Ventajas: Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro estado en el Conrad Hilton. La ubicación era perfecta y el personal muy servicial y amable. Me encantó el hecho de que la estación de metro estaba directamente al otro lado de la calle, así que no había necesidad de coger un taxi o un uber desde el aeropuerto. Tan fácil acceso a lo que queríamos ver e ir, todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.

Desventajas: No había nada que no nos importara durante nuestra estancia.

Ventajas: Personal

Ventajas: El personal era increíble! Tan servicial!

Desventajas: La ubicación estaba bien.

Ventajas: Las comodidades del hotel eran agradables (no grandes, ni extravagantes), pero el personal era increíblemente amable y servicial y una ubicación muy conveniente para muchas de las atracciones principales

Desventajas: Me llevaron de mi mesa a otra mesa cuando estaba tomando el desayuno, sin ninguna razón. Embarazoso.

Ventajas: Un hotel realmente bonito. Buen desayuno que estaba incluido. Habitación grande (en Londres). Y ropa de cama muy agradable. Gran personal servicial.

Ventajas: Executive Lounge very well managed Front desk staff and concierge efficient and friendly Junior suite excellent although shower door opening was not always easy

Desventajas: I had the lamb for main course in the Dining Room - the meat was below standard (undercooked with fat throughout)

Desventajas: Everything was okay except one point happened in the reception, they get 100£ As deposit for any additional service, however during my checking out they refused for refund because they believe that the didn’t detect the full amount of the room rate, but after checking the admitted it was their mistake and release the amount of 100£. Thanks

Ventajas: La habitación era muy bonita y muy cómoda. El personal era muy atento y servicial.

Desventajas: Desayuno buffet era el mismo todos los días. No había mucha elección para un hotel de lujo de 5 estrellas. Me alojé 13 noches y cada mañana lo mismo, una pequeña selección de desayuno. debería haber mucha más selección.

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta para el distrito de los teatros. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel es muy elegante, un poco formal. Podría ser intimidante para un turista del oeste de Estados Unidos.

Desventajas: Conseguimos una buena tarifa de habitación, pero las bebidas, té, y el desayuno era tan caras como cabría esperar de un hotel de 5 estrellas en Londres central. Terminamos cambiando nuestra habitación dos veces, la primera vez en la sugerencia de los botones, porque no tienen ninguna vista. La segunda habitación tenía vistas pero era mucho más pequeña que las otras, y no tenía bañera. Nos cambiaron por tercera vez a nuestra petición y nos dieron una habitación maravillosa (pero sin vistas al río). El personal hizo que ambos fueran muy fácil.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y tuvimos una hermosa vista del río y la noria iluminada. El personal era amable, profesional y atento. La ubicación es genial. El conserje era bastante servicial. El desayuno estaba muy bien, pero si no hubiera obtenido un buen precio incluyendo desayuno a la carta, el precio de añadir en el desayuno no habría merecido la pena. El hotel es encantador y esperamos volver allí de nuevo.

Desventajas: Durante aproximadamente la mitad de nuestra estancia, el sistema de teléfono del hotel no funcionaba. El lavabo en una de nuestras habitaciones era bastante alto e incómodo para nuestro familiar de edad avanzada.

Desventajas: En general, la estancia fue muy cómoda excepto que había una fiesta de boda el sábado por la noche que no terminó hasta las 1:00 pero el hotel me dio un descuento muy generoso por esa noche. También me hubiera gustado que hubiera habido más luz superior porque el ambiente de la habitación era bastante tenue!

Ventajas: El servicio y el personal era excepcional. Nos hicieron sentir especiales y muy bienvenido.

Desventajas: Room was like a dungeon. Very disappointing.

Ventajas: All the staff were great, very friendly and wanting to help.

Desventajas: I didn't like the room, we were given a disabled room with disabled fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, I didn't request this and wasn't informed about it, the first I new was when we got to the room. Paintwork flaking off of woodwork, split silicone sealant around sink area. Your average premier Inn room was better than this...….and much cheaper. Frosted secondary double glazing on the windows, absolutely no view at all, pull aside the secondary glazing to reveal the middle of the building, pipes, ductwork and filth everywhere (explains the frosted glass).

Desventajas: I was downgraded from a deluxe room to a standard room (essentially.a closet)and my compensation was a 14 £ cocktail. The following day the y transferred me to a deluxe room and despite two request to make sure there were no feathers in the room...

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación. Todo prácticamente caminando y la estación de Enbankment a menos de 1 calle. Lindo hotel, limpio y muy cómodo

Desventajas: Nos mandaron a una habitación en el ático.

Ventajas: The location is great.

Desventajas: Firstly I don’t like the service of the bell boy at the front gate. I have been to a lot of hotels including five stars but never have seen the attitude like the bell boys from that hotel. All are standing even though seeing the customer is taking luggages. Secondly I don’t like the attitude of front desks stuff. Already requested for an early check in as I have a meeting and I arrived the hotel at 2:30. It was half an hour before of that hotel policy to check in time. They won’t let me in until 3:03pm and said the room is not ready yet. Seeing the customer is waiting and sitting there for half an hour, they have no effort like asking the housekeeper whether the room is ready or no welcome drink at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the room. I booked a river view but the view of the window is so small and can’t even say it is a view. I am feeling my money for that view is not worth it. The room is so small and the hotel is very old. Fourth, the elevator is very old model 1000kgs type and very narrow. It was stopping once in every floor. Very disappointed to take that elevator. Fifthly, I stayed in that hotel at the raining day. The hotel is so old and so bad and even water drops are pouring drop by drop from the ceiling. I saw a bucket and it was collecting the rain drops in front of the elevator entrance of eighth floor. I was so shocked seeing the rain dropping from the ceiling. When I check about the hotel, it says “the Royal Horseguards” is a Five Star Hotel. I don’t know in what part it is being rated five stars. I will rate it not even a three star hotel.

Ventajas: Great hotel with lovely food. It's in a fantastic location for shopping &sightseeing.

Ventajas: Stayed in a king suite . View from the room was fantastic and the absolutely stunning at night. The room was spacious and comfortable with very nicely appointed furniture and bed. The bathroom with the heated floor was very nice surprise. Doorman was wonderfully welcoming, the bellboys were quick and helpful and the concierge was professional and always pleasant and patient.

Desventajas: I asked for an early check in which wasn't possible and I understood this. However, when I returned at the regular check in time, the receptionist without checking with anyone, insisted the room still wasn't ready. Had to ask for the manager, who after checking with housekeeping, found the room was ready. Receptionist was not happy at being contradicted and was less than pleasant for the rest of the check-in process. Not offered breakfast discount on check-in so would have paid substantially more if I hadn't found out about the discount by accident. Stayed two nights. Mini-fridge was not restocked the second day. Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and then felt guilty for asking for it when we found out the poor guy doing room service was the only one on duty. Seems like the hotel needs to amp up the staff numbers to provide the five star service you're paying for.

Ventajas: Great location close to metro and Westminster abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Desventajas: Breakfast average. Expensive price per night.

Ventajas: Extremadamente ordenado, práctico y funcional. El personal hizo todo lo posible para ayudar con cualquier cosa pequeña. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: Caminé hasta el Museo Británico en menos de media hora, y justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Teatro para fantasmas De Su Majest. Mi habitación era tranquila y sin ventanas, pero estoy bien con espacios pequeños; si no viaja solo, puede que se sienta agobiado.

Desventajas: No había nada que no me gustara de este hotel. Cuando vuelva a Londres lo reservaré de nuevo.

Ventajas: ubicación

Desventajas: habitación pequeña sin ventanas sin ventilación en el sótano. El aire acondicionado lo anunciaban, pero no había aire acondicionado real a pesar de las repetidas peticiones de una solución y promesas de un personal que no hablaba inglés con fluidez y que respondía , pero con un personal ineficaz

Ventajas: Incluso en Londres es demasiado caro por el poco espacio.

Ventajas: No es una habitación. Es un pad. Pero está bien. La ubicación es increíble.

Ventajas: El personal era genial, especialmente Henri y Theo. ¡El personal siempre hizo todo lo posible y más por ayudarnos! La ubicación también era increíble, justo al lado de Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Leicester Sq, cerca del Parlamento Sq y el Palacio de Buckingham. Muy céntrico

Desventajas: Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, pero nos funcionó muy bien, ya que sólo estuvimos allí durante 3 días. No nos molestó en absoluto.

Ventajas: La ubicación es genial y la primera vez que me alojé en el hotel estaba más limpio. La habitación es muy básica pero la cama era cómoda. Nunca me alojaría aquí con una segunda persona. La habitación está bien para 1.

Desventajas: Tienen un pequeño mostrador de recepción en el medio de la cafetería, que estaba lleno cuando llegamos. He tenido que esperar más de 10 minutos de la hora de llegada y salida. Parece un poco desorganizado en el frente y necesita una zona adecuada de recepción.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación. La hora de vino y queso era una buena ventaja

Desventajas: Habitación pequeña. Apenas había espacio para moverse. La ducha se movía, era como ducharse con un rociador de cinta transportadora. Agua entró en la habitación porque era muy pequeña. Las fotos engañan!

Ventajas: Esta es una propiedad sin lujos pero que compensa con operaciones de servicios por su ubicación. Habitación más pequeña en la que me he alojado durante 30 años, más de 100 propiedades y 5000 noches. La habitación doble estaba 10X10 (pies) sin teléfono o en el armario. No hay lavandería o servicio de habitaciones. El servicio de despertador es un golpe en la puerta. No UTILICE para negocios

Ventajas: La ubicación fue excelente. El diseño y los materiales de la habitación son modernos y de calidad. Estaba muy limpio y había un claro enfoque sobre la calidad. Las toallas eran tan suaves y enormes como el de cualquier hotel en el que he estado. La televisión era enormes en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación. El cuarto de baño y sus accesorios eran todos muy agradables y los artículos de tocador estaban también muy bien. Si están dispuestos a negociar un montón de espacio para un precio inferior (bien, el precio más bajo para Londres) entonces esto puede ser una relación calidad-precio. También es bueno si no va a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, ya que es cómodo para dormir.

Desventajas: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje. Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio. Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

Desventajas: Television remote didn’t work Bit noisy in the middle of the night

Ventajas: Very attentive staff, good location. Quiet room. Complementary bar.

Desventajas: Small room. Window in the room was not opening (no fresh air). There was no yogurt for breakfast.

Ventajas: Great staff. Clean, well equipped and comfortable if not tiny room. The free cheese and wine before 8pm is brilliant and a marketing coup. It makes you forget you are staying in a micro-room. Air Con very efficient. Blackout blinds really help sleep. Good sound proofing. Comfortable bed.

Desventajas: Was on a business trip and an iron would have been useful. Great sound insulation save could hear running water from showers in other rooms - it was that or very noisy air-con. Not sure paying for a room with windows was worth it as was on the ground floor with opaque windows that were directly onto the pavement outside so just pulled down blackout blinds.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good. Location very good

Desventajas: The size of room with double bed was very small. You can get down from the bed only from one side, this is inconvenient with two persons sharing the bed. There is hardly any space to keep the suitcases or shopping bags.

Ventajas: Friendly and accommodating staff. Location. good to start a walk, reach public Transport - 1hour to and from LHR.

Ventajas: Location was great

Desventajas: The room was very small Unfortunately for me the day I checked in the aircon wasn’t working so you can imagine after traveling from the middle of England to London I was hoping to rest when I arrived, but the room was so hot I couldn’t. It was August and 30 degrees so this was rather dissatisfying. The hotel did put a small fan in my room but I wasn’t able to sleep very well due to the discomfort. The hotel offered me a complimentary Breakfast

Desventajas: Very hot day. Air conditioning did not work in room. Was told whole hotel was out when booking in . Was a lie. Found working ok in reception and another guests room was also fine. So asked to change room and did.

Ventajas: Location, cleanliness, reasonably quiet

Desventajas: The room was a lot smaller than appeared on website. Didn't like bed being against 3 walls, very difficult for a couple. Not enough space to put luggage away.

Ventajas: Location is very central. I have stayed here many times.

Desventajas: I was in the basement, for the first time, and there seemed to be small flies in the room and hallway

Desventajas: Sería útil si el personal del hotel fuera un poco más servicial en los artículos turísticos.

Ventajas: Su ubicación es excelente. Muy limpio, con una cocina pequeña con microondas, horno, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua eléctrico. Muy agradable para poder desayunar y no tener que cambiarse de ropa. Muy verde con una cisterna del inodoro que está coronada por un pequeño lavabo donde lavarse las manos y se llena automáticamente la cisterna del inodoro; ingenioso!!

Desventajas: Pequeñas cosas, también un poco oscuro en las habitaciones, pero eso es porque usar luces de ahorro de energía va bien conmigo.

Ventajas: La habitación tenía una cocina americana con una cocina, nevera, lavavajillas y vajilla y cristalería. Estos servicios prácticos para preparar una comida o tomar aperitivos a mano en vez de adquirir cada comida en un restaurante. La habitación era de buen tamaño para un hotel europeo situado en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y bien mantenidos.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, excelente limpieza, apart hotel con concepto muy bueno.

Desventajas: Internet inútil. Se recomienda traer su propio módem USB

Ventajas: Appreciated coffee machine in lobby. Also greatly appreciated the later check out especially since it was at no extra cost. The apart hotel makes for a more relaxed stay than a normal hotel. Front desk staff were very efficient and most helpful - well done!

Desventajas: Having requested a walk in shower it took a while on arrival to find the premises has none. Likewise it took a while to find out that the Hotel has no feather pillows - this was important as some pillows felt like feathers. Hand rails at the entrance steps were sadly lacking. I'm not sure that preserving the character of the original building is a good enough excuse for this. Disability access is important these days.

Ventajas: The location was perfect. The staff front of house were excellent. One member of staff, a you French man who had just started was exceptional

Desventajas: A bar would be nice but there are plenty nearby. A pool is always good

Ventajas: Location is amazing close to Trafalgar Square and the Tube lines (Charing Cross and Embankment Station). The staff were really good even though I got some negative vibes from one after I made complaint around air conditioning breaking down and how it was handled.

Desventajas: I had room 112 (17-21 Sept) which had tired decor and non functioning air conditioning. Air con had broken down which they had to then switch off for the whole building (which happened after a recent repair) and would be non functioning for another 2 weeks (according to them). Staff provided a fan AND portable air con unit which made the room just survivable. It’s an old building which needs work. My impression is that the hotel group is milking profit from the location and using it for staff training. The staff I encountered were doing their best with great attitudes but clearly no real accountability or ownership with front desk managers coming and going on a daily basis. Almost felt a sense that they knew the building is working against them and having to deal with grumpy customers for a day to develop better service skills.

Ventajas: Excellent location for theatres in The Strand. We like having a kitchenette so we don't have to pay inflated prices for breakfast.

Desventajas: Unfortunately the fridge in our apartment wheezed and groaned its way through the night.

Ventajas: Excellent location. Easy access to transport options. Near to many restaurants/bars. Responsive and pleasant staff.

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Baños muy chicos , aire acondicionado no funciona y algo sucio.

Ventajas: Citadines tiene un estilo propio y el Trafalgar Square se destaca especialmente. El personal atento, cómodas instalaciones, con utensilios para uso como corresponde a la categoría de apart. La ubicación es excelente y permite el fácil acceso a diferentes barrios y lugares de interés.

Desventajas: Se siente algunos ruidos de pisos superiores. Debería mejorarse el aislamiento acústico.

Ventajas: Close to Trafalgar

Desventajas: No service, no cleaning,

Ventajas: Only 1 “toilet” in a 2 bedrooms for 5 passengers. Small, badly maintained and, in general, really ugly

Desventajas: The room. The halls. What I received for the price I paid

Ventajas: Great location (just off Trafalgar Sq. and 2 mins walk from the tube station); room is big by London's standard and the price; reasonable facilities

Desventajas: The room smelled a bit when I first moved in, especially the kitchenette, either it got better later or I got used to it. Linens were not changed during my stay (3 nights), but you sort of expect that with a serviced apartment. I would be better if we were told how often they change though.

Ventajas: We liked the location as we were visiting art galleries and also had a trip to the theatre. It is in a very convenient spot.

Desventajas: We found the room cold in the evening and could have done with another blanket or two, as the weather was very cold. The thermostat didn't appear to work. We woke up cold in the night.

Ventajas: Location

Desventajas: The room and hotel needed refurbishing and there were only old blankets on the bed.

Ventajas: Habitaciones amplias, decoradas con buen gustoo, que quizás ptecisen mejor mantenimiento en el lugar más céntrico de Londres con una buena relación calidad/precio.

Ventajas: la situación y el hecho de ser apartr5amento por el espacio

Desventajas: que no se arregle la habitación diariamente de forma gratuita

Desventajas: I thought the carpets in the corridors were threadbare

Ventajas: La ubicacion en el centro de Trafalgar, cerca a estacion de metro y cerca a todo.

Desventajas: La habitacion tiene alfombra y me parecio muy deteriorada y no se ve higienica, el televisor quedaba lejisimos de la cama porque era una habitacon larga, casi saco los binoculos para poder verla...

Ventajas: La ubicación es casi perfecta. En la intersección de casi todos los transportes urbanos

Ventajas: El apartamento en el que estuvimos (con 1 dormitorio y un sofa-cama en el salón) era bastante amplio y estaba muy limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia: televisor, mesa de comedor, sillas, menaje de cocina, electrodomésticos (nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, campana extractora ...). Teníamos vistas al centro de Londres desde ambas habitaciones con amplias ventanas y menos de 5 minutos caminando a dos estaciones de metro principales. A un paseo cortito de Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus, Big-Ben, Convent Garden ... . En definitiva, si quieres el precio más bajo tal vez no sea el mejor lugar, pero si quieres lo mejor a un precio razonable y en el corazón de Londres lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

Desventajas: Por mencionar algo negativo, a nuestro parecer los colchones eran algo blandos y también hubiera estado bien que nos cambiaran las toallas al menos todos los días, pero teniendo en cuenta que habíamos leido comentarios en los que decían que solo lo hacían una vez a la semana, hay que decir que a nosotros nos dejaron toallas nuevas cada 2 días.

Ventajas: ubicacion en pleno centro de londres

Desventajas: el servicio y la atencion del personal es mala hasta el punto que cuando encargue el dia antes taxi para el aeropuerto no llego y nadie del personal ayuda no limpian la habitacion no cambian toallas

Ventajas: Su situación, en el mismo centro de Londres.

Desventajas: Nada en particular.
