Desventajas: We were late to board on an already late flight

Desventajas: Los asientos demasiado incómodos, no se podían declinar, la distancia con el asiento de adelante es casi nada, además tenían un posa cuello que te obligaba a quedar con él cuerpo más rígido. Llegué con el cuello hecho una calamidad u también con mi espalda, ni siquiera pude dormir

Desventajas: Nada de entretenimiento y se debe pagar por bebestibles y comida.

Desventajas: They look for everything in order to charge you the carry in baggage. Bad bad service. Never flighit with this airline again

Desventajas: There was no alcohol of any kind. Very strange for an international flight, even as short as it was (1.5 hrs).

Desventajas: The flight was changed, then changed back. We didn't get the second notification of the change and we missed our flight. We had to purchase another flight and also had to pay to have other flights rearranged due to the delay. $1500 later, we made it to Buenos Aires.

Ventajas: La tripulacion respetuosa, salimos a horario.

Desventajas: En Neuquen, casi no abordamos por ignorancia del personal que realiza los check-in. Nos pidieron documento actualizado de mi hija de 8 años -lo tenemos en trámite - tuve que ir a buscarlo a casa- y no es obligatorio hasta que cumpla los 9 años. En Bs As, nos confirmaron nuestra postura.

Ventajas: Great crew comfortable on time

Desventajas: No water, changed gate last minute, had to run to new gate. Row 9 seats do no recline.

Desventajas: If they didn't charge for carry on luggage, would had been perfect.

Ventajas: The staff were friendly and professional. Cokplimentary snack on such a short flight was appreciated

Desventajas: Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time

Ventajas: Very personable and always a smile.

Desventajas: Best business I have the pleasure of enjoying.

Desventajas: In most cases i was so disappointed to be allowed only 1 lugage of 50lb while i was supposed to be allowed 2 50lb of bags,i had to pay 275$ for the extra luggage,very disappointed as i was not expect that to happen,you guys made me look ashamed infront of people as i had to borrow money to pay for

Ventajas: The seats are very uncomfortable. impossible to be comfortable.

Ventajas: La tripulación, los asientos y el entretenimiento estuvieron bien !

Ventajas: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.

Desventajas: The flight attendants. The food. Being able to bring your own water after buying it THROUGH the gate. Everything.

Desventajas: At check in they told us that we only had one leg of our trip, from puerto montt to Santiago, instead of all the way through to calama. I had to push to have them check that indeed we were going all the way to calama. They were convinced we weren’t and that we’d have to pay the baggage fee twice.

Ventajas: Friendliness

Ventajas: Crew was friendly. First class seats fully reclined.

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Desventajas: The outdated and unresponsive entertainment interface, the lack of legroom under the seats, and the fact that the already-limited legroom for middle seats must be shared, leading to tensions between passengers.

Ventajas: El personal nos demoró el embarque al avión sin ningún tipo de motivo. Eso hizo que el vuelo saliera demorado.

Desventajas: No me gustó que todo el personal se reía mientras que nos tenían esperando tiempo estra el embarque.

Desventajas: The plane was delayed because one member of the crew arrived late! More than 150 people waiting for the process to arrive to the plane!!

Ventajas: Los asientos están ok, bebidas en ncluidas y películas.

Desventajas: Qué no tengamos que tomar transporte para subir al avión. Muy mal.

Desventajas: The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate.

Ventajas: There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on.

Desventajas: Turn the air on before you start boarding the flight.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing really nice

Desventajas: the boarding was delay awful and to be even worse, was delay from Santiago to Rio then was delay again from Rio to Miami

Desventajas: The seats are a little tight and I paid for a bit of a larger seat. Next time I will upgrade for more room.

Ventajas: The time of the plane itself was nice and the ride was quick

Desventajas: The food potions were poor expected more from emirates... I took the same flight to LHR how ever this flight was not cleaned properly and the chairs were uncomfortable... I was sitting at the exit and my luggage bins were filled with blankets hence I had to put my carryon at the end of the plane
