The location was great. Awesome view of the city in the higher floors. Clean room. Can't think of anything.
I have stayed several times before and it was great. On this visit I got a room with an old hard as a rock mattress. Not at all what I am used to getting there.
Breakfast, both ladies did a fantastic job with the food. Front desk, made me feel very welcomed, great attitude.Hotel Employee, did a great job cleaning my room, 125. Bathroom shower needs soap tray. Morning security guard, effective. Overall, I liked the personal, breakfast and the ubication of the Motel.
The price was good for the facility. It was clean and the employees were friendly. The location was very convenient. The pool water was VERY cold ! We were only able to stay in the water for a few minutes. The weather was quite warm, so I don't understand what the problem was.
Location- Close to stores Restaurant food was good It does not have an elevator. Very difficult to carry big items up & down They did not have our reservations made by Kayak. continental Breakfast was not included like mentioned in Kayak. Issues with AC Restaurant service was very slow We had to keep going to main office to program our key. It will not work often.
Location, good AC, enough water for showers, good coffee, got good price trough bookings.com Felt safe, 24 hrs secured entrance to the parking, fruts in the buffet were good. nice waiters. Food, the buffet could be better (fruit side is good)
En definitiva el personal del hotel, desde recepcionistas, recamareras, botones, guardia de seguridad, meseros y asistentes son maravillosos, atentos, calidos. Todos muestran interes por el bienestar de los huespedes de una manera excepcional. A pesar de tener otras opciones durante mis estancias en Chihuahua, yo seguire volviendo al fiesta inn por la atencion recibida. Estaria bien si mejoran un poco mas la calidad de los alimentos, la sopa de verduras se mostraba muy diferente en la foto de la carta que la sopa real.
tal vez el buffet y la atencion de la mayoria de los trabajadores. Pero nos toco mala suerte, los elevadores se descompusieron y teniamos en septimo piso, posteriormenteno hubo luz muy temprano ya lo comente en la pregunta anterior
En la recepcion no tuvieron mi reservacion aunque y tenia confirmacion via correo electronico. por fin me cobraron mas que se menciona en internet.
The hotel was clean and the although i had experience with the breakfast rules, i must say it was good. The rules of the hotel were excessive. I had made a reservation for two queen beens and although i had prof of this the hotel personal insisted to give me a king bed with a sofa bed. A day later the manager called me to fix the issue, but by this time it was already to late. When asking for extra pillows i had to sign for them, are you serious? These rules made me feel like if the hotel was going bankrupt. Not only that but when going for breakfast they had a girl taking role just to make sure you were a guest in the hotel. The hotel does not have well defined the cliente they serve , i found these rules to be very disrespectful to me and my family.
