Ventajas: Service was only good in the restaurant. Starting with a major mistake when we arrived (they gave us an unserviced room), from the room not having the DO NOT DISTURB sign, no slippers, no coffee cups (even thought they offered a good coffee machine and the capsules), every day there was an issue. even with our water we were during one of the nights. not good at all for a One and Only. would not go back.

Ventajas: Beautiful property. Good tennis facility with lovely tennis pros. Spa and spa therapists are professional and talented.

Desventajas: Sluggish restaurant staff. Less than average food at a high cost.

Desventajas: I was charged a higher room rate than what I prepaid on booking.com for the same room. I have been trying to resolve for 3 days and the staff have been unhelpful and keep passing off. Their printer was broken and endless promises to email the bill though still not received. Otherwise great hotel.

Ventajas: Location was fantastic, staff was extremely polite and helpfull.

Desventajas: nothing to dislike

Desventajas: Had a bit of a flood in the bathroom ( our fault ). Asked for help to clean up before going for dinner. On return from dinner a pile of towels had been dumped on the floor in bathroom, looked as if someone had planned to come back and collect them then forgot. Was sorted out next morning, extremely efficiently, whist we had breakfast.

Ventajas: I loved the cottage we stayed in by the pool. Absolute world class and I loved the outdoor shower. Great bath products too. Restaurants were really great.

Desventajas: No pool service for drinks or food. It all felt quite dull. The breakfast menu was too limited.

Ventajas: The ambiance, the bathroom was sleek and spa like, the balcony overlooking the courtyard was tranquil , love loved it.

Desventajas: I loved everything

Desventajas: No soul - no buzz or great atmosphere. Don’t like the entrance/foyer - having work area in lobby is very strange

Ventajas: The cool, calm white space of the hotel was welcoming and unfussy. The reception desk was helpful and welcoming. The cinema (complimentary) was delightful and the pool fabulous. We also really enjoyed our room and beautiful bathroom. We felt private all the time.

Desventajas: we needed a corkscrew in the room.

Ventajas: The amenities were wonderful, and the overall design and aesthetic of the property was amazing. This would be the perfect spot to stay while visiting on business.

Desventajas: Sadly there were a few things that really missed the mark, and while none of those were terrible, the lack of care or help from the staff is where they really fell short. Once settled into the room we realized we didn’t have a sea view, which we had reserved and paid extra. When I asked about moving to a room with a better view I was told I couldn’t be accommodated, but they would “make a note if something opened up” no apology, no refund for the extra paid, nothing. The following day we wanted to visit the beach, and on the site it says free beach shuttle. While this is technically true, and the shuttle is free, they charge you $50 to use the beach. A little misleading. And overall the price is worth the private beach, but don’t be misleading about it. To get to the beach they show you an awesome vintage land rover that is the beach shuttle. However when our shuttle arrived is was an old odyssey van that carried the aroma of a nyc taxi cab and had fuzzy dice on the mirror. Once again, if they said free taxi ride I would have been fine with it. But don’t show one thing and give us another. Lastly, the restaurant staff once again was unaccommodating. On a Sunday evening, when there were only a few guests in the entire restaurant, we were seated at a two top. I asked if it would be ok if we sat at a 4 top so we could both sit facing the view of the marina. She said it wasn’t possible. Ok, no problem. I assumed that there were a lot of reservations that had not showed up yet, unfortunately that was not the case. Only two or three more people came in and the four tops sat empty.

Ventajas: Very high standard decor - lots of beautiful artwork and furniture. Friendly and tranquil, wonderful pool and spa facilities.

Desventajas: A little remote so difficult to access restaurants and shops

Ventajas: Hotel Boutique precioso, decoración impresionante! Piscina e instalaciones muy bonitas, hecho todo con mucho gusto! Restaurantes de la piscina y mahorgani house estupendos! Hotel ideal para parejas y total tranquilidad. Recomiendo ir en verano asegurándote buen tiempo y sobretodo buena mar para poder también disfrutar de las playas de la isla... Hotel cercano al aeropuerto 15 min.

Desventajas: Location, muy lejos del centro ciudad. (Necesitas taxis para todo o coche de alquiler) Nosotros fuimos en marzo y la mar estaba muy picada no pudimos disfrutar de las playas, creemos que es mejor ir en verano.

Ventajas: Hotel is lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The Mahogany restaurant was overpriced and the food was poor. Service was bad with rude staff.

Ventajas: The staff was exceptional— went above and beyond to help!

Desventajas: The beach access was promoted as free, but it was $50 a day, which we didn’t realize until we got the bill. Not a huge deal, but something that wasn’t exactly advertised.

Ventajas: Pools were very nice

Desventajas: Stayed at resort for engagement upon arrival to the room it smelled of a terrible musky/fishy smell ended up calling down to front desk they sent someone up to deodorize in which it smelled so bad you could taste it ! About an hour later the smell returns and they sent us to a new room. Not once did they offer to help move our stuff and had to pack everything up and go down to a new room down the hall. Upon walking down the hall it now reaked of marijuana. Another incident was salmon that we got at 3 tides it was under cooked 3 times I don’t know if it’s coincidence that 3 is in there name or what. This hotel is not a cheap resort so for these issues to arise is totally unacceptable, would not recommend to anyone.

Ventajas: The resort is as you would expect from this type of high end facility. Everything is well done and the place is huge! There are actually three different hotels within Baha Mar. I only stayed at the Grand Hyatt so I can't speak for the other two. You will find just about anything you need here. The Bahamas has major issues with power outages occurring every day for 3 to for 4 hours. Baha Mar is one of the few places you can stay at and not worry about the outages.

Desventajas: As with any hotel or resort in the Bahamas you have your traditional room, resort fees, and taxes. What is very unusual is the way they charge for incidentals. They charge up front $150.00 dollars a night at check in so be prepared to have a huge bill applied to your credit card even before you spend anything at all. I booked for two weeks so that was $2,000.00 up front. Whatever you don't use from that during your stay is suppose to be credited back to you card. Waiting to see if that is true.

Ventajas: The amount of space and options were great! Many diff pools and excursions. The beach was closed 2 out of our 5 day stay

Desventajas: Food was wayyy too overpriced ! $50 For a burger and fries and a drink is insane. My sheets were ripped And they weren’t changed until we called for the room To be cleaned at 5 pm! Paying $400 per night and having old sheets is ridiculous I mentioned to the front desk and she gave me a business card for a future stay! We checked into our room for our honeymoon and the first 15 min two different techs were at our door to change light bulbs and the ac filter ! On top Of that our shower was not draining properly and we had to call another tech to fix that which delayed our day.

Ventajas: Camas cómodas

Nos ofrecieron a un taxista para la vuelta al aeropuerto con coche CMG NEGRO con matrícula TN*869 con un trato MUY DESAGRADABLE. Nos dejo en el aeropuerto de malas maneras, nos echó del coche diciéndonos “time is money”. Muy mala experiencia.

Ventajas: Loved the modern euro style room. Very spacious and clean. Convenient to all the restaurants and shops all connected by the casino. Fantastic views of the beach and many pools to choose from. EXCELLENT dining experience. All the staff members were courte

Desventajas: All the meals and snacks were expensive. And could only be purchased with a room key.

Ventajas: Good facilities

Desventajas: Charging not transparent ( quoted price was deceiving as extra charges were too much)and check-out was disputed when I followed booking ref and hotel website. Not a good experience and reception staff were not well informed.

Ventajas: Excellent place, great amenities and staff! Perfect vacations.

Desventajas: The cost of the food was very expensive. Would recommend a place that is all inclusive. Cost about $500 a day for food/drinks for my family of 5. Quite expensive. A regular coffee is $5 & change. The room we stayed at did not sleep 5. It slept only 4. There was a very small chair/couch that my youngest slept on but a 14/15/16 year old would not of fit on it. The room wasn’t entitled to a rollaway. The booking site said the room could fit 5 but Baha Mar site says only 4.

Ventajas: The grounds and pools were nice. Very scenic.

Desventajas: Wasnt aware of the daily resort fees. Found out during checkin. Restaurants on site were expensive and didn't take cash.

Ventajas: Large resort with a feeling of a intimate smaller resort. Loved it.

Ventajas: The location is very good, it has access to the beach, 5 pools and a lot of beach chairs. Even if at the time of our travel it was raining for 3 days, there were activities outside, the pool atendant was at his job.

Desventajas: Few restaurants open at 5 P.M., not to many options for eating. The beer costs 8$ + 12% VAT + 15% service charge, and then you need to give a tip, so 2 small bottleed beers are 25$. Costs for minibar are also very high.

Ventajas: You literally didn’t need to leave the hotel, there was everything you could possibly need to relax & have the best time. Location is beautiful! We will be back.

Ventajas: This is a beautiful property with many different spaces and pools for your different needs (relaxing, family fun, adult party, etc). Very large resort with very large prices - be prepared to drop $45 every time you order 2 drinks from the bar - there are service fees and taxes added to everything you do. Well maintained and very friendly staff.

Desventajas: All good except the folio of charges and resort fees added to everything $$$.

Ventajas: The hotel is new and clean. That’s the best part about the hotel.

Desventajas: It is over priced. The incidental fees were $600. They charge you for every single thing. Also, the concierge gave us false information because she was rushing to get off since it was the end of her shift. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone stay at an all inclusive.

Ventajas: great the staff is great service always friendly and helpful, more variety on the breakfast buffet would be great. Loved the pool the people and staff on the pool are exceptional, we miss Jay but Manny, and Tenaj, RJ, and all of the guys and girls at the bar. They really know how to make everyone at the pool happy and you see it with the guest.

Desventajas: Don't like when you sit at the bar there is no ceiling fan for a place like this there should be one, the bathrooms and the closet space can be better.

Ventajas: The beach was amazing and waking up right on the beach was beautiful. Some of the staff were great and helped me with Landry needs. The chef is amazing and makes the best food and he is very friendly! Go Shearman!

Desventajas: The wifi didn’t work in our private room. The water would run out all the time, some mornings had to go find a bathroom to brush my teeth, sometimes couldn’t have showers. We had to keep the air conditioner on the hole time cause the one wall would make water all over the floor.

Ventajas: La cercanía al mar y la playa a 5 metros. El personal muy amable. Checkin rápido.

Desventajas: El wifi no llegaba a la habitación y la luz se iba a veces durante el día.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, el personal súper atento y predispuesto, facilidades para actividades y excursiones, la habitación frente al mar una maravilla.

Desventajas: Estuvimos 4 noches. - La cama es infernal, si sufres de la espalda compruébalo antes de quedarte ahí - Instalaciones en general buenas, es decir, tienen todo lo necesario para pasar una temporada indefinida. Eso sí, la barra del bar de la terraza rota y llena de cristales, una valla rota cubierta con una cinta de ‘Caution’ - La Luz se va cada día. Además de que es totalmente comprensible en una isla, no habría problema a no ser que te quedes sin aire acondicionado, que con casi 40g es un infierno.

Desventajas: NO ESTUVIMOS NI 2 HORAS EN EL HOTEL POR SU ESTADO Y LA INCOMODIDAD QUE NOS PRODUCÍA. Las fotografías no tienen nada que ver con el hotel. El hotel estaba en mal estado, lleno de grietas, trozos de paredes y techos por el suelo, clavos oxidados, trozos de madera en medio de la zona de la piscina, sofás de la zona común llenos de manchas y sucios... etc Nosotros cogimos una habitación doble con bañera y balcón privado, el balcón daba al balcón común, por lo que de privado no tenía nada ya que nos veían todos desde allí e incluso podían saltar al nuestro si quisieran, la bañera que teóricamente era de hidromasajes no funcionaba y a más a más, el agua sólo salía fría en un principio, a esto añadirle que la bañera estaba negra de suciedad y todo lleno de bichos muertos. Los enchufes no funcionaban, no te dan ni un pequeño champú para lavarte el pelo ni una toalla para la piscina. Por último, en un armario de la habitación estaba el aire acondicionado que hacía un ruido terrible.

Ventajas: El hostal tiene una terraza maravillosa para contemplar el amanecer y la puerta de sol, con dos piscinas y cómodas hamacas. La vistas al mar y la tranquilidad de la playa te dejarán un recuerdo inolvidable.

Desventajas: El bar aún no está funcionando. Pronto lo tendrán preparado.

Ventajas: Located in front of the sea. 2 swimming pools. Kitchen access. Close to Cable Beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Desventajas: The placement of the beds in the 4-bed room was really strange. 3 beds were squished into 2 square meters and there was one separate bed left far away alone in the part with the only window in the room. This could be arranged so much better. Also wi-fi didn't work in the room.

Ventajas: The pool and common area are superb to hang around. Room is spacious

Ventajas: We arrived to the hostel and we were taken to the all girls dorm which was so compact and no privacy whatsoever! I am travelling with my Mum so she needed her privacy. We were ready to book another place but then Melinda, who works there was so kind to us and showed us a different room, which had more privacy. It was still in a mixed dorm but the two beds were up in the loft away from others (I’d recommend booking these beds) The view is incredible and the two pools are amazing. The new owner is lovely too! There was just construction work taking place so we couldn’t have a nap during the day if we wanted to as it was so loud! As mentioned before Melina was amazing and can’t praise her enough! I would suggest curtains for each bed and it would give people privacy if needed. Also be careful as there are nurse sharks in the sea by the hotel. They’re normally friendly sharks but they can bite! I had to find this out myself as I wasn’t prewarned by staff at the hotel!

Desventajas: The power cutting out and the construction work was the worst for us! The power cut out 3 nights out of 4 that we stayed there. This was bad as it cut out the night before we flew and we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up as we had no battery left on our phones! The construction work was so loud it was unbearable at times! Especially when you travel to the Bahamas from the uk to relax. As I said the new owner is lovely and she is very welcoming! I would recommend this place to young people wanting to have a good time! It wasn’t ideal for my Mum though! As everyone wanted to be loud and party at night! Felt like I was working back in an 18-30s hotel again!

Ventajas: Location was beautiful

Ventajas: Excellent location, very friendly staff, the place itself is very nice, boosting a pool, and direct ocean view. Public transportation available to downtown Nassau, and walking distance to a big supermarket nearby.

Ventajas: Very nice staff, the supervisor lady was on top of everything and thats why the hotel is so clean and neat! very convenient to have a car all day to get transportation .

Desventajas: No kitchen after 10 am, but the breakfast omelette was delicious

Ventajas: The boutique hotel consists of 10 rooms, located in a quiet area of Nassau, close to beautiful beaches. Would recommend this property for people who do not want a “resort” style stay. The pool is fantastic and overlooks the water as the hotel is situated on a hill with fantastic views. The room was clean and comfortable.

Desventajas: The bed was too small, more of a double rather than a queen. We did complain as it was quite uncomfortable but were not offered another room, despite the hotel being completely empty of other guests. The maid forgot to clean our room one day which was a let down. Service could be a bit better

Ventajas: We didn't participate in the breakfast....the location was convenient to Bah mar, the airport and restaurants.

Desventajas: Can't say that there was anything that we didn't like...it's a three star property with the potential to be a five star boutique property.

Ventajas: The young girl at the checkin desk was miserable. Not a welcome or a smile. The support staff the following morning was wonderfully kind and accommodating. But, my first impression about the facility began with the front desk.

Ventajas: The structure has a nice architecture. The location is near the airport.

Desventajas: The room is very small, especially the bed. It is declared as a room for two people but should be defined as a room for a single person. Also the bathroom is very small. The staff forgot to clean the room during a two-night stay (very bad for such a pretentious hotel). Wifi connection is very weak. Pool is beautiful and panoramic, but there is no outdoor shower to wash before entering the water and after (not the best from a hygienic point of view). Breakfast is the only meal served by the hotel and the menu is very very limited.

Ventajas: The location was private and superb

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing could have exceeded this experience! Just amazing!

Ventajas: Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bookable car from and to the airport.

Desventajas: Out of the way with nothing nearby for food, drinks etc. that was walkable. Very limited bar. No options for evening meal. Ideally if staying here you'd have a car to get around. The hotel building was nice enough but at the top of a steep incline which my wife struggled walking up. All a bit isolated, and only one other room seemed to be occupied. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Ventajas: Intimate! Very quiet and peaceful

Ventajas: This was an exceptional hotel, with an incredible history oozing out of its pores. It is an expensive hotel, but the experience was worth it. The staff were amazing and the piano player on the night we stayed was outstanding. The swimming pool was the most luxurious and beautiful we've ever seen.

Desventajas: The dinner was somewhat underwhelming, not bad, just not in sync with the price paid, but the ambiance made up for this. I would like to have been wowed for the price, and we were not.

Ventajas: wonderfully luxurious colonial house. Oozing with sophistication and class. Very friendly staff and lots of interesting things going on - cigar factory, chocolatier and a magnificant wine cellar that must not be missed!

Desventajas: The cigar factory part of the Graycliff were unable to provide tax refund forms for purchased tobacco (they should be able to provide this but claimed there was a computer problem - however it was suggested to us that this is always the case and the problem is not being resolved any time soon).

Ventajas: Friendly people and staff. A gentile atmosphere!

Ventajas: We loved the salon and its unique atmosphere, the jazz singer at night, the personal attitude and attention of the manager/Owner. It felt like family! We loved the garden and the pool and the food was excellent. We understand that the hotel tries to give a lot of attention to the culture of the island with the cigar factory, the chocolate factory - both excellent products!

Desventajas: Service was slow and the air conditioning very loud. As service was slow all over the Bahamas, we accepted initially, but were surprised when visiting Luciano's - Nassau's second best restaurant (after Graycliff's!!), where everything was sharp and quick (and very good too). The lighting should be improved to make the dining and bedrooms look brighter and more welcoming. A little paint makeover in the dining rooms could go miles.

Ventajas: The service was extraordinary with the impression given that almost no request was impossible. The decor and history was amazing. The winelist was impressive, and the cognateque even more so. The lounge was incredibly cozy and had great ambience. The cocktails were excellent, service extremely snappy, with 2-3 waiters for just 10-15 people, and the musician provided excellent piano and song. The pool area and gardens were beatiful and lush, with many little spots for chatting or enjoying a cocktail. The location was in the old part of Nassau, which is great if you value historic buildings and cities.

Desventajas: The facilites were less luxurious than a modern hotel, owing to the age. However, the gardens and pool area were beautiful. The place seemed slightly abandoned as there were only few staying guests. (Many came and took advantage of lounge and restaurant, though). While breakfast was included, we were still billed for tax, so we ended up paying $10/day for the continental breakfast for two people. It seems a bit misleading. The continental was also "true" continental - some toast, croisant, jam, coffee/tea and juice. Nothing else.

Ventajas: En general, el arrecife es mejor que las Royal Towers y por lo que me han dicho, ofrece más comodidades que la cala. Mientras no sea prohibitivamente más caro que el Royal Towers, merece la pena.

Desventajas: The hotel is extremely dated. The pools are very dated, lounges are broken and food options are horrific!

Ventajas: Large room and bath. Marble floors and granite counters. Very quiet. The beds were a little too hard. The service was excellent and the property beautiful

Desventajas: VAT is too high. It was recently introduced, hiked last year and quite excessive.

Ventajas: The beds were comfortable and the restaurants we are at were good.

Desventajas: The adventure park slide by the rapids river (the one you go on without a raft) is an accident waiting to happen. Mine and my sisters face was submerged the entire way down and when you get to the bottom you are so disoriented and can’t breath you can’t tell which way is up to the surface. My sister also hit her hip on the bottom of the pool when you get off the slide.

Desventajas: Food in the restaurants is not really good, no taste and every restaurants are quite expensive for what you get.

Ventajas: Estábamos buscando un hotel pequeño con un bar y un restaurante en el lugar, en una playa con no mucha gente. Un lugar en el que nos podíamos relajar unos días. El punto de brújula se entrega en todo esto y mejor. La comida era mejor de lo esperado y hay un par de restaurantes al otro lado de la calle. Las playas estaban casi vacías todos los días que estuvimos allí. El personal era muy amable y servicial. La habitación que teníamos (vistas al mar) tenía aire acondicionado y era cómoda. Nos lo pasamos de maravilla.

Ventajas: Nice beach close by. Friendly staff and food is pretty good.

Desventajas: Place is a bit scruffy and not very luxurious considering the very high prices once you include all the extra fees and taxes added to the basic room rate: reckon on 300 to 500 dollars per night. The custom on the Bahamas is to give prices on menus or for rooms without the 12% VAT and 15% gratuities which are automatically added. This hotel also adds a "resort fee", so the initial room rate soon gets heavily inflated.

Ventajas: Loved the staff and the low key vibe.

Desventajas: access to the beach, steps were a bit tough to manage

Desventajas: The rooms were very old and outdated. We stayed at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for 3 days before here for around the same price and would definitely just stay there next time.

Ventajas: I felt like I was staying in a Caribbean island resort, because I was. And not a modern hotel. I like that island feel and layout. Beach was very close and convenient. Staff were very helpful and always kind. On site massage lady Shanna was very professional and excellent.

Desventajas: There are small openings everywhere in the construction of the cabin and around the door, and there were only shutters and no windows, so it was almost impossible (until the sun went down) to cool the room down with the small AC unit.

Ventajas: Beautiful, rustic-like experience. The cabins were fun, the food was great, and the beach and water were gorgeous! We enjoyed our honeymoon at Compass Point very much!

Ventajas: The property was quiet, perfectly located, and perfect for a vacation. The food takes a very long time though. This should be improved.

Desventajas: Preparation time of food was very long (1-2hrs)

Ventajas: Absolutely everything was perfect from beginning to the end ! The room is huge and comfortable with a king size bed. We only paid an extra $20/ night to get upgraded to a sea front hut. The view from the room is stunning, the swimming pool and the dock are really enjoyable. Restaurant and bar are really nice you can test local food and cocktails ! A special thanks to Karen who made our stay unbelievable!

Desventajas: It is not a negative point but the hotel is not located in Nassau, it takes 20-25 min by bus to get to the capital, and very easy to use !

Ventajas: Mauro the server

Desventajas: They charge $25 per day for housekeeping. I didn’t ask for housekeeping but they charged me. Food was just ok It rained the entire time but I had no roof over my balcony so I was stuck inside. Couldn’t get to restaurant sometimes because of rain. Bathrooms are tiny. I had a rate of $220 per night but when I checked out it was $300.

Ventajas: Helen, Karen, Shendra, Phillip, all staff above and beyond to make stay memorable!

Desventajas: This is not only a lovely and intimate property, it has a very cool history. Its original owner was "connected" to the music industry (discovered and managed Bob Marley). Across the street is The Studio (now a restaurant with great food) was the "partner" of the resort where musicians from around the world came and stayed (at the resort) and recorded (at The Studio). Phillip, the manager, was totally awesome and kept the place in top order (and even saved us two of the best Snappers delivered that day for our last night's dinner). Loved by locals, X-Pats and anyone who wants a truly unique (and affordable) getaway. Great little spa and totally awesome vibe. Very highly recommend!

Ventajas: Las Vistas fueron lo maximo. Justo afuera tomas el bus para ir a la ciudad, es lejos pero eficiente, el personal maravilloso, especialmente la señorita que trabaja de 8 a 4 pm nos resolvio el asunto del tour que nos dejo y gracias a ella no lo perdimos...un millon de gracias...las cabañas son muy comodas y preciosas...pasamos la noche de año nuevo y la fiesta estuvo genial, desde el muelle disfrutamos lo fuegos artificiales que estaban de fondo, realmente hermoso.

Desventajas: Nos desagrado que no sirva la caja fuerte, algo en contra ya que el hotel deberia tener para reponer si alguna falla, es muy necesaria, pero todo salio bien.

Ventajas: El desayuno estaba bien

Desventajas: Aconseje a los huéspedes que no hay servicio de transporte a ninguno de los hoteles Atlantis y caminar es una opción además de un taxi

Ventajas: En muchos hoteles, tanto locales Como internacionales, cuando se ofrecen té y café en una habitación se le da agua. Me dijeron que, como hice mi reserva en línea en mi habitación, no pude conseguir agua, fue algo decepcionante, por decir lo menos. No hubo compromiso ni siquiera seguimiento. Algunos miembros del personal eran agradables, pero el suelo necesita ser renovado en los pasillos, ya que se podía oír CADA paso que cualquiera hiciera. Podría haber algunas actualizaciones de ciertas características del hotel.

Desventajas: Sin duda no me volveré a alojar aquí de nuevo. Las opciones de desayuno tienen que ser más diversas y las colas cuando la sala de pelicanos estaba cerrada hicieron que durara más tiempo. También WiFi siguió volviendo a conectarse.

Ventajas: Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, a poca distancia del ferry y Atlantis.

Desventajas: Incluye desayuno e Internet Wi-Fi, así como acceso a Atlantis.

Ventajas: El personal era muy servicial y amable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, cómodas, teníamos una cama de matrimonio tamaño king, muchas almohadas y mantas extra disponibles. La nevera de la habitación pequeña funcionaba bien. Excelente especial de internet en la habitación a través de Orbitz, pero $60 por día en honorarios adicionales (estos fueron revelados en la web, sin sorpresas). Es más barato conseguir habitaciones que pagar la tarifa diaria por las instalaciones de la Atlántida, el uso de la Atlántida permitió el día de entrada y salida.

Desventajas: El desayuno era adecuado, nada emocionante. Bagels blancos lisos, los habituales huevos codificados y waffles autohorneados, fruta y jugo limitados. Le gustaría opciones más saludables y diversas.

Ventajas: The hotel is right next to the Atlantis to which they offered access and that was very cool. The hotel itself looks ok inside and out, the staff was helpful and nice.

Desventajas: The room wasn't very clean (hair is in the sink, in the bathtub etc.), the furniture was a bit worn. The breakfast was every day the same with not too many choices (tasted ok to be fair) and there was no decent coffee at all.

Ventajas: El hotel es correcto y lo que más me gustó es que por ser huésped de este hotel te permite el acceso al Atlantis y a disfrutar de todas sus actividades y servicios. Tiene parquing para los huéspedes aunque no demasiado grande y a veces costaba encontrar una plaza para aparcar. Tiene piscina y con toallas disponibles para los huéspedes. El desayuno bien tipo buffet, el único problema es que la zona del desayuno era mas bien pequeña y se colapsaba porque había muchos clientes y se hacía un poco agobiante.

Desventajas: Lo peor, el personal de recepción no era demasiado amable y que no funcionaba el ascensor, aunque como nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta no nos supuso demasiado problema.

Ventajas: Food was very good quality and cocktails were delicious! It was nice that EVERYTHING was all inclusive. Staff were very friendly and hotel was in a good location, 10mimute walk to Atlantis and 5 minute walk to ferry port.

Ventajas: Everything was amazing. The staff were courteous, engaging, and accommodating. The food was very good with many options to choose from. Una mención especial para Cristhopane, su atención para con nosotros inmejorable. Y nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal, porque más haya de que ninguno hablaba español, hacían lo posible por entenderte y que la estadía sea más placentera. Sin duda Volveríamos!!!!

Ventajas: I was traveling alone and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Location is great! I walked everywhere, even downtown. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We became friends, since I was by myself. Friendly and cool staff adds up to the hotel vibe. Super chill, relaxing and fun. The last 2 nights of my stay, there were some loud people on the room next door and the staff was super caring always asking them to lower the volume. There is always something going on. There are so many activities! The hotel also has many areas for a great walk at night, or hammock at the beach. Many restaurants as well super good. Thank you all for an amazing holiday! I’ll definitely be back!

Desventajas: Sometimes different groups of people bring their speakers, and adding up to the music from the hotel it gets kind of annoying. Maybe the staff could be more strict about it.

Ventajas: The staff were incredibly nice. Big, clean and really comfortable room. Excellent food choices each day and stunning pool/beach area. They offer a free shuttle to the closest beach (3 min drive). Speedy wifi and lots of good tv channels. And the most powerful shower I've ever used!

Desventajas: El personal pudiera ser mas calido y atento, en la playa no hay personal para el servicio de bebidas y si lo hubo no nos dimos cuenta.

Ventajas: From the moment we arrived in Nassau we were treated with a warm welcome. All staff at the Royal Bahamian were very helpful with getting us into our room, showing us where things were located, and got us relaxing into vacation mode right away. Check in was a breeze, our room was great and the food fabulous. We had such a great time with Richando and Savannah at Kimonos. Richando was an excellent chef and showed his talent for cooking while singing to us in his beautiful voice! The food was soooo good. Savanah made sure we had everything we needed and was on hand to refill our drinks often. Breakfast at Spices was wonderful. All the wait staff were very attentive and so nice. We had such a nice time that we're returning to Sandals next year. Don't miss out on a trip to paradise!

Ventajas: The resort is nice and some some good amenities. The island, which isn't private, is still very nice and there is a large portion solely for Sandals guests. Food was decent, not great, and there were no waits at any of the restaurants.

Desventajas: The staff reserves the best spots on the beach for the butler suites. Even if you get up early, you may not get a great spot on the beach. This is very disappointing as some of them didn't even get used throughout the day so they were simply reserved for no reason. The staff is also in no hurry, which seemed to almost be the culture in the bahamas in general. Just know that going into it and you won't be too disappointed.

Ventajas: The boats they have on the beach for free. I loved the food. The parties they had in the pool.

Desventajas: The internet connection was horrible. The waiters were sometimes not so friendly

Desventajas: El servicio del personal es irregular: Tan pronto te encuentras con alguien muy atento y servicial como con todo lo contrario. El nivel de las comidas lo esperaba mucho mejor. Además en los restaurantes bajo reserva hay poca seriedad con los horarios de las reservas, provocando esperas de más de 30 minutos. Y la comida muy normalita. La comunicación, aun sabiendo inglés, a veces era complicada ya que tampoco hacen mucho por hacerse entender. Si no sabes nada de inglés...buena suerte!

Ventajas: The hotel is in a great location, 10/15 min away from the airport, 15 min away from Downtown Nassau and, if it interests you, 20 min away from the Aqua Venture (Atlantis Hotel). The beach is amazing and from time to time, there are lots of fish swimming next to you. We ended up not spending much time on the private island but when we went there it seemed great, despite the mosquitos. The food was good and there is plenty of restaurants to choose from, all with great quality food.

Desventajas: What we did not enjoy was the service. The staff is nice but extremely inefficient. They are super slow and they kept asking what we had ordered through our meals, which was really annoying. The buffet had good food but not a great variety. We had a concierge service but we ended up not using. However, this service was very frustrating to most guests because the butler and concierges booked all the good seats in the beach by 8AM which meant that the hotel guests that actually wanted to go the the beach early in the morning did not have any good spaces left. One morning, we were able to reserved two chairs by 8AM before breakfast and when we came back to the beach (by 8:30AM) a butler, named Sean, had took our stuff into another chain. We were furious and he had the nerve to lie to us. This beach situation was really annoying because then the reserved chairs by the butlers and concierges would only start being used at noon or they would not even show up.

Ventajas: Location is stunning, spacious room, dining options are amazing, water color the best , staff friendly , rolls pick up was amazing

Desventajas: Bartenders by the pool could be a little friendly

Ventajas: The private island is very nice , we enjoyed it.

Desventajas: I sent a couple of emails to the hotel ahead of time and never heard back from them. That said, everything I needed help with was addressed when I arrived.

Ventajas: Near airport - 5 mins by car - on hill over looking ocean/sea - sea 5 mins walk away. Old Bahamian House. Staff very nice.

Desventajas: Breakfast was basic. Room facilities were average. Expensive for facilities provided.

Desventajas: 100 m stairs from the entrance to the check-in without any help from staff. Also, free access for any strangers because of lock which does not work, but the staff lies to your face that it works and there is a safe place. They told me to leave my luggage near to the entrance for a bellman who possibly will come in 2 hours. He didn't come at all and I had to lift my all luggage by myself. 60 kg to upstairs for 100 meters. Even I have issues with my arm and can't do it without difficulty. In addition, it was the most awful staying in my life. We couldn't sleep all night because of the noise from everywhere. I strongly not recommend staying there.

Desventajas: Grass around the outdoor pool area was somewhat infested with small ants. Problem solved by wearing shoes before entering the pool.

Ventajas: We were surprised and shocked by the additional charges such as resort fees, include gratuities etc... Everything was extra cost. We ended up paying over $800 dollars for 1 night. Actually $1,600 because we had 2 rooms. Terrible experience. Awful food, very rude check in personnel and just a terrible experience for a very high price. also feel the bookings.com misrepresented the costs as well. Feel very taken advantage of and will never use bookings.com again or go to the terrible Atlantis!

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son fantásticas. Bonita piscina, gran acceso a la playa. El buffet era sorprendentemente bueno - no exactamente buena comida, sino comida de calidad. El personal era excepcionalmente agradable también. No se puede encontrar una mejor relación calidad-precio (sobre todo si se mira al Riu vs Atlantis).

Desventajas: We ordered a bottle of wine and they didn't open the bottle for us or bring a cork screw for us to open it. We called room service several times and waited over an hour until I went down myself to get the bottle opened at the bar. The fire alarm also kept on going off that 1st night. Other than that our stay was great.

Desventajas: The bed was terrible and uncomfortable, the pillows were old and the bathroom had water leaking from the shower and the basin.

Desventajas: Over priced, the food in the pool was awful, the extra charged me money for drinks and food we had in the pool even when my partner paid it at the checkout (and I had to call them several times and even go there again for them to cancel the transaction) the charged me twice the breakfast and also there’s a construction just beside so the view is terrible and noisy from the beach... You will be better paying 30$ more and you will get a pretty nice room in the Atlantis! DON’T GET FOOLED INTO NICE PICTURES because it’s a trap!

Desventajas: Dirty rooms, safe did not work, refrigerator smelled bad and did not work. We told the check desk and nothing was done, no follow up

Ventajas: Que tiene Olaya privada (no muy grande) y está cerca del puerto y el centro.

Desventajas: L primera noche, después de reservar una habitación con vistas y cama extragrande, nada más llegar 22.30h nos dijeron que no tenían mi reserva registrada, que booking no había hecho bien las cosas. No tenían mi reserva ni tampoco habitaciones disponibles para lo que nosotros era imposible y’a que buscar un hotel a esas horas y con un bebé de 1,5 años .. como comprenderán es complicado y costoso. Después de 2 horas de espera y reiteradas llamadas de nuevamente booking, conseguimos que nos dieran una habitación a “regañadientes”y’a que mi hija empezó a llorar y’a que no fueron capaces ni de calentarme su biberón. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa al llegar a la habitación? Que era una habitación de 2 camas (90cm) con vistas a las hojas de un árbol . Dado las horas y que estábamos cansados dejamos pasar hasta al día siguiente. A las 8 de la mañana siguiente (día 2) volvemos a bajar descontentos por el servicio y para solicitar el cambio de habitación y’a que las condiciones no eran ni de cerca las de la reserva. Cual fue la respuesta ? Que teníamos que esperar a que se liberaran habitaciones porque no era seguro el cambio. Obviamente no contentos con el cambio reiteramos la queja a booking. A las 13 y’a por fin conseguimos que dispusieran de una habitación, y al hacer el cambio nos dimos cuenta que la cama extragrande la deberían de excluir de sus servicios porque nos volvieron a dar un cama doble( no apta para 2 personas grandes y un bebé). Decidimos no reclamar porque eran solo 3 días lo que nos quedábamos y era mejor eso que dormir en otro lado. Para terminar el relato, lo peor fue la despedida que nos hicieron pagar 888 dólares (precio más elevado al de la reserva) por todas las penurias pasadas y no teniendo las mismas condiciones de habitaciones que escogimos en la reserva. Cabe decir que los pasillos son viejos con humedades y el techo roto(tengo fotos).

Desventajas: $500usd went missing from my room. Security lied to the police. Another security officer blamed my friend and brushed it under the carpet didn’t even notify anyone about the issue. No cctv anywhere. Highly convenient if you ask me. Staff were not helpful. Did not listen to my case and tried to strategically make me write a statement in which would clear them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Room still had rubbish from previous guests Breakfast is $30 and underwhelming (not worth it)

Ventajas: El hotel está bien. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, con fantásticas vistas al mar, todo muy limpio. El baño muy bien. El hotel cuenta con 2 piscinas y un pequeño bar/restaurante donde se puede desayunar y tomar algo. El personal muy amable. La ubicación perfecta, está muy cerca de la playa y muy próximo al puerto donde llegan los grandes cruceros. Tiene parquing y en mi opinión es un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Desventajas: No hay nada que no me gustara. Todo me pareció correcto y bien.

Ventajas: The hotel was located just next to the downtown. Beach was directly in front of the hotel. Room was clean and cozy.

Desventajas: All power sockets were of US standard. At least some power socket should have been made to match all other standards as well, considering this is an hotel and guests can come from other parts of the world. On my last day staff was knocking my door every 20 minutes just to ask how am I? it was very disturbing and annoying! The pool was small and there was no sun in the afternoon. I have asked for a spoon and they brought me a plastic spoon. Bad for 4 star hotel.

Ventajas: I love the costumer service. I can’t remember his name but the front dest gentleman was awesome I was haven a bad day and he turned my day around. Can’t wait to come back

Ventajas: We reserved 2 rooms .Both of has very Good sea View .. Bathroom , Beds,Pillows very very clean and Comfortable also .. Reseption Staff are very Kindly and Helping guests .. I hope we can come back again...

Desventajas: Just Air Condition is Littlebit Noisy in 538 .I m sure they can Solve it soon ..

Ventajas: I enjoyed the privacy, my room was very comfortable and the property was well kept. The (2) female Security at the entrance were very welcoming, friendly and offered assistance.

Desventajas: I did not like the Customer Service, The Concierge/Operater after dialing #0 was not pleasant after inquiring about food room service and I was transferred to the Restaurant where I recieved further distaste from the Cook that answered me "Sweetie I am very busy you will need to come to the Restaurant to view the menu" after the Concierge/Operator suggested to transfer me to find out the menu for the day.

Ventajas: The staff was lovely and were very helpful! Great and gracious folks! The landscaping and gardens were beautiful and seemed well kept.

Desventajas: My first room was very rough and smelled like ta basement, even after running the AC alt night. I complained to the manager and she moved me to another room. It's an older hotel built back in the 60's and needs work. I want a refund on my 1st nite!

Ventajas: Zonas comunes con dos piscinas, servicio de desayuno en hotel, lavadoras y secadoras,,,, cerca de la playa andando 10 minutos y de la zona de Casinos y restaurantes. Cocina para poder hacer algo de comer ya que todo es muy caro en Bahamas.

Desventajas: Al llegar solo había una cama y pedimos la habitación con dos camas, pero nos trajeron una supletoria, muy caro para lo que ofrece ya que todo era bastante viejo, no tenía ni jabón ni esponja para limpiar los platos y mira que lo pedimos y no se enteraban, tuvimos que limpiarlos con las manos......

Ventajas: Un lugar muy hermoso, tranquilo para descansar.

Ventajas: Staff was great very friendly, privacy, quiet and relaxing garden ambiance with two pools.

Desventajas: WiFi Internet connection was poor in my room, mostly had to access internet from poolside outdoor location near the office building.

Desventajas: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not up to standard there was construction going on perhaps I would visit this property again when the upgrades are done.

Desventajas: We were travelling for work and there were electricity cuts to the island and the property did not have a working back-up generator. No electricity. No WiFi. Candles but no matches. No warning. We had to move hotels.

Ventajas: i liked the convenience of staying in a apartment with all of the amenities small amount of rooms and private access to pools

Desventajas: the room lacked the appliances promised I had to inform them about the missing items. The living room and patio furniture needs updating.

Ventajas: The security didn't got her name but it wasn't even 12am yet and she sent the gentleman knocking on the door to get my guests out

Ventajas: Parte del personal fue amable, el desayuno y los espacios comunes eran aceptables.

Desventajas: Me robaron mi celular dentro del hotel y fueron super poco empaticos, no me prestaron ayuda, se desentendieron hasta cierto punto. Me mostraron las camaras de los espacios comunes, pero cuando pedí la grabación de la camara que estaba fuera de la habitación me dijeron que “estaba mala”. El lugar era comodo y limpio pero los encargados poco empaticos con mi situación. Tuve que ir con la policia para que me tomaran en cuenta y aun así no hubo siquiera algún tipo de compensación económica. Totalmente decepcionada. Otro detalle no menor es que la limpieza de la habitación la realizaban durante la tarde, después de las 17:00 o a veces a las 18:30, demasiado tarde!!!. Reclamé y una vez nos limpiaron la habitación temprano. Muchas veces llegué cansada de los tour y la habitación estaba sucia, tuve que esperar para poder descansar.

Desventajas: The bathroom was full with some bugs coming from the vent in the sealing made it impossible to take a shower.

Ventajas: The air conditioning worked, so that was good. The rooms were clean.

Desventajas: There were gaps between the door and the jam. There were bright lights outside the room that stayed on all night making it difficult to sleep. There was a $30 per person resort fee but this was not a resort, the pool was tiny and the free breakfast was muffins, cereal and cold cuts. I was there to do disaster relief after Dorian so it met my needs, but I would not suggest it for a vacation.

Desventajas: En este caso hablamos sobre nuestra experiencia... ya que fue algo general, desde el personal, el servicio hasta las instalaciones... Lavabo y lavamanos atascado durante toda la estancia (1semana), bichos varios, como cucarachas y hormigas en la habitación, el servicio de habitación no era diario... La conexión a internet era prácticamente nula, ya que cada dos por tres tenían problemas con la electricidad, dejándonos sin luz y agua... Quizás si el personal hubiera sido un poco más amable, o se hubiera prestado ayudarnos un poco más, podríamos salvar algo... pero este no es el caso... Lamento mucho, tener que hacer un comentario negativo, pero repito que todo ha sido valorado bajo nuestra experiencia!! Muchas gracias!

Ventajas: I was hesitant at first especially as a woman traveling alone based on previous reviews. But I’m glad I got over those fears and still booked here. My room had a huge queen bed was located on the upper level and was clean and nicely air conditioned when I arrived. They have a extra lock on the door which made me feel safer. They have happy hour every day which I didn’t make it to due to my activies but their complimentary breakfast is on point. Definitely helps with expenses.

Desventajas: I wish there was a safe in the room. And I don’t know if there is another housing complex directly behind the hotel because there were cars that drove thru the driveway quite often.

Ventajas: The location was centralized and convenient. The breakfast should have had some variations not only eggs, harsh brown and sausages.

Desventajas: the amenities could have been a little more modern but enhancement was taking place when we left.

Ventajas: The apartment was huge, breakfast was good and the staff was very very nice. We also enjoyed the free poolbar every evening.

Ventajas: There was a bigger choice of food than expected including the option of a cooked breakfast
