Ventajas: Extremely sympathetically renovated historic property full of original features.

Ventajas: Very comfortable and quiet rooms, conveniently situated for Barons Court and Hammersmith Tube stations as well as buses to explore London.

Ventajas: I’m hesitant to leave this review as I really want to book to go here again, and would not want it to be fully booked!! It was gorgeous, our room was amazing the welcome was really courteous and friendly, the restaurant/bar was lovely with great food drink and service. Brilliant hotel

Desventajas: 20 min en metro al centro,pero de no estar donde está seguramente no sería un lugar tan especial :)

Ventajas: Perfect position and beautiful property.

Desventajas: I guess that I was a bit spoilt by my last visit with my niece in December 2017. We had such a beautiful, spacious room for a very similar price. Carpets need cleaning.

Ventajas: Loved the historic feel of the hotel and we were warmly greeted by staff both arriving and leaving. The room was charming and spotless. Tea, coffee and water freely available in the room (not a given these days in hotels). Tube just a short walk away.

Desventajas: I realise that London botel prices are high so was pleased to have reduced price for this hotel. However it was a bit out of the way from Central London

Desventajas: A pesar de haber reservado la habitación con más de 8 meses de antelación, nos dieron la peor de todas, con vistas al callejón del parking, a una calle muy ruidosa (la 23). El personal no fue muy agradable cuando les pedimos la posibilidad de cambiar. La zona no tiene nada para visitar. Si quieres ver Londres está lejos de lo más turístico. Está bien si vas a un concierto del Eventim Apollo por ejemplo.

Desventajas: I do think the price for drinks in London hotels are way over priced and they really don't need to be. You have a captive audience why wouldn't you want to keep them in your bar spending money. You don't need to inflate the price at all. That's London for you.

Ventajas: Fantastic location. Lovely decoration throughout. Very comfortable. Rooms well serviced, staff friendly and helpful.

Ventajas: Hotel is in a diverse ethnic neighborhood with a fabulous array of affordable food choices from across the globe in the surrounding neighborhood!

Desventajas: Hotel is a little far out of central London. Although transit options are nearby, time of travel was longer than average.

Ventajas: Location. Friendliness of staff. Room was excellent.

Desventajas: The restaurant that was touted as Michelin rated was a total disaster. The B’fast menu for the 7 days did not change. The staff were totally unprofessional & unfriendly. Appears the customers were doing them a favour being there. No smiling faces amongst any of them. Indifferent to customers needs. To ask even a cup of coffee appeared to be an imposition. When the Food trays were empty it took ages to refill. Refused to patronise for further meals.

Ventajas: The revolving door is now working and the beds are comfortable.

Desventajas: The restaurant is closed, and it doesn't seem likely to open any time soon, since that part of the building appears to have been demolished. You can still get a meal of sorts in the bar, but it's a poor substitute. Cost-cutting measures are becoming tiresome. For example, toiletries have been downgraded to the screwed-to-the-wall type, and the only tonic available in the bar is a rather nasty diet tonic. Staff are aware of a downward trend in quality, and moral seems low. That's a shame because most are well trained and deserve better. A week after check-out, I received a 'phone call from the hotel suggesting I had left without paying my bar bill. This was followed by an email detailing my spend from a PREVIOUS stay and showing bills for meals and drinks we had just prior to check-in on the stay in question. As a week had passed, it was lucky that my partner was able - after rummaging through the contents of a rubbish bin - to find the receipts to prove that she had paid the bills they were querying. There were several more more email exchanges, each with a slightly different story of how the payment had been credited to the wrong account so we needed to pay them again, until eventually I paid what was asked just for a quiet life. I made a formal, written, complaint on 7th September regarding the above, and I'm sorry to report that so far (2nd October) there has been no answer to it - not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Sad - we used to be frequent guests.

Ventajas: location is good, close to underground and shopping mall. looks decent inside, relatively clean.

Desventajas: nowhere to drop people off or unload luggage from vehicle. paid extra for lounge access which was supposed to be stocked up which wasn't. sofa bed was not very comfortable. bathroom is starting to look tired, in terms of grout and sealant. staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful considering we were travelling with a baby

Ventajas: We were surprisingly upgraded to a suite which was amazing! Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. We have stayed here before and have always been very pleased!

Desventajas: Nothing! It was fabulous!

Ventajas: Great location, just a few steps from Westfield Mall. Quick check-in. Clean rooms.

Desventajas: We got a room on the 1st floor that stinks of cooking smell which I believe came from the restaurant below. However, the staff provided us with another room which was in the same floor which didn't solve the smell issue. The bathroom of the new room was so small, the door should be closed in order to get into the shower. And that's a deluxe room!

Ventajas: Breakfast is not really a feature here - just a paper bag with some bits in. But it’s as advertised. I didn’t touch mine and went out for a proper breakfast instead. The rooms are very small but clean. Location is quite good for the tube. But I spent very little time in the room apart from sleeping. Bed is comfy.

Desventajas: There’s no service ethic here. You book in and that’s it. Rooms are tiny but functional. The basement rooms are like comfortable cells. You wouldn’t want to spend any time in these rooms beyond sleeping. But then, this is London, so why would you? If it’s a romantic and luxury room you’re looking for then best stay in a proper hotel and with the budget to match. This one is great for a short stay.

Ventajas: Ubicación estupenda, con 4 líneas de metro y la estación a unos 200-300 mts. del hotel. Servicios y tiendas alrededor. Zona tranquila y perfectamente comunicada. Habitación amplia y comfortable, muy limpia. La atención del personal excelente. Cuando vuelva a Londres, seguro que repito en este hotel.

Desventajas: El único pero, por poner alguno, es que en el desayuno es todo dulce, no hay opción a salado. Ponen bolsitas para llevar con una pieza de fruta, zumo de naranja y una pieza de bollería. El café lo haces al momento en las máquinas que tienen allí, pero se agradecería algún sandwich u otra alternativa a la bollería.

Ventajas: Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and generally very quiet. Easy access from Hammersmith & City / Piccadilly lines. Less than 10 minute walk to Hammersmith Apollo.

Ventajas: At first glance into the room, I was dissappointed as it is too small. But after days here, I loved it! All the things you need are available. The location’s great as it is the point you can take any tube to go anywhere. The staffs are so nice and helpful, 7*24 on duty which makes me feel safe. I will stay here definitely next time to London.

Desventajas: For 2-beds room, wider beds will be much appreciated.

Ventajas: The breakfast was grab and go which was suitable for a hotel with a young vibe. The rooms were rather high tech for us oldies but the staff helped explain everything. Everything was friendly and super clean.

Ventajas: I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. Perfectly located near Hammersmith Station, and the surrounding area is simply charming.

Ventajas: Layout of the room was just so clever! Lots of ports and plugs to charge your devices too. And I loved that the room had proper lighting. Checking in/out was extremely easy.

Ventajas: Location was very good, the staff were friendly and the room was quiet (level -1). The coffee making facilities were good and the breakfast was adequate.

Desventajas: There was no Character to the room and the large abstract painting over the bed was too bright and busy. The room could have been decorated to be more aesthetically pleasing.

Ventajas: Modernidad, limpieza, habitación original. Lo del desayuno está bien si te funciona ese plan ( a nosotros si). Te dan una bolsa con una fruta, un zumo y una pieza de bolleria ( muy fresca ). La maquina de nespresso en el hall es gratis a la hora del desayuno.

Desventajas: No teníamos la habitación básica y de espacio perfecto, pero intuyo que la básica quizá esté algo justa. Aún así el espacio está muy bien aprovechado.

Ventajas: Cerca de metro

Desventajas: El tamaño de la habitación era extremadamente pequeño pero eficiente, no hay ascensor para el equipaje

Ventajas: Pretty much everything! The room was clean and cozy, the staff was nice, the location is quietly located but still close to underground stations (4 - 6 minutes walking time). We really enjoyed our stay here. Recommend.

Desventajas: Would've preferred more (healthy) variety at breakfast but given that it's included I guess it's alright.

Ventajas: The hotel was clean. Our room was modern and clean. Great shower. Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast hall and its choices. Staff was friendly. It was located close to the tube station. Great pub nearby.

Desventajas: The hallways where a bit narrow, as was my room. No elevator, lots of stairs. Not wheelchair/disability friendly. They where very strict with their check in time. Wouldn't let us check in 15 min early.

Ventajas: The location was essential for me as I was travelling for a conference. Staff were friendly

Desventajas: Cleanliness was acceptable but could be better, for exampe the topside of doors has not been cleaned in a while. Also, the room was tiny but I guess I should have seen it coming. Breakfast was mediocre at best, they do not even serve eggs even when you ask.

Desventajas: Poor customer service and a generator that sounded like we were on the runway of Heathrow! I wouldn’t return unless desperate.

Ventajas: The room was attractive and comfortable, though small. Nice little desk. Very nice shower. Had to figure out that you have to leave your room key in the slot by the door or the lights turn out.

Desventajas: They are sticklers for getting you checked out by 10:30am. Excessively. Since i arrived late and I was jet-lagged, i was prepared to pay the ten pounds for late checkout. But someone actually pounded on my door to get me out. I’m not kidding. I felt like i was being evicted. The hotel is expensive enough that one shouldn’t be rushed out the door.

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the tube stop. Also convenient for those who must go to Olympia exhibition center. Friendly and helpful staff. Second time I stay in this hotel........in general OK but room size NO (claustrophobic room).

Desventajas: Second time I stay in this hotel: this time very small room, if I had a normal luggage I could not even open it ! In so many years and so many hotels used around the world (London included...) for work or pleasure, I have never had such a small and claustrophobic room. The sink is big as an A4 paper-sheet, the "bedroom" big little more than the bed... How can a room of this size be proposed? luckily the stay was only for one night. Staff, breakfast, location, silence = OK ... room size NO !

Ventajas: We have stayed here before, very convenient and good value. We will be staying again!

Desventajas: Excellent that breakfast is included in the price, however supplies & choice not as good as when we stayed before, no butter & croissants rather dry!

Ventajas: Good continental breakfast with plenty available and a reasonable amount of choice - 4 cereals, 2 juices, several different pastries, fresh fruit and plain yoghurt, etc. Very good location, 5 mins from either of 2 tube stations, quiet despite the A4 being so close. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, bathroom clean. No noise from other guests. Didn't use the tea/coffee in the room but plenty of supplies there. Hairdryer worked. Shower had a choice of handheld or overhead, and was efficient and adjustable.

Desventajas: For 2 adults and a teenager the room felt slightly cramped. There didn't seem to be an efficient extractor fan in the bathroom, unless we missed the switch, so all was steamy for quite a while. Noticed the vending machine near the breakfast room was empty, because we happened to walk past it on the way from our room, but wasn't a problem for us, and I think there were items for sale at the reception desk. Minor niggles, still good value for money.
