Did not dislike anything on this trip.
How can a plane be this cold?? I travel all the time, but I have never experienced this. It seemed like there was a general temp control - apart from the air vents. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.
The Avianca flight was canceled a month ago, and kayak failed to notify me.
Plane was cold, seats old and uncomfortable
They changed planes and the seats I paid for at reservation were different on the new plane. No warning!!
The food. Skip the cup of noodles.

You got me there without problems. Even the baggage got transferred. Better if seats declined more. I would pay an extra 40 to have a more seat recline.

This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have.
Ok ok.
Our bag out of luggage was missing and more than 24 hours there was no action. We were left helpless as due to Easter everything was closed and could not arrange any alternative.

Alitalia and SkyTeam still can't figure out how to check luggage through on separately ticketed flights, even if both flights are the same airline.

The food service was good and the flight attendants were friendly.
The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.

The staff are the best European crews I have encountered. Naturally friendly, professional and fit looking. Nothing is too much trouble
Good airplane. New. Design optimal. Business seats are good enough. Special meal was very good. Headsets noise canceling are really a plus. Bathrooms with no touch actuators are good idea.
Cartagena airport need telescopic direct acces to cabins. Very slow boarding due to climb scalators for people in need like strillers or wheelchairs. Service in flight was veeery slow for business standards. English can be improved. They speak to you when you have headphones on!!
Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage.

Everything seemed to go as normal. We were able to get 5 seats together.
Wasn't a dislike, but would have liked to board a little earlier with kids of age 5, 7, and 9. However, all was fine and staff were pleasant.

Again, we had heard stories of kids being separated from adults, but all family was together. Many entertainment options and friendly staff. Also, when I asked at gate, the attendant allowed our family with 3 kids ages 5, 7, 9 to board with one of the earlier groups. That helped a lot as it took the kids a little longer to get all set and we were not hurried.

Excellent customer service and they actually served us delicious dinner, no pretzels nor peanuts ...very impressed !

$50 bag fee. Attendants not friendly. The seat pocket had chewed gum on magazine. Trays were dirty when I turned on the light- looked like blood. Will not fly American anymore.

The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time.
I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"
