were very clean & comfortable and we really enjoyed the Rooftop cafe/bar. After we settled into our room we went up to the Rooftop bar and enjoyed a cool drink and enjoyed a fantastic view. We returned later in the evening and had tapas and another drink before heading out to see a show. The hotel was in a good location, not far from transport services. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing a problem.

Ventajas: The lunch was stunning, gorgeous roof top bar, modern decor, comfy beds and excellent customer service! Perfect location for all the theatres and the hustle and bustle of London nightlife

Desventajas: Having to leave! Haha!

Ventajas: Bed was super comfy! Small but well functioning room. Shower was lovely.

Desventajas: the entire bathroom is glass so if you're using it w/the lights on you can basically see your hotel mate using the facilities. a bit odd, tho the design is pleasing.

Ventajas: Location and bar/view

Ventajas: Ideal location and lots of places to choose to eat from.

Ventajas: Great location for attractions. Room was clean and very stylist. Comfy bed and all facilities listed available. Staff were pleasant and we enjoyed going for food and a drink in the rooftop bar as the views are brilliant.

Desventajas: Unfortunately Leicester Square was very noisy at night, a busker with a guitar and an amplifier started up at 1030pm and didn’t stop until 3am so couldn’t get to sleep. I went down to reception at 2:30am and asked whether the Police had been called to move him on but the receptionist said the police had gone past on bikes but wouldn’t stop him singing as the crowd around him was too large. I asked if he had any earplugs but none were available. It ruined what should of been a lovely evening as had to be up for 7am to catch a train home.

Ventajas: La ubicación y las instalaciones limpias.

Desventajas: Ojalá hubiera una manera de abrir las ventanas para un poco de aire fresco por la noche. El aire es demasiado ruidoso para esa función.

Ventajas: Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Good central location in London. Close to shops, eats and pubs. Very comfortable and spacious bed.allowed a good night's sleep.

Desventajas: Dark corridors

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: Room was very clean and the bed was fantastic! Very centrally located!

Ventajas: fantastic property great location and exception facility. Staff were fantastic at check in - thnakyou to the entire team. I will recommend the property to all my friends and family

Desventajas: nothing all was good

Desventajas: Typical little side street hotel in the hart of living London. Much too high price for what it is!

Ventajas: La limpieza, la ducha y la ubicación.

Desventajas: Nos asignaron una habitación en la entreplanta, las ventanas estaban selladas, cosa que me parece muy antihigiénica porque no se puede ventilar la estancia. Lo agravan los dos restaurantes que tiene debajo que hacen que suba olor a comida frita. Bastante ruido en las noches del fin de semanas hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Ventajas: The hotel is very comfortable and well situated. Central to Leicester Square.

Ventajas: The continental breakfast was satisfactory but a little over-priced and somewhat boring. Also, it was not mentioned that the price included a second coffee, we were not invited to have one but had to request it. However, The waitress was very efficient and service quite prompt.

Desventajas: At first we were allocated a room with a wet room and no windows. It was gloomy and very claustrophobic. It was evidently intended for someone with disabilities as there was also an alarm cord, but the room itself was very depressing. I informed the staff that I could not stay in the room and we were promptly redirected to a much more pleasant one with a large window area. However, it was very noisy as it was opposite a night club.

Ventajas: Excellent location, very friendly, lovely room and fantastic price.
