Desventajas: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Desventajas: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Desventajas: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Ventajas: The crew was very friendly.

Desventajas: No wifi on a 9 hour flight. Takes a long time to get another round of coffee.

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Desventajas: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Ventajas: The crews were pretty great!

Desventajas: The regulating of the temperature.

Ventajas: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Desventajas: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Ventajas: the food was really good and the service was good.

Desventajas: the entertainment system for the trip from lhr to acc was a bit outdated

Desventajas: I paid extra for the seat but it was very cramped.

Ventajas: The flight was relatively on time and the crew was nice

Ventajas: BA cancelled my flight, but did offer an alternate on Lufthansa on same day,

Desventajas: Being notified of the cancellation, instead of accidentally finding out about it. Very poor or lack of communication regarding cancellation due to pilots' strike.

Desventajas: More food more room - but hey that’s what we always want

Desventajas: Had to check my bag yet others brought on two bin sized pieces. Had to get seat assignment at the gate and rep was rather abrupt with instructions. Smell of fuel in the cabin. In last row which was uncomfortable

Ventajas: Fast service and precise timing

Desventajas: They need to make more leg room in ALL planes

Desventajas: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Ventajas: Comfy seat.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed for more than an hour

Desventajas: Flight was a mutually on Iberia from Madrid to a Miami. All I can say is that MAD is a HOT MESS!!

Desventajas: Crew was pretty unfriendly abs the food was very poor.

Desventajas: Wheel chair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates in Terminal 5

Desventajas: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Ventajas: Crew was very polite & friendly. Chicken & bacon sandwich was tasty, good amount of mayo!

Desventajas: A bit chaotic boarding in Mykonos... not BA’s fault! Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Ventajas: Impressed with food and crew!!

Desventajas: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Desventajas: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Ventajas: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Desventajas: First leg of our trip on British air on a smaller plane with lots of comfort and room. Our 2nd and long leg was on a larger and newer plane. Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future.

Desventajas: Boarding was terrible, like they never done that before. They do not offer even just a glass of water- nothing.

Desventajas: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Ventajas: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Desventajas: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Desventajas: Just not enough room in the economy class, especially when the person in front reclines their seat.

Ventajas: Flights were on time. Good food portion for longer flights. Good pilots and cabin crew.

Ventajas: There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see.

Ventajas: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Desventajas: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Desventajas: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.
