it served the purpose of which we needed and was in our price range for the trip we took the front door had big gaps in it to which you could see the outside. the door locked but didn't like the gaps
Location was close to family member we were visiting When we checked in, we could see daylight around the door frame. We were told that no other rooms available. We stayed one of the 12 nights planned. That night you could hear every footstep echoed through out our room. We're not sure how many people were above us but it sounded like a heard of elephants above us all thru out the night. So bad we recorded the sound. We did over look the frayed rug and the multiple electrical outlets that did not work. When we checked out, front desk indicated they had no complaints. Well trip advisor certainly had similar complaints. We asked for some documentation to say when we checked out and were given nothing. When escalated thru the booking company (they were very nice) they were told we had stayed an additional night. It has subsequently been resolved.
Super cheap, I felt completely safe (single female), I wasn't hassled, and staff was friendly and willing to assist with my requests. Towels weren't so soft.
It was the cheapest place I could find in town. The bed sheets had holes and there were crickets in the shower. The place had a very 3rd world look to it.
It was very close to where my appointment. The staff was very cordial. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were almost non existent.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to highways, downtown venues and the normal travel amenities. The breakfast area was small, but there was adequate supply of the usual continental breakfast foods and beverages. The carpet was filthy and literally coated my feet with a black film: after the first day, I wore socks everywhere in the room except for the shower. The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling and was very loud. The bathroom light also was bad, blinking for 10 seconds before coming fully on. The room smelled strongly of some sort of cleaner and the smell remained for the whole week there. My luggage now smells like that cleaner. Finally, I had requested a quiet room. They put me by the staircase and I was awakened early in the morning and late at night as people rumbled their luggage up and down. Frankly, if Tucson had not been packed with tourists filling the hotel/motels that week, I would have changed locations.
Era tranquilo, limpio y a un precio razonable.
No cuesta mucho. Las habitaciones no son perfectos, pero están limpias. Huele un poco raro, porque la mayoría de los moteles. Por lo demás, genial. Principalmente sólo el olor de un motel.

The room was great, the dining at the restaurant was excellent. I didnt like staying at the back side of the hotel, the view and security made me uneasy

Fair Price & Clean. Did not like to be treated through an armoured glass.
Hotel employee front desk attendant was pleasant, helpful and informative. Kinds of unkept, but for the price a.ok.
Leaving Wrong reservations, dirty floors,
The waffles for breakfast ( sad.. I know) The lady at check in was ANYTHING but friendly . Our microwave plug didn't work .. I kept sneezing from all of the dust .. and the constant comings and goings from locals made us feel very uneasy . Not a great part of town from what I have heard since .
Good rate and location to freeway access Since it was very close to a busy street, there was a lot of noise. Room appeared to smell of smoke so I used air freshener to help that and was overall pleased.
Easy access to freeway You could hear everything in the other rooms, and noise from the freeway made sleeping a little difficult.
I really enjoyed that each room is like it's own little house excluded from the rest of the rooms a little bit better than most hotels. They have individual carports right next to the door that make me feel more security for my car. Well to start this off, there was no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, one of the pictures in the room was upside down, and the furniture was all falling apart. One side table looked like it was accidentally put together wrong. And none of the furniture matched which made me think that most if not all pieces were bought at a yard sale. The bed frame was broken so when we sat down, we had a not-so-pleasant surprise. The chair in the room creaked when you sat on it, which led me to believe that it probably go out on the next guests who visit at this hotel. The bathroom sink had a small leak in the pipes, so when we used it we also simultaneously washed our feet at the same time. As for the cleanliness, the comforter had long black hair in it and none of staying had long black hair <---doesn't that come off by simply washing the comforter?
- Price? The location is tricky to find, placing the location, apparently there might be two western inn's, plot the address and not the name. The place seems a bit isolated. A lot of the intersections are odd as hell, and entering the place is tricky as well. No indication of getting out easily if you've never been around the area. These are more con's, but the fault of the actual Western Inn. The actual con's are next however. - Roaches - Random holes, assuming for the roaches - Keycard is implemented poorly, it reads the card, but you need to quickly respond. This wouldn't be a problem except the door feels bigger than where it's placed, so you have to shoulder bash your way in the room - The sink had no cold water, you get burned trying to wash your hands. You have to use the bathtub to clean your hands without hurting yourself. - Bathroom had roaches - Bed looked like hell, burn marks on the bed - Some lights didn't work - Phone was attached to the wall, didn't expect it to work. The phone had missing buttons however and it looked like a good spot for roaches to go in and out of - Other places charge a little bit more and have an actual fridge and microwave to make the stay more comfortable with LCD tv's bolted down - Air Conditioner is a window style air conditioner. Not a con until you see it, depending if you get lucky with your room. No vents on it and you can see inside of it. It looks like roaches can live in there - The area is VERY shady and feels dangerous - Roaches If you're in a bad situation and need a place to stay temporarily, I'd recommend the DM Motel near Craycroft and 29th, at least it looks and feels decent for the price with access to a gas station and a mcdonalds on golf links and craycroft, and access to a walmart as well up on 22nd and craycroft. LCD tv, fridge, and microwave. Makes a more comfortable stay, and easy bus routes. You'll always run into the random person that want's change for the bus or cigarettes. Worst thing about that place is honestly getting your car in there, it's just an absolute nightmare because of how tight everything is.
Located right off of the highway. This place was dirty, definitely not worth the 65 dollars it costed. The most I'd pay for this place is maybe 40 bucks. The bathroom was dirty, hair and grime on the inside of the tub. Definitely hadn't been cleaned anytime recently. The shower head was wrapped in soggy nasty toilet paper (I guess they figured it would stop leaking this way?) definitely didn't go near it. The bed also had hair on the sheets, I know this can be a pain to get rid of but a simple lint roller would've done the trick. The fire alarm had been yanked from the ceiling and was sitting next to the tv. The remote for the tv was nowhere to be found. Stay here only if there's no other option and you just need a quick place to sleep for the night.
Everything in this hotel was bad. The rooms and the linen was smelly. Dust on the furniture, tables and everywhere. The toilet was not clean from the previous tenants. One of the worst motel to stay.
The location lack of amenities that are usually provided: TV remote
The character and uniqueness. I wish that it was better taken care of.
The Price and Location - It was pretty cheap and close to downtown. The fridge and Microwave allowed for me to eat cheap. Really Hot! The AC didn't work too well. Once I figured out to close-off the other rooms, it cooled down slightly, but still a little uncomfortable. Also, the internet went out frequently.
