Ventajas: The crew was great and the seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: If the seats reclined more, it would have been easier to sleep. The baby behind me would not stop screaming for 7 of the 15 hour flight. The flight was oversold so there was no where I could move. Even ear plugs didn’t help. Everyone was miserable.

Ventajas: Short flight, but they fed us great food, great service, even good wine.

Desventajas: The international flights Quantas runs are fine. Beware of JETSTAR this airline is somehow even worse than value airlines in the United States. They weigh bags at check in, harass customers, the worst experience I have ever had in the air. Fly anyone else. JETSTAR IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Desventajas: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Desventajas: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Ventajas: The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me.

Desventajas: I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips.

Desventajas: More leg room in economy class seating. Very little recline of seats. It is torture flying on a Boeing 777 for 8 hours in economy.

Ventajas: First rate crew, friendly and professional through the long flight. The food was excellent and the crew offered snacks and drinks between meals. I paid the extra to sit in a section upstairs that I was able to get up and move around frequently.

Desventajas: It’s a long flight but that can’t be helped. Economy seats are really cramped and so I paid $190 for more leg room on the way back. Would highly recommend. I wouldn’t sit right next to the bathroom again. (Check seat guru first) Also wasn’t able to check in with my mobile phone. Had to go through the line.

Desventajas: Our original flight was cancelled and we were not notified by justfly. Just fly also accepted the flights on our behalf so it mean we couldn't chose the new flights

Ventajas: Everything, I was upgraded to the upper cabin, crews are wonderfully friendly and warm.

Desventajas: First aid kit, in case of sudden nose bleed caused by dry air. Other than that, perfect!

Desventajas: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Desventajas: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Desventajas: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Ventajas: The staff are always so friendly, and even though we had to return to the airport due to a plane fault, the airline handled things very well. Loved free wifi

Desventajas: Qantas’ fleet is a bit sad and aged and needs to be a little bit more modern. I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member

Ventajas: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!

Desventajas: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Desventajas: Just a little more space between the seats! You have to lean to the side, on the passenger seating next to you to try to pick something up or gather your belongings.

Desventajas: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Ventajas: The most impressive service found was the baggage arrival on time despite the short transient time in Abu Dhabi. In most airline this would be missed and will arrive the next flight.
