Ventajas: La tripulación es la mejor.

Desventajas: Todo muy bien

Ventajas: Crew was great seats comfortable but quite near back my connecting flight I had to get my seat when I got to the airport I was second from the back but close to washrooms

Desventajas: There was no entertainment on second flight but I didn’t use it anyway On second flight washroom was not very good my scarfe dropped on the floor and was wet and yuckie

Ventajas: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Desventajas: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Ventajas: More room in Delta Coach than other carriers

Desventajas: We got delayed three hours and I lost my connection flight.

Desventajas: The fly on time

Ventajas: I like that they offer drinks and a vegetarian snack

Desventajas: My seat was broken and didn’t recline

Desventajas: Flight was 2 hours delayed and there were no announcements giving the reason why. Flight itself was not bad, but no individual screens and poor channels ( no movies) on a bigger screen. Not do great on a 5 and a half hour flight.

Ventajas: Great crew. Falafel meal was delish.

Desventajas: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.

Ventajas: In flight entertainment and food were great

Desventajas: Wish seats were comfier and more legroom

Desventajas: The a/c wasn't working. Flight attendants acted annoyed by the people flying, no connectivity to gogo inflight.

Ventajas: Drink service- Dr Pepper. Clean bathroom.

Desventajas: The seat was very hard but I was sitting in economy.

Desventajas: I hate checking in with LATAM! I swear they make up new bag rules for every person that walks up. There were people with 2 carry ones, purses, and shopping bags. But I couldn't bring 2 backpacks(school backpacks!) on. I had to check one. I HATE LATAM! Every time it is something different with them.

Ventajas: Make you feel at home with the chilean way of beeing

Desventajas: The meals are 8 hours spaced and very mediocre for the vegetarian plate. Also there aren't flight attendant once you request them. Latan should have better costume service on the phone.

Ventajas: new plane, great new food style. a re think of air plane food... very good

Desventajas: flight left and arrived on time. plane fine. We were 4 hours on the plane, 1hr 15 Ushuaia to El Calafate, 45 minutes on the tarmac and 1 hour 45 El Calafate to Bariloche. No food either free or to purchase, no drink on the first leg or the tarmac, 1 glass of water on 2nd leg. Not acceptable.

Ventajas: La atencion fue excelente como es habitual y el vuelo super tranquilo.

Desventajas: El avion no era de los mas nuevo y los ruidos al subir y bajar el tren de aterrizaje eran bastante raros.

Desventajas: I reviewed the wrong one. My last comment and score was for this flight. My last flight even though the spaces were smaller I had no problems with my bag and it was a nice flight.

Ventajas: The extras that I was not used to anymore, like a snack and movies. Also punctuality.

Desventajas: Avianca food in national flights is non existing. Not even for purchase. Other than that flight was pretty good indeed.

Ventajas: I was upgraded to Comfort+ and the seat next to me was left vacant. That was a great flight!

Ventajas: Decent food on long-haul flight, and good entertainment.

Desventajas: The flight crew was an hour late. Therefore our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. They then separated me and husband on our next flight and put us in the back of the plane. No one apologized once and the entire crew appeared quite indifferent and unfriendly.

Desventajas: We got there to check our bags about 90 min before check in bc we were trying to avoid the chaos of rush hour time at LAX but avanica wouldn’t take our bags that early so we had to drag them around and wait till there’s were plenty of other people in line. This all could of been avoided and easier.
