Ventajas: Tight seat, was moved out of exit row because of my age

Desventajas: Could have stayed in exit row. Plan arrived in Moscow late so flight was over one hour late

Ventajas: Crew and food were great.

Desventajas: Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent.

Desventajas: The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade.

Desventajas: Check in REALLY slow. Seat space unacceptably too small. Couldn’t hear entertainment sound over engine noise with earphones so could not use entertainment. Need better earphones. Chair wouldn’t recline.

Ventajas: There's nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service!

Desventajas: Seat comfort.

Ventajas: the entertainment and food was good

Desventajas: our flight attendants were mostly absent -- the other side of the aisle had much more attentive attendants

Ventajas: Upgraded to First Class so it was great.

Desventajas: No entertainment unless you download their app and use your personal device. Other airlines do this better.

Ventajas: Found a replacement aircraft and worked hard to get bags from original scheduled aircraft.

Desventajas: In-seat entertainment systems malfunctioned for roughly half the flight, which was quite disappointing

Desventajas: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!

Ventajas: The big snow storm cause a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD, which made me missed my connection flight. Iberia didn't honor its responsibility to find me a connection flight and had no idea where my luggage was. I ended up paying for a train ticket with Renfe from MAD to VLC.

Desventajas: It is insane that Iberia didn't help me at all. Iberia should honor its responsibility to ensure the customer have a connection flight when there was a delay due to weather. They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC.

Ventajas: Yes and yes

Desventajas: Get the blanket timely

Desventajas: Left an hour and a half late due to mechanical problems. This also disrupted in flight entertainment system. Got to destination

Desventajas: 2 hr delay. Auxiliary battery crashed. Mediocre food. Poor wine. Limited entertainment

Ventajas: My seat at the window was great and the staff really friendly and courteous!

Desventajas: the business class wasnt really so good to my expectation.

Desventajas: The A330 really needs a makeover... Other airlines offer a better service in Business class

Desventajas: Um avião velho, com estrurura ultrapassada de entretenimento poderia ao menos ter uma comida um pouco mais adequada e espaço para as pernas compatível com as aeronaves atuais.

Desventajas: The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well

Desventajas: Cada vez hay menos espacio para los pasajeros. Los que somos altos, lo sufrimos (apenas sitio para las rodillas). La gestión de las maletas en cabina ha provocado el extravío de la mía. Las prisas por embarcar y el proceso manual del etiquetado (al bajarlas a bodega) ha sido el detonante.

They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC.

Desventajas: Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing.

Desventajas: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.

Ventajas: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.

Desventajas: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.

Ventajas: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.

Desventajas: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.
