Proprietor Harry was extremely responsive when we complained about room and switched us immediately.
We booked a 1-King-bed room. Our 5yr old grandson ended up coming with us, so we called & asked if we could switch rooms. The very pleasant woman said, "Oh, you don't need to - there's a hide-a-bed in the room." When we arrived after 9pm, tired after driving all day, the man at the front desk said they don't even have hide-a-beds anymore. We were forced to pay $10 more for the last 2-queen room. Irritating.
