Walking distance to main attractions, although in Vientiane everything is walking distance. So really... nothing! Staff barely spoke english and were useless. Internet was not working during our whole stay ( in personal computers), and we booked that hotel bc it said free inernet. They had 2 computers in the lobby that it worked in, but guests it was hard as everyone was using it, all guests were annoyed at this. The staff did nothing about it, and did not offer any kind of compensation. There are plenty of better value hotels in this same area. I wish Booking.com would stop listing hotels when the promises it offers are not delivered.
Good breakfast spread House keeping was a bit slack
Good selection of TV channels and good water pressure in the bathroom. The staff gave me the wrong room when I arrived and they didn't seem generally very interested. They were friendly other times though. Also the bed very lumpy and seemed to be old.
Excellent food, both the breakfast and evening buffet. Good service in restaurant. Well assorted mini bar. Many things broken in Fitness Club. Madress very old and bumpy. Extremely expensive beer, vine and liqour in bars and restaurant, 3-4 times the prize of any restaurant/bar in town. Located in "the middle of nowhere" 3 kms from city/shopping/restaurants.
Nice pool and fitness facilities. Staff could barely speak English and were not especially helpful. Breakfast was a real disappointment -- poor selection and the food wasn't very tasty.
facilities are not good, internet is expensive and not stable
It's an old clean affordable three star hotel with good sized rooms and reasonable service.
