Very clean rooms, staff were friendly and extremely helpful , mostly good English. .
Air conditioning filters were very dirty, air conditioning didn't work well. Hotel very dated.

The staff from the hotel are always trying to help you, we stay onlly for one night but they let us leaving our luggage there after we checked out. In addition to that they help us planing the trip to Sapa. The location of the hotel is perfect, It is inside the Old Quarter but the street is not so bussy (Cars do not Drive through It). The room was very clean and confortable, and the breakfast was served in the rooftop terrace where you have a nice view. For breakfast you can choose delcious dishes as pancakes,noodles, eggs...and there ir a buffet of fresh fruit, bread... Totally recommended.

Friendly staff, perfect location, delicious breakfast. Jack on reception was really helpful and booked our onward journey to Halong bay and Ninh binh. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with air con and everything you could need. Would recommend for any visitors to Hanoi!
