Location We only had one towel in our bathroom. No one was available to get us more. ? We paid for a Parthenon view and received a parking lot view. The air conditioning did not get below 77 degrees. Very small room. Extremely disappointed for what we paid, and what we were promised.

The location was close to downtown. The room smelled like old wet carpet, the smoke detector went off for 30-40 min in the middle of the night. This was not a good nights rest!
The room was very clean and nice. Employees were very nice as well. The two women who were the workers at breakfast every day were superior. Friendly, helpful and very cheery. Totally loved them. Your two shuttle drivers Craig and John were superior as well. Had a wonderful stay.
The staff were helpful and friendly overall, absolutely acceptable, but not stellar. The shuttle was very convenient for me to use instead of renting a car for a less than two mile trip to my business destination for the five days I was there. The shuttle drivers were especially friendly and seemed to really care about getting their passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently. The hotel needs renovation, and it lacks several of the basic amenities I've enjoyed at many other Hampton Inns (fridge, microwave, more spacious desk/work area) The carpet was older and worn, giving the impression it was dirty even if it wasn't.
$5 Uber ride from Broadway district and shuttle to there. No shuttle service back to the hotel after 11 pm.

Very nice room, complimentary shuttle service was convenient! The only reason I gave 4 stars on comfort is because the ac unit in the room did not allow for adjustments. We were hot when we woke up.
the continental breakfast was awesome. the rooms were roomy and comfortable. coke machines didn't take dollars.
The whole stay was great from the valet parking to checking out. It was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. The only thing we did not like is they did not have a swimming pool and my son was upset about that.

We thought the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We had to switch rooms midway through our stay due to some plumbing issues, but the hotel made it easy and comped our night. Overall they were very helpful for our very large group! I found mold in the sink which is pretty disgusting. Also, we had an early flight to catch and the formal breakfast wasn't ready, but they were surprised when I simply asked for a muffin togo. Lastly, our room totaled $250 night and for that price I expect coffee to be kept out in the lobby past 10:30am! It's Nashville people, we guests are sleeping in! So, if you're not up and ready there won't be any coffee. Not to mention, they started closing up the omelette and hot food bar by 10:10am.

Richard was a very friendly employee. He made our visit feel like we were visiting family. The other staff is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge about places to see/go. It was very close to Midtown - a place to get away from touristy attractions, but close enough to the main strip. They even had complementary popcorn. :)
The room was huge. Like 60 paces.. and their was even a large outdoor balcony and a nice view of the city.. The room also barely had enough lights in it to adequately light the room, the furniture didnt look complete, beds and pillows weren't amazing.. it looked like they spent their small room budget on some decent things and ran out of money to finish it.. I expected much more for the price i paid..

The staff was fantastic! We had a wonderful room that was one of the coolest rooms we have ever stayed in! The location was great and it was very easy to get downtown. The lobby had live music and featured a variety of very good artist! The whole hotel went above and beyond our expectations, and had a very cool vibe. The only negative is that we had a light out in the shower but the staff was extremely quick at getting it fixed!
The staff really made this a pleasant stay. They were always helpful and smiling. A regular restaurant in the hotel would have been nice. However, the food obtainable through the bar was of good quality, just very limited choices.

The hotel has a great location. Our refrigerator was broken so we asked to have it fixed.. twice. Twice they said they fixed it but our food was spoiled. On the last day, they finally fixed it. They only partially cleaned the rooms each day, hardly anything was done. Sheets weren't changed, coffee wasn't replenished, nothing was wiped down etc.. Extremely disappointed and won't be staying there again or recommending it.
Staff was great, and they were quite busy that evening as well. Several other guests beat us to the shuttle service and we missed out.

Excellent location. Friendly staff and a large, clean room. Beware that parking is an additional $25. Didn't expect the parking fee since we were not downtown. After parking and a cab ride downtown we should have paid extra to stay downtown.
The staff was great with the problem of a party in one of the rooms. They kicked the idiot parties out and gave us an upgraded room. The shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel. No.
The hotel was in an ideal location, the room was clean, and staff was friendly. Leaving microwave popcorn in the kitchenette was a nice touch. No vending on our floor without going over to the Springhill side.

The facilities were nice. Large, clean room. Exercise room and pool areas looked very nice although we didn't use them. Staff was frequently boarder line rude. Generally not attentive to needs. Food served was edible and that's about as nice as I can say. The 'kitchen staff' made very little attempt to make things appealing.
The room was beautiful and clean. Loved the happy hour the location was great the lobby had an upscale feel. We enjoyed the complementary weekday dinner and daily breakfast complements to the chef The shuttle service was not reliable during the day. Communications could have been better. When we were dropped off downtown the driver should have mentioned that she would not be available for pickup between during certain hours so we would not have been wAiting outside in the cold Also parking fees were on the high side
I liked having a full kitchen in which I could prepare some meals so I didn't have to eat out all the time. The shuttle they provided saved me money on transportation. The breakfast had a lot of options and the pool was larger than I expected. The highlight of the hotel however was the friendly helpfulness of the staff at every level. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
We loved everything except the pool. Awesome room, dining, accommodations, etc The indoor pool was too cold to swim in.
The hotel was super clean and the staff was very accommodating. They offered free breakfast and free dinner which we thought was very nice. The only negative was the shuttle service. It's a great service but it's a little unorganized and chaotic.

In reviewing this hotel, my wife and I expected it to be neat, clean, and simple--a good place for a quick overnight trip and comparable to other hotels of the same ranking. This was not the case! The hotel appeared as if it had not been maintained and kept up for some time. Upon exiting the elevator, we were hit with this horrible, unidentifiable smell!! Needless to say we went right downstairs to see about a refund. Both the hotel management and company we booked through were willing to give us a refund. That act of graciousness was the one good thing we can say about the hotel.
Not much. That my 2 and 1/2 year old found a Qtip within 2 minutes of entering our room. We were there 4 nights and although someone made our beds, nobody every cleaned. They checked on us once to see if we needed more towels and overall the staff was not very helpful or attentive. It was not worth the money we spent to stay there.
Similar to a basic chain like Holiday Inn. Staff is very nice, location is about a mile from Broadway and is a $5 Uber ride. Restaurants around the hotel are within walking distance. Breakfast is limited to muffins, fruit, and drinks, no hot food like eggs. Overall a safe, clean, hotel in a good location.
Location and lower cost than the rest of the downtown Nashville hotels Room service menu stated it would go until 1am, we ordered and they called back and stated that they couldn't deliver to hotel because it only went until 11pm. No shuttle, called for a cab and cab never showed up. Rooms need updating.
We stayed for 4 nights recently. The hotel was only 15 blocks from downtown which is an easy walk if you don't mind it. Saves you the $10 to go to and from downtown via taxi. Midtown is also close which has some fun restaurants. We had 4 girls in a 2-queen bed room. Plenty of space and it was clean. Room had a little wet bar with a nice size fridge and microwave. The breakfast had fresh hot waffles, omelettes, biscuits and gravy! Not enough plugs or lighting in the room, but no big deal, we made it work! Also, no bathroom fan, so when you showered or dried your hair it got hot, and no iron in the room. We didn't need it but just noticed there was not one.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is located too close to major roadway where you can hear the traffic early in the morning.
The bathroom layout was fairly institutional - wall hung sink with no counters and an awkward shower configuration that made it difficult not to get water everywhere. The price was lower than some of the other hotels in that area, but on previous visits I paid less at hotels east of the city with far better amenities. Since I was only staying 3 nights and not planning to eat in my room, the full size refrigerator and two burner stove weren't of value to me.
Nothing Had to wait 4 hours after check in time for room to be ready. Staff not friendly. Not clean. Horrible parking. Door locked us outside in freezing conditions key didn't work. Awful stay all around. Avoid this hotel.
