Desventajas: The check in experience was the absolute worst. My parents were left stranded at the reception and kept being pushed around because the hotel could not find the booking. It was the worst 5hrs of their trip, as they were sidelined in front of other guests yet this was a repeat stay. All that glitters is not really gold

Ventajas: The hotel titles itself like "the most luxury hotel". From six 5-star hotel I had opportunity to visit in UAE (Jebel Dhanna, Anantara Qasr AS, Pallace Downtown, Park Hyatt Dubai, Al Maha) it's significantly the most opulent luxury. If you are worth to spend money for 170 m2 suite in two floors, with double restroom, grand bathroom, own imperial style stairs, surrounded by gold color everywhere, this is your choice. If you add phenomenal external, but especially internal architecture - that airy open monster space inside of the hotel, perfect services of hotel background, you will get outstanding cocktail. To be in the hotel is experience. The hotel is the experience. From hotel services I would like to apreciate in dining service. I enjoyed steamed halibut a lot! I very hope for another but longer opportunity for next stay there :)
Desventajas: only this detail was surprising - if the bathroom has 20 m2, why used whirlpool-bath was not chosen for two persons if the room is designed for couples.

Ventajas: Habitaciones grandes con una gran vista del horizonte de Dubai. A diferencia de algunos de los otros hoteles, Raffles incluye Wi-Fi en la tarifa de su habitación, que creo que es la manera correcta de ir, ya que la mayoría de la gente tiene acceso a Internet en el trabajo y en casa. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Está conectado a un gran centro comercial, así que tienes fácil acceso a todas las tiendas y restaurantes en él. La estación de metro está a poca distancia a pie del hotel. Sin duda es un hotel al que volvería y se lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

Desventajas: the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked to calibrate my anniversary and my wife's birthday. We agreed that I shall check in and after one hour I leave the room to prepare a little arrangement for the occasion and they confirmed that to me. I left the room and returned after mid night and they didn’t do anything in the room and all their promises were not met or delivered.
Big disappointment for me and defiantly my wife was very disappointed from me ..

Ventajas: Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos en el JET en Dubai por dos noches, de camino a Tailandia para nuestra luna de miel. Dubai es una ciudad cara, así que el coste de una noche o dos en el JET está a la altura de otros hoteles de la zona. Está situado cerca del centro comercial y la estación de metro y tren, y es la personificación del lujo, el confort y el relax. Me he alojado en el hotel por numerosos viajes de negocios e insistí en que nos alojaramos allí para una parada rápida Las vistas, el personal, la habitación, el desayuno (que no está incluido en el precio de la habitación, por desgracia, pero vale la pena si te apetece derrochar), la piscina, y las comodidades hacen de éste un lugar perfecto para alojarse.
Desventajas: Tal como se ha observado anteriormente, sería bueno si el hotel tuviera desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación, pero por lo demás no hay nada que pueda decir que no me gusta.

Ventajas: Reservé hace 3 meses. Cuando llegamos no había cuartos. Luego de esperar 90’ nos dieron una especie de suite. La verdad no se si respetaron el precio pactado, o cobraron más. Todo el check-out fue muy rápido y no pude hacer los números, eran las 04.00 am y estaba medio dormido

Ventajas: The staff, the service, the quality was all excellent!! It was more than expected. The pool and gym was also amazing services. I would definitely stay there again and if our children are with us we would have utilized the complimentary wadi water park and private beach tickets.
Desventajas: The food packages in the hotel were a little too expensive, but there were too many other food options around town to worry about the hotel restaurants.

Ventajas: All the staff in this hotel are so professional and super friendly... the smell once you enter the hotel OMG it is very nice .....the xmas decoration was so eye catching ....the hotel was sparky clean ... i will come again and again. i booked the executive suite with half board a break fast and i got a dinner that i can choose from 3 different restaurants besides I had an access to the executive club in the 42 floor where I can have my after noon tea or coffee with some snacks for free. The most amazing part of my experience is that I shared with the property that i am celebrating my anniversary and they arranged my room nicely with flowers on the bed and a chocolate cake with a plate of fruits. Unforgettable
Desventajas: The drinks price was not included on my dinner and i paid separately for it and the restaurant didn’t inform me that i have to pay for the drinks separately and it is not part of my meal plan.

Ventajas: El personal del hotel no podían ser más atentos, cada solicitud fue atendido en seguida y con mucha amabilidad. Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares y la limpieza impecable. El desayuno es abundante y hay algo para todas las nacionalidades. Sin duda, un 5 estrellas en toda regla!! Una estancia maravillosa.

Ventajas: La amabilidad de TODOS los empleados que te hacen sentir como en casa, la espaciosa habitación que limpiaban dos veces al día, la cama gigante con sus comfortables almohadas, los artículos de higiene que hay en el baño, las dos piscinas (la de la torre 2 está climatizada) y la posibilidad de ir a la playa del hotel hermano Le Royale.
Desventajas: Por decir algo, que no hay ningún canal de TV en español.

Desventajas: Tienen unos restaurantes muy bien ubicados con vista y calidad. Los platos buenos pero muy escasos. Cuando se pide una entrada y un plato principal el comensal debe quedar mínimamente satisfecho. En mi caso, pedí un carpaccio de carne vacuna y era una feta de carne de 10x10 cm transparente muy bien preparado pero escasísima y luego unos ravioli excelentes pero que no eran mas que siete u ocho ravioles. Eso no puede ser un comida completa. Decidí ir a comer postre a otro lugar. Presenté el comentario en la Recepción. Supongo que corregiran ese aspecto porque es un hotel superior.

Ventajas: El staff fue sumamente cálido y atento. El servicio es espectacular y cada detalle del resort está bien cuidado. Las piscinas son fantásticas y la playa es algo de otro mundo. El staff siempre está preocupado y atento para socorrerte en cada situación. Vale la pena cada dólar y si quieren vivir una experiencia hermosa en Dubai.
Desventajas: Todo fue espectacular, lo único es que el servicio que tienen de canchas de tenis es pago aunque tengas todo tu equipamiento y no necesites de ningún artículo del hotel (raquetas, pelotas, etc). El servicio por una hora era bastante caro y las canchas en su mayoría siempre estaban en desuso. ¡Una pena porque las canchas son preciosas!

Ventajas: The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was incredible - lots of options; special breakfast treats for asians who love their Chai and dosas/vadai in the morning! We travelled in December - some lovely Christmas decorations with Christmas trees / reindeer etc which was very festive. The restaurants at the hotel are really nice. Overall, had a lovely time and would definitely stay in this hotel again!
Desventajas: We booked a twin room; when we arrived into our room - there was a double bed in the room. This was a little disappointing. Contacted the receptionist who informed me that they could convert it into a twin room. It would have made sense to have the twin room, as we had requested in the booking. The rest of the stay was lovely.

Ventajas: We arrive late, and the beautiful lady wearing the Indian dress brought us the greeting juice .our room is bit higher floor which is nice for enjoying the view of sun rising . Delicious dinner and breakfast, special breakfast, they provide all different style include English breakfast,the continent and Arabic. Also have shuttle travel to the mall of dubai, if you get up early for breakfast in the lounge of khalifa, the taxi only takes 6mins to get you there.

Ventajas: Un hotel perfecto si vas de vacaciones a Dubai. Situado en la mejor zona de playas ( con playa privada preciosa) y al lado de The Walk donde está el ocio de la ciudad. El hotel es perfecto. Personal super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Buffet de desayuno espectacular y amplísimo jardín con 4-5 piscinas con una temperatura perfecta para refrescarse del calorazo que hace en la ciudad. No dan ganas de moverse de el.
Desventajas: Nada. Todo perfecto.

Desventajas: The rooms are very basic and not worth the money. The room service is also a little slow. And the staffs are so busy that you have to wait a lot for everything from checking in to check out and luggage pick up. Too professional and less warm ams welcoming. The restaurent doesn’t offer much veg options inspite of being so costly. The Aquaventure water park is also very expensive and not even that good.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the male staff (forgot to get his name though) in the restaurant where we had our breakfast. Desventajas: Nice hotel. Good location. Very comfortable room. But all of those good points are destroyed with the awful service given for the breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and the same problems always appeared : 1) make a queue 20-25 mins to have the “right” to eat 2) we had to ask 3 times for black coffee (the 2 days) to receive 1 black coffee and 1 cappuccino that we accepted because we were leaving 3) the place is so crowded that the seats let only few space to let people walking safely. I saw 2 people almost falling cause of this point.

Las instalaciones, fantásticas, la calidad de la comida, las vistas, el servicio, etc. Pero si algo hay que destacar de manera especial ha sido el trato de TODO el personal del hotel, pero haciendo especial hincapié en tos el staff de la zona del Business Club en la planta 37. Algunos de los nombres que recuerdo son, Yasmina, Sabash, Ajim, Adeel, Malika, Azmaigi, Sofía, Ou, Ebreu, Roy, etc. No me quiero olvidar del fantástico Gym y la atención de Yonus. Realmente, más que un hotel, es una experiencia que eexlmke do vivir.

Era muy buena esta posibilidad, como así también que se disponía de un pequeño supermercado, en donde era posible comprar bebidas, frutas, verduras, etc. El servicio fue excelente de parte de todos. Pero especialmente mencionaré a Senia que fue muy amable conmigo y me indicó los servicios del hotel, los medios de transporte y los tours que más me convenía realizar.

The manager just after booking got in touch with us via WhatsApp and answered questions to help out planning our trip, he was very accessible and kind! We had rented a car and we had a free parking included. Place is secured, felt very safe. Had a good trip!

But I assume that this would be the comment on any of the buildings of this area of the marina and around most Mosque in UAE... That's a cultural thing! The gym accessories are old style and at the pool the whirlpool bubbles needed to be repair. No outside pool.

Ventajas: The location is superb, few blocks away from Metro. The owner of the property is easy to contact and responds on my messages promptly. There is a 24/7 convenient store in front of the building. Cooking utensils, towels, laundry soaps are provided. Beds are comfortable. WiFi connection is fast. We enjoyed our stay.
Desventajas: It would be better if shampoo and dish washing liquid were available. I suggest for the television to be upgraded. We plan to watch a movie using my laptop but can't seem to find a HDMI port. Also the wall clock's battery was off during our stay, but was not a major problem.

Ventajas: The communication with the owner was fantastic from the start. On booking, I received a detailed email with all information needed such as contact details, location and arrival process. I was even able to communicate with the owner directly and they responded instantly every time. The location is simply one of the best in Dubai - the view from the window was great and its right in the Marina. Location is convenient for Dubai Marina, JLT and more. Plus taxis are always waiting outside ready to take you wherever you need to go. Apartment staff are friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Owner was always available if required, but was not necessary. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ventajas: location was close to the open top bus stop and cruise down the creek but that is all I can say on a positive note
Desventajas: The hotel is in very old part of Dubai and is dated and drab. Reception is in an area of covered shops like a ,market and quite scruffy. Breakfast is adequate with toast/marmalade/butter/cereals/porridge/sausages/tea and coffee but the dining room furniture is very worn and shabby. It's a cheap hotel which provides basic needs but I did not feel it was acceptable to westernised standards.

Desventajas: The beds are single beds. A couple would need a straight double bed with 7 by 6ft foam. Secondly the foam is not orthopaedic.

Ventajas: The receptionists were amazing they helped us for everything we needed, they also gave us a room the last night to change our cloths because we had the flight during the night and they provided for us a shuttle bus for only 50 dirham, The position is also amazing because is very close to the Gold Souk and the metro Al Ras, so you can move very well into Dubai and at the same time you can save a lot of money sleeping in this Hotel.
Desventajas: Just the breakfast was poor of sweet things and there were no croissant anyway for the rest everything was perfect, this hotel is a great value for money!

Desventajas: La entrada ya de por si da miedo, entras en una galeria de tiendas y ahi esta la recepción. Wifi ni iba, limpieza de la habitación dejaba que desear, pagar 40 euros por eso demasiado , he estado en varios hoteles y más economicos que este y tenian mejor imagen.

Ventajas: Por el costo no se puede exigir mucho más, eso si el trato de los trabajadores de carpeta y de seguridad son magníficas personas dispuestos a dar el mejor servicio, está a 1 minuto del Zoco de Oro, no hay peligro ninguno, los nativos de la zona te venden relojes, carteras no de marca que a veces molesta pero por lo demás estuvimos muy seguro

Ventajas: The sales manager and the night receptionist in Naif view hotel were good. This is the only thing I experienced in both the hotels.
Desventajas: They didn't porvided me the big quadraple room which I for booked for whole family and made me to stay wait in the midnight along with my family. At first I made this booking via booking.com and then I called the reception and confirmed with them the availability of the rooms for the booking. It was our changeover flight and we had to take rest only for 8 hours and the next flight was on 2 pm the same day. When I went to the hotel and it was midnight 3 am after our flight arrival , I was surprised since they told me rooms are not available since I made it through booking.com. moreover they are stating it will normally happen and they will give us two single rooms. They had charged already from my card for the big room. Even after explaining that we are a family with a father, mother and three daughters , they are not understanding and informing is to take two single rooms.Then after half an hour of conversation, they suggested me that they will give me big room same as what I booked in some other hotel. Since Its midnight and we were with my whole family, we accepted and went there. It was Naif view hotel and In that hotel I had a good experience in the reception and that guy in the night was very supportive. Their sales manager also came and he is also good. But still in the second hotel also the AC was not working and even after complaining to reception no one came to check which spoiled our whole day sleep. We had a very drastic experience in both the hotels and hence I suggest you if you make the booking through booking.com they are not considering this and wanted us to do the booking through hotel which is costlier. I thought of not writing a review since they arranged the second hotel. But still even after a bad experience in the second hotel, i dont want any other people to suffer the same like what we experienced, I am writing this. The whole experience is VERY BAD and we didn't slept well the whole day.
