Ventajas: The service, breakfast and concierge service never disappointed. Views fantastic.

Ventajas: Everything, breakfast was amazing, snack bar and dinner restaurant the same. Away from the touristic mess of Oia and Fira, in a wonderful position over the caldera.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: All staff from manager to cleaners were very polite and willing to make our stay an enjoyable one. They succeeded!!

Ventajas: FANTASTIC!! Our apartment had an amazing view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The food and service was first class. We would definitely stay here again!!

Ventajas: We loved everything about Caldera Dolphin! Every room has a balcony with a view of the caldera. Greeted with a welcome glass of local wine. Bottle of wine and fruit in our room upon arrival. We had breakfast in our room every morning, which was a phenomenal taste adventure, and will keep you going all day long. Everything we had at the restaurant was excellent. You can walk to the charming village of Megalochori where there are a few boutiques and several dining options. There is a winery across the street. Phenomenal views. All of the staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

Desventajas: This is being picky...upon our arrival and departure at the airport, we booked our transportation through the hotel. From the airport to the hotel it was 25 euro, but on the return it was 30 euro (all cash), so be sure to have extra cash set aside if you go this route.

Ventajas: Amazing stay! Staff could not do enough for you. Food was excellent, location brilliant and the honeymoon suite was beautiful! The best place we’ve stayed at.

Desventajas: Nothing!

Desventajas: I did not like that if you book at the hotel, you have to come all the way over to the suites to use the exercise or spa.

Ventajas: We were not delighted by the room with the plunge pool they offered at first, and they quickly gave us a better room with a dream view. The room was amazing, every single detail Was taken care of, including pillow scent, chocolate for the night, free hats etc. The hot tub on the corner with a view was amazing The breakfast is wonderful. The public infinity pool too.

Desventajas: Most of the rooms were not special without worthy views and with a weird configuration. The advertised plunge pool is not really a plunge pool but is less than a 2 by 2 m hottub. Privacy in general is very difficult to achieve in any of the balconies because neighbors up and down can see you and talk to you. The room we got was great, but it was a gentle upgrade from a different room; the other room was not worth the price. The hotel itself is worth the Price, specially the treatment to fix our initial dissatisfaction

Ventajas: The place is exceptional. This was by far the best stay in our life. We knew the hotel would be nice, really clean and completey equiped, but we were amazed by the staff who were extremely nice, helpfull and beyond. A special thanks to the young ladies who worked at the reception, and who definately made our stay special! We highly recommend this place

Ventajas: Can’t beat the location. Close walk to all the shops and restaurants in Oia. Beautiful views and the communal infinity pool is pretty breathtaking

Desventajas: This is a very expensive hotel and you’re really paying for the location, views and service. I would say the room we stayed in was pretty basic (superior suite). It was a good sized single room, all white, and balance of modern and authentic. However the bathroom was a little disappointing. They don’t really show pictures of the bathroom on the website, and makes sense. Specifically just the shower looks like a basic square gym shower, fairly small. It was clean, just not necessarily what we’ve experienced at other 5 star hotels ( at much lower prices). Also most of the plunge pools are closer to the room versus on the edge of the outdoor space, good for privacy but not as exciting for views, etc.

Ventajas: High end service. Amazing staff and very helpful. We loved our stay. Congrats!!!

Desventajas: - no tea or coffee in the room - walking up from Fira town Center under the sun can be a challenge (as it’s uphill)

Ventajas: The location was superb with magnificent views out over the caldera. It's a beautiful place to stay; the pool area is lovely and the room is very nice. The bed was really comfortable! All of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. The breakfasts were really good; they are delivered to an outside table at your stipulated time and you can sit there soaking up the incredible views..

Desventajas: The only thing I would recommend is that there would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Some mornings we woke up a long time before we'd requested our breakfast and it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea. The property is quite close to the shops, restaurants and bars of Fira but there are quite a lot of stairs to negotiate. My husband has a bad knee and he struggled..

Ventajas: The Anteliz Suites are everything you could wish for in terms of accommodation in Santorini. The location is picture perfect; the room was spacious and clean; the staff are friendly and go above and beyond what is expected of them - overall a fantastic experience that warrants 10/10 and comes highly recommended.

Ventajas: The staff was great! Very freindly and helpful. Attentive in a quite and respectful way. The location is perfect, near everything you want to see in Oia. And the view! Fantastic! We also much enjoyed that our room was equipped with a spa pool of its own.

Ventajas: Ep desayuno es de lo mejor . Tienen muchisima variedad y es muy rico . Las instalaciones de la piscina son hermosas . La atención de hay fue muy agradable. En la recepcion fueron amables y atendo. Si quieres tener carro alquilado me parece buena opción ya q hay parqueo .

Desventajas: El bajar tantas escaleras desde la recepcion. Uno se perdia para llegar . De la habitación a las instalaciones . La duña es sumamente estrecha se sale el agua . No hay plancha. Y la cama la senti muy baja . Para el precio creo q la habitación podria ser mas lujosa. No le gusto llegar y ver a la señorita q nos llevo al tecorrido del hotel sin su uniforme. Desde el hotel no tenia la mejor vista para el atardecer . Me tenia q ir a otro lado para verla. Esto no me gusto

Ventajas: Perfect combination of caldera and oia cliff side views. Amazing breakfast. The most friendly and accommodating staff you could ask for. Reception was effortless checking in and checking out and the front desk staff and assistant manager were beyond helpful for anything you may need (from a car to an HDMI cord to watch GOT, lol) No complaints!

Ventajas: Very good and charming hotel with lots of personality. Very Santorini style. Amazing view and sunset! Friendly and efficient staff and really nice general manager, that speaks many languages, including Portuguese. The hotel exceeded our exactions!

Desventajas: The only downside was that the honeymoon suite is not very private. The staff passes in front of the room balcony all the time, every 10 minutes more or less, on their way to staff storage/room. Some of them are very curious and they look inside the room and balcony. I would suggest changing the location of the staff storage and training the employees not to be curious and look inside the room. They should be more discreet.

Ventajas: A truly beautiful hotel, with attentiveness to every detail and comfort. Kirini, the little cat, was a delightful companion by the pool. A special thank you to the room service fellow, and to the spa staff.

Ventajas: Unbelievable views, incredible staff (so genuine and attentive), and a breakfast to die for. I didn’t want to leave. I had high expectations of this hotel and it did not disappoint. In fact, this ranks among the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What really set it apart was the exceptional staff - from the front desk to the porters to the restaurant, every single person anticipated my needs and offered their services before I even thought to ask... all with a sunny attitude. A millions stars!!

Ventajas: All is fantastic, staff is very welcoming and friendly (!), the rooms and view are amazing, definitely 1 of the high end hotels I stayed at in Santorini. I do have to add we think it is all slightly overpriced

Ventajas: We loved adamant suite, it’s staff and the people of Santorini itself. We also would like to thank one particular staff named Niko who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and yes the morning breakfast he would bring. Niko thank you so much and known we appreciated everything you did for us.

Desventajas: I didn’t mind the steps but if it was an older couple they would have struggled getting in and out of the property

Ventajas: From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were taken good care of! The hosts Rita and Nikos are very friendly, Rita provided us a lot of useful information, gave us tips, arranged car rental. The suite is amazing, the big private balcony and the magnificent view makes you fell king of the world :) Watching the sunset from our own hot tub is also unforgettable!! Breakfast on the balcony is a highlight as well, we especially loved the creamy greek yoghurt and the thick frappe. We spent there our wedding anniversary and we couldn't find a better place on Earth for that!

Desventajas: The mattress was a bit too soft for me, all in all not a big issue though.

Ventajas: Everything was amazing!! The entire staff was incredible and so helpful and accommodating. They made our stay fantastic. Views were amazing, location was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Can't say enough great things!!

Ventajas: My partner and I spent the last night of our babymoon in Santorini at this hotel (would have loved to stay longer but there was no availability). We were welcomed with a nice 5* reception, treats and an upgrade to a lovely room facing an inner court with beautiful flowers and a semi-private pool with massage jets where we relaxed that first afternoon. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was varied, delicious and served by the main pool. Upon check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage in the reception and use facilities all day until our night flight. Left the resort wishing we could have stayed longer.

Desventajas: Loved this place, so just little details: - Sun sets early in Kamari (5pm in hotel, max 6pm at the beach). - Spa facilities need to be booked in advance (not only treatments, also access to jacuzzi, etc. implies a fee and is booked for private use only), we tried to get a treatment the day we'd leave and unfortunately they were fully booked :-( - Small detail: both in the semi-private and in the general pool, the hydro-jets lasting time needs to be adjusted a bit longer (so you have time to go sit and enjoy the jet for a minute at least, before having to go push the button again).

Ventajas: Lo mejor fue el trato de la persona que nos recibió a la llegada al hotel. Muy amable y hablaba nuestro idioma. Cogimos una suite con una piscina que aunque no era privada prácticamente era para nosotros.

Desventajas: El desayuno poco variado y el trato con alguno de los empleados regular. No trataban por igual a todos los usuarios.

Ventajas: Excellent location, not far from the beach/promenade. Plenty of other restaurants and also supermarkets around if that is what you are looking for. The breakfast was great. I especially loved the local dishes on offer as well as the standard egg/sausage/bacon etc. Excellent variety. We had dinner 3 nights at the hotel and again the food was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for more. We arranged transfer to and from the airport and got greeted with a refreshing drink of orange as we arrived. Lovely touch. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with fabulous views over the complex. Such a lovely setting. The staff arranged excursions and taxis for us and nothing was to much trouble. Great selection of pools. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able to return some day.

Desventajas: The only thing that could be improved on is that there were no tissues in the bathroom/bedroom, which I did mention to the manager and he said it was their intention to add this facility next season.

Ventajas: Everything about this property is perfect! The receptionist was wonderful and met us at the bus stop to help show us how to get to the hotel. The room was spotless and absolutely stunning. The view was amazing. Breakfast was also incredible. I would recommend staying here because the staff is so personable and went out of their way to help us book excursions!

Ventajas: Todo! el personal, las instalaciones, la vista, la habitación, el desayuno, es un lugar muy acogedor y bonito, con una muy buena ubicación en Fira. Recomendadisimo !!!

Ventajas: Nos gusto todo! La vista es espectacular, pedimos que nos reservarán la suite con la mejor vista desde el jacuzzi y nos cumplieron nuestra solicitud. El hotel es muy lindo y acogedor, justo como en las fotos, el servicio fue magnífico, te ayudan en todo y tienen mucha disposición, ademas te regalan agua al llegar ya que llegas acalorado al hotel y te regalan una botella de vino en tu habitación. Panos nos estuvo atendiendo y es genial, nos ayudó a cargar nuestras maletas al llegar ya que hay varias escaleras para llegar al hotel, te da toda la información turistica necesaria y nos recomendo un tour en un catamaran que nos encantó. Nos llevaba el desayuno que es muy rico y basto y nos ayudó con una excelente actitud en todo momento. El ultimo dia de nuestra estancia nos preparo el desayuno para que lo pudiéramos comer de manera practica ya que nuestro vuelo salió muy temprano.

Desventajas: El jacuzzi estuvo caliente en todo momento y pudimos meternos en la noche pero la última noche me parece que lo tuvieron que apagar y no pudimos disfrutarlo un último momento.

Ventajas: Stayed here for a girls trip and it was amazing. Amazing host and awesome location right in the heart of everything. The view was great and breakfast was delicious and beautifully delivered every morning to our room. We also arrived early and they accommodated us the best they could which was awesome!

Desventajas: The only thing was that our TV's in our room we could not get to work.

Ventajas: Infinity pool and view is nice for sunset. The breakfast was very yummy and they catered for vegan/allergies. Talal was very nice (the only staff member who was).

Desventajas: Pool was freezing cold, so insanely overpriced. The attitude of staff towards me and my partner was terrible, we assume because we didn’t look the type to be there (young and don’t look flashy rich in designer wear) so not worth the effort of being nice if they don’t think they’re going to get a big tip. We felt uncomfortable and judged when we left the privacy of our room. We were gifted this trip so we we aren’t millionaires, but we still had money to spend. But with cocktails being from 19 euros and beers 12 euros (small beer) it’s a bit of a joke. We took our money elsewhere, where we were treated nicely and fairly, and we felt happy to pay the price. Staff also knew nothing about the island and couldn’t answer questions. They were not helpful. The WIFI was TERRIBLE, and we would have used our mobile data however we didn’t get enough signal in our room. We called reception after 3 days of dealing with it to see if they could maybe fix it, but the lady on the phone just continued to say “are you sure your connected to the wifi?” Or “are you sure your connected to the RIGHT wifi?” - pretty much just insinuating that we were idiots. There is one wifi named CAVO TAGOO. It’s not like there was a ‘wrong’ wifi to be connected to. You can see multiple other balcony’s from your own balcony (we were in room 23) so there is NO privacy. You can also hear other people in their rooms. The spa turns on in the middle of the night, multiple times a night and it is very loud so don’t expect to sleep through it! Our ferry out of Santorini was at 3.20am. Reception INSISTED we get there an hour early (we were planning 30mins), so we did, and their driver made a 30minute drive into 15minutes because of how fast he drove. It was scary and unsafe. So then we got there 1 hour and 15 minutes before hand, when the ticket office didn’t even open until 2.50am. There was also a leak in the main bathroom area from the roof that left a little puddle every day.

Ventajas: Where to start?!!? Firstly the VIP pick up from the port with an awesome driver holding Mr and Mrs Shafik was a small yet amazing start! Our driver was extra friendly and gave us a little bit of history and orientated us to Santorini. Once we arrived the manager Evangelos and the staff gave us a beautiful welcome with some welcome drinks! All the staff were absolutely amazing over the whole stay - always friendly and wanting to help us - they went above and beyond! The facilities were exceptional! The views were to die for! The pictures don’t do it justice! The food was delicious - and the service even more amazing. Evangelos was so awesome - he upgraded our room and gave us a private pool because it was our honeymoon :) really exceptional guy! When we entered the room we had champagne waiting for us, and a room decorated with rose petals and candles. Would really recommend this place! Was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! Thank you to Evangelos and his whole team! Exceptional customer service! Really had the most perfect time here :)

Ventajas: La ubicación era la mejor que vimos, ya que está conectado a Imerovigli, pero está justo en el borde, lo que reduce el tráfico y el ruido de los pies. Fácil acceso a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos pero lejos de las multitudes. Unas vistas increíbles (aunque en cualquier lugar de la caldera está muy bien). El personal también es increíblemente agradable, acogedor y acogedor. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. ¡y sus desayunos eran sin duda una élite!

Desventajas: La habitación que nos dieron no era la que se mostraba en el sitio, lo que nos tiró a nuestra llegada. Y nuestra primera noche tuvimos vecinos muy ruidosos que sin duda se notaron (afortunadamente se fueron a la mañana siguiente y no tuvimos ningún otro problema con el ruido)

Ventajas: La ubicación es increíble. Vistas al mar y al atardecer. La habitación era estupenda, tranquila y cómoda. El personal fue maravilloso Útil, amable, y una alegría. Imorovigli tiene maravillosos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie, y es un pueblo tranquilo sin aglomeraciones ni ruidos. Está cerca de Thira por la vida nocturna y todo lo que tiene que ofrecer, además de Oia. Alquilamos un buggy y viajamos a ellos, así como a todas las playas fácilmente.

Desventajas: ¿La cama era un poco dura? Eso fue lo peor que podría decir:-)

I was In Santorini years ago and stayed at a hotel inland and when I came back this time I had high hopes of staying in a cave type room overlooking the caldera and after months of research I found Ilioperato and it lived up to my dream! The views are beautiful, you can walk to Fira in 30 min along a beautiful pedestrian walk way, the hotel is lovely and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough great things! The Greek salad is delicious!

Desventajas: The bed was a bit hard and the bedroom was a bit dark but it's a cave so I think part of the charm. I would definitely stay again!

Ventajas: The best place to stay in Santorini from arrivals to departures everything was wonderful. The staff is polite and quite helpful.

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal, nos colaboraron en todo lo que necesitábamos, el desayuno es personalizado y muy bueno.

Desventajas: Nada que comentar, todo Estába muy bien.

Ventajas: The view from the suite was amazing. You can see the sunset from the bed. We had an early morning flight so we had to check out at 6am. The staffs kindly prepared breakfast for us the day before so we can keep them in the fridge and have them before the car journey to the airport. Even though the staffs are not staying around the area, one of them specially woke up and drove to our suite at 6am just to help us carry the luggages up the stairs for the taxi. Thank you!

Desventajas: It was not easy to get to the suite by following the directions from Google Maps. After checking in the staffs did show us another exit route to the main road though, which is definitely easier to get to.

Ventajas: Las vistas son IMPRESIONANTES! La piscina es muuy chula y el desayuno contundente y con muchas opciones de cosas típicas griegas.

Ventajas: Las vistas es lo más increíble y las mejores de la caldera que puedas tener.

Desventajas: El personal de check-in muy seco, no nos explico nada ni siquiera un mapa ( más tarde un compañero más amable si ). La habitación muy oscura, con cero enchufes libres y un lavabo al que le faltaban muchas cosas para ser cómodo. Desayuno servido a la hora, pero frío y sin cosas que se habían pedido en el papel de solicitud de desayuno. Menos mal que mirar hacía la caldera hacía que te olvidarás de todo lo demás.

Ventajas: Beautiful set up with privacy but what we like most is the staff. Thank you for making it a memorable vacation!

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: I had a over booking but they changed my room quickly, even they gave me an upgrade room. It was an amazing room, I had so good time. Also, every staff is very lovely!!

Ventajas: Located in the heart of Oia with an incredible panoramic view, there's really nothing to complain about. Having private breakfast delivered each morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the caldera was amazing. Food was healthy and delicious (avocado toast with poached eggs was yummy!). The staff is very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage and use the pool and other hotel facilities on our last day after check-out.

Ventajas: El hotel superó nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos. La ubicación es impresionante con vistas al volcán y la caldera. Las habitaciones decoradas y preparadas con todo lujo de detalles. Baño amplio con todo lo necesario para la estancia. El desayuno servido cada día a la carta en la terraza de la habitación con sus impresionantes vistas. Jacuzzi privdo en la terraza de la habitación para poder relajarse mientras se disfruta de las vistas. El personal del hotel nos trató de maravilla, siempre atentos, amables y serviciales. Además nos informaron de diferentes lugares para comer, cenar o tomar algunos de los exquisitos vinos de Santorini fuera del típico recorrido turístico.

Desventajas: No hubo nada en el hotel que se pudiera mejorar!

Ventajas: La atención por parte de Manos fue excelente, fue muy amable y se aseguró de que nuestra estadía en el hotel fuera perfecta. La comida muy rica, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en el hotel.

Ventajas: Loved the view, the location, the room, the staff, the bar at the pool, and the breakfast in the room. Couldn’t have been happier. We stayed in room 1 (a grand suite) and if we ever come back I would request this room again.

Desventajas: Loved it all! Only suggestion I could possibly make is to have nicer more luxurious towels. But that did not affect my stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ventajas: Tranquility, service, and privacy

Ventajas: Location & design, waiting staff were excellent.

Desventajas: It says private balcony but actually one couple had to walk through our balcony - in between hot tub and table to get to their room

Ventajas: Our panoramic villa was great! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a phenomenal stay. Although considerably pricey, it offered almost everything we were looking to have in our stay. We we were right in front of the main corridor, where people walk, but still had enough privacy and also did not have to go up/down the steps at all, which was a major plus. The bed was the most comfortable one I have stayed at...and I am an experienced traveler. Great views from the second floor terrace (loved the perfectly temperature-adjusted jacuzzi). If you do not want to go up/down the steps that is quite typical in Santorini, then this is the room for you...no steps! (has two floors, one big room on each, with their own bathroom).

Desventajas: The one thing I was a bit disappointed was the fact that we could not see the sunset from our terrace or anywhere in the villa. I thought that was going to be the case. For the price that we paid, I was expecting toiletries to be more "upgraded" and at least some free items in the small fridge. Other than that, everything was great.

Ventajas: Absolutely everything: the breathtaking views, the infinity pool, the warm-hearted and professional staff ...

Desventajas: It sets the standard so high that it would be impossible to like something else

Ventajas: Beautiful room, great views, wonderful pool, extremely helpful staff

Desventajas: Can’t see sunset from the hotel. Breakfast not as good as it should be. Very expensive.

Ventajas: We had a hot tub and view of the ocean. Close to walking distance to market Square. The property was helping in providing directions and places to go. Breakfast buffet was very good

Desventajas: The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Room did not have a separate bathroom. So the toilet was next to bed and you could hear everything. There was always something not quite working -hot water working, then not working, then working. Cleaners would forget to take trash, or not leave towels, or not leave the right toweletries, not put a sheet on bed. Our son got sick and we had to leave one day early,they were unwilling to refund the last night and blamed it on bookings. That was disappointing given we were there for five nights

Ventajas: Callia Retreat suites is an amazing hotel. From the arrival it was clear the Calibre of hotel this was. The room was impeccably clean from day1. And EXTREAMLY spacious, even more so than the pictures depicted. The room surpassed any expectation I had from reviews and pictures I had seen online. The customer service from Christos especially was second to non. Excellent location it is situated right in the middle of the island, can travel from either end in around 20mins and a 6 min walk to main town. The views were breathtaking, the facilities tranquil. Honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to host our stay.

Desventajas: If you don’t have a sweet tooth and are not open to trying Greek cuisine you might be stuck with cereal, yogurt or toast for breakfast Power outage during the island storm in early hours of the morning but this is beyond capabilities of the hotel I suppose.

Ventajas: Best variety and quality of breakfast ever!!! Esthetically- beautiful hotel and pool area. 15 walk to everywhere including bus system.

Desventajas: Room was a bit small. Lighting in room was too bright.

Ventajas: Breakfast was delicious! Staff was super friendly! Room was perfect, they apparently upgraded us as well. Bed super comfy! There was a storm the second day we were there and water got into our room and they were very helpful in cleaning up the flooded area and making sure to stop the water from coming in, I think since our room flooded a little they ended up telling us not to worry about paying the taxes when we checked out, which was very kind as the water getting into the room was not there fault. Mother nature was just having a blast lol. Also great location, there was a parking area not to far from the hotel.

Desventajas: Everything was perfect!! Best hotel to stay at!

Gracias,gracias y más gracias nos sentimos como en casa !! Excelente ubicación con el centro de thira y la estación de buses !! Volveremos y recomendado al 100%
