Ventajas: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Desventajas: Food selection

Desventajas: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!

Ventajas: the price is why we chose BA, but never again

Desventajas: crew seemed bored and annoyed to be on the plane, seats were pretty awful

Desventajas: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Desventajas: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Desventajas: More leg room in economy class seating. Very little recline of seats. It is torture flying on a Boeing 777 for 8 hours in economy.

Ventajas: Food, landing, departure. Wonderful aircraft

Ventajas: The staff member at the gate was friendly.

Desventajas: No staff at all to help with checking in bags. No communication from the pilot or crew about what was causing delays, or estimated arrival time.

Desventajas: Bigger seats, more room between the seets.

Desventajas: This is my 2nd International Flight and Qantas outrated the other airline 100x’s over. Thank you

Desventajas: Our original flight was cancelled and we were not notified by justfly. Just fly also accepted the flights on our behalf so it mean we couldn't chose the new flights

Ventajas: The staff are always so friendly, and even though we had to return to the airport due to a plane fault, the airline handled things very well. Loved free wifi

Desventajas: Qantas’ fleet is a bit sad and aged and needs to be a little bit more modern. I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member

Desventajas: More leg room and space between seats is needed.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly and plane was clean and comfortable. Pilot kept us informed on our progress and flight was on time.

Desventajas: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Desventajas: The bus took forever to reach the plane. Food quality was poor

Desventajas: Train staff to be more responsive to customersn need

Ventajas: The most impressive service found was the baggage arrival on time despite the short transient time in Abu Dhabi. In most airline this would be missed and will arrive the next flight.

Desventajas: Unfortunately there were many babies crying and poking around the entire time, but that can’t be helped. Everything airlines related was great though.

Desventajas: I was offered an upgrade to 1st class, but not to my wife, I m thankful but had to decline the upgrade. I was hoping for more courtesy for an upgrade to us both as traveling couple rather than to one only

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: Both flights through Detroit were re-routed, our luggage was lost for 4 days.

Desventajas: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Desventajas: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Ventajas: It was our first time flying on Qantas. everything was above expectations.

Ventajas: The crew for Qantas is normally pretty damn good. This trip was no exception.

Desventajas: The plane had a mechanical issue. The plane had sat on the ground for over 12 hours according to flightaware. They didn’t try to work on the mechanics issue till about an hour or two before boarding. This delay caused a lot of issues for so many passengers trying to make connecting flights.

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Economy class seats are never super comfy, however, they were just fine.

Ventajas: Overall good for economy.

Desventajas: Nothing really. Perhaps the food.

Desventajas: The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines.

Desventajas: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Ventajas: Crew was attentive. Timings were spot on.

Desventajas: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Desventajas: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected
