Ventajas: the price is why we chose BA, but never again

Desventajas: crew seemed bored and annoyed to be on the plane, seats were pretty awful

Desventajas: Too long to get luggage off plane

Ventajas: Staff was great. Good experience for our first overseas flight

Desventajas: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Desventajas: No wifi on a 9 hour flight. Takes a long time to get another round of coffee.

Desventajas: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Ventajas: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Desventajas: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Desventajas: Online check in was not accessible.

Ventajas: Movie options were good. Nothing else.

Desventajas: First plane was newer, 2nd plane was older.

Desventajas: This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not

Desventajas: Nice crew. Nice flight. Wish there was a bit more legroom

Desventajas: Checkin was seamless. flight comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately not much can be done about the worst part, which was total immigration disorganization on arrival at JFK. Coming from Rome which is a huge airport, it was shameful to see the difference. Sigh.

Ventajas: The crew: very helpful, did their best to correct errors regarding special meals

Desventajas: Seat assignment. Others, besides myself and my husband, were not seated together, and in our case at opposite side of the plane, but, even though the flight was full, there was no reason for that that I could see (some solo passengers were seated next to a member of a split couple/family).

Desventajas: The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!

Desventajas: I wasn’t one of the passengers but it’s unbelievable that United was denying passengers in zone 5 to take their carry on. You can’t take what you are going to use during the flight, it is not normal. Is that a joke or what?

Desventajas: 6 hour flight did not have meal or entrainment. There were no blankets available. The cabin temperature was warm in the front of the plane and cold in the back of the plane

Ventajas: I like the comfortable seats and the entertainment feature found on every seat.

Desventajas: Cabin did not was clean and had very bad odor. Entertainment system is old and was inactive some minutes during the trip.

Ventajas: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Desventajas: Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding.

Desventajas: they don't provide even water for the passengers

Desventajas: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Desventajas: There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially.

Desventajas: I missed the flight and was not allowed to board even though there was time
