Very pleasant hotel, beautiful atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi in rooms. There isn't an iron in room. Staff didn't give an iron to guest's. Wi-Fi Internet is very slow sometimes. Hotel is very far from any shops and restaurants, and 700 meters from main road. Hotel have only oneway bus to Chaweng and only at 4.30 pm. There is a big problem with transport, especially at evening.
The nicest place on the island. The place is over the top. I was a little concerned when we pulled up in the taxi, but I was absolutely amazed when we went to the room. The place has an amazing view of the island with infinity pool. The best thing i liked about the place was the AC worked great. There was actuality two mini split units inside that cooled the place in no time flat. The price is great. I just wish that i could have stayed longer. -It is not walking distance to the beach or any stores. They however have a van that brings you to the beach or fisherman's village for free. -one guest was playing Middle Eastern hip hop really load at the pool for hours. Everyone at the pool was annoyed by this. I was hoping that the hotel would tell them to turn down or off. I suppose that the Thai culture is just to nice and let it slide. I did enjoy my stay. the pros out-way the cons by a long shot, and i would recommend this place to anyone.
Staff were very friendly. Architecture was nice. And there was bike rental at the door step. Outdated facilities - bathroom needed urgently renovation. The coffee is "Nescafé" - taste horrible. And there was a huge line to grab breakfast. Really hated this part. Way too far away from everything. I think the hotel is not bad but it was way too expensive for what it offers.
Very impressive looking. Very nice infinity pool. Beach is not so nice, ( nothing like Chaweng beach..) we stayed at infinity pool the whole time. Expensive drinks and food.
The relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the excellent location on the beach and clost to the Bophut village. The Thai foor we ate at the hotel wasn't the best we ate in Thailand. Not bad but not what you would expect at this kind of hotel.
athmosphere of a spa-hotel (tropical garden all around the place with the aroma of frangipani and other tropical flowers, your room will look like a spa actually), decent beach (sometimes there is some silt on the surface of water), well enough chairs and towels both on the beach and at the pool, rich breakfast with both european and thai food expensive restaurant and bar (that's the only disadvantage!)
The tropical garden was excellent. The design and spa of the hotel was wonderful, just the prices a bit too high for Thailand. Staff was very kind. The area where it is situated is very urban and populated. I thought it would be in a more natural area, but after driving around the Koh Samui island we realized that all the island is like this, no desert beaches, so in fact this was also OK.
