Desventajas: Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Desventajas: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Desventajas: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Ventajas: Reasonable comfortable

Desventajas: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable in economy and entertainment system was excellent.

Desventajas: Crew didn’t seem happy to be on board. Baggage was substantially delayed and both take off and taxiing after landing were delayed by approximately an hour each.

Ventajas: good service, on top of it i have been upgraded during the longer oversea flight. i like the companies doing that often

Desventajas: food can always be better but overall ok

Desventajas: Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again....

Desventajas: The A330 really needs a makeover... Other airlines offer a better service in Business class

Ventajas: Very uncomfortable seats, entertainment system was outdated, airplane was shabby and the main meal was horrible.

Desventajas: It is obvious that the airline has not invested funds to keep up and it shows. I will avoid flying Alitalia in the future.

Ventajas: Crew was great, I lucked out and got a whole row to myself and the entertainment was awesome.

Desventajas: The food was just ok.

Ventajas: The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The crew for Qantas is normally pretty damn good. This trip was no exception.

Desventajas: The plane had a mechanical issue. The plane had sat on the ground for over 12 hours according to flightaware. They didn’t try to work on the mechanics issue till about an hour or two before boarding. This delay caused a lot of issues for so many passengers trying to make connecting flights.

Desventajas: The food was terrible. Why can’t you just serve a regular plain meal. Why try to be fancy with all these nasty sauces. Give me a regular sandwich for lunch and some simple pasta or something. The only things edible was the fruit.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing!

Ventajas: Seat was not super comfortable. Crew was excellent.

Desventajas: There was no online checkin or any ability to choose seats on your app.

Ventajas: Mango juice was good. Food was good. Crew was friendly and fast.

Desventajas: More leg room please. Better entertainment. More reclining of seats required. Softer seats.

Ventajas: Kinda odd flying backwards....

Desventajas: Onboard entertaiment and food was just awful. UAE's version of Ryanair.

Ventajas: The crew and the flight was good. The comfort of the seats were not, especially for a 14.5 hr flight

Desventajas: Just a little more space between the seats! You have to lean to the side, on the passenger seating next to you to try to pick something up or gather your belongings.

Ventajas: Had 3 seats to myself as plane wasn’t full.

Desventajas: Long walk from connecting flights at LAX and incorrect gate number on schedule, necessitating even more walking. Exhausting before even getting on plane.

Desventajas: The dim sums could be changed for something else.

Ventajas: Free checked Bags

Desventajas: If we could have a free select seat after booking.

Ventajas: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Desventajas: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Ventajas: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Desventajas: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Desventajas: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Desventajas: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Desventajas: The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Desventajas: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Desventajas: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Ventajas: Crew and plane were fine. Nothing super special. Definitely less desirable a flight than European.

Desventajas: The international flights Quantas runs are fine. Beware of JETSTAR this airline is somehow even worse than value airlines in the United States. They weigh bags at check in, harass customers, the worst experience I have ever had in the air. Fly anyone else. JETSTAR IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Ventajas: Not confortable at all! I was in the middle seat in the center of the plane and hD to get up every time people had to use the restroom. I could not sleep at all in the 14 hour flight - not to mention after a 6 hour delay - with poor communication on what the delays were all about. 4 different times the flight was delayed with no explanation. I liked nothing about this overpriced, under served flight.

Desventajas: 6 hours delayed in Sydney and nobody was telling us what was going on. I got sick while waiting, and was in a lot of pain all the way home. Also i had to pay $304 change fee to change my flight to Sydney to SFO from the original Melbourne to LAX To SFO thinking since I was coming home from Sydney I could change to a direct flight to SFO and get home early, but it took about 6 hours later because of the delay and I lost $304 in change fees even though I booked the fight via reward mileage and gave up 80,000 miles for this flight, and on top of that, when I changed the Sydney to SFO flight the system would not let me change my seat and I was booked in the middle of the plane in the middle in a 4 person row with 3 seats on the right and 3 on the left. I always fly in the window seat to help me sleep easier and not have to get up every time someone had to use the restroom. This was a 14 hour flight and I got no sleep at all and the 6 hour delay killed me. This was an awful experience and I don’t believe the $304 charge was worth it considering I paid 80,000 miles + taxes. I am complaining to executive management all the way to the top about this terrible expensive poor experience.
