Excelente ubicación, habitaciones limpias y confortables.
La ubicación y el personal Elección pobre de comida en el restaurante del hotel
Ubicación Cama king size, dos camas individuales recibido reservados. no hay microondas, como anuncian. no muy contentos.
The room was great . However we come in late and went to bed and the mattress was terrible. I complained about it but the hotel was full . The manager checked it out and was in agreement and said there would be no charge for the room so please reply and credit card for refund
A nice relaxing stay Bartender was away from the bar more than present. Bar wasn't busy so we couldn't understand why she left guests standing around waiting.
Close proximity to shopping any location to meet our needs. Plumbing was less than ideal but functional and lighting receptacles not in working order
The best bwd away from home I've ever slept in. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and more thatn accommodating. Food and beverage prices at the in house restaurant were steep for what was offered. We chose to eat put at the many area restaurants for the variety and economy.
Very friendly staff, rooms clean and good location. A little loud the weekend I was in
Full side bed instead of Queen side, no microwave, no fridge inconvenience fir family stay
The location was great for what we needed. The girl at the front desk was great. Great view from the roof. The window ledges were filthy. The windows did not open. There was an air vent out in the hall blowing horrible smelling air right on the room door so we got a face full every time we entered or left the room.
We were so very grateful to the desk clerk who took time to help us was when she was busy. I have never been in a hotel room that had so many electrical outlets for recharging all our devises. In addition to many wall outlets, most of the table lamps were fitted with recharging plugs. The bed was unusually comfortable. I usually regard a hotel's immense pile of decorator pillows as "unsleepable," but these were great.
Historical 1925 luxury hotel with contemporary flair. 2009 upgraded and remodeled. Comfortable in every way. No parking garage or lot available for those who don't use the valet parking. We were able to obtain street parking rather close and it was not a problem for us.
foyer, room ( when we finally got to it), boutique feel :) charming The service was terrible. Upon arriving- the front desk told me they no longer had the king room with pullout couch that i booked available. "They "gave" it to someone else?"- I asked her. She confirmed thsat my prebooked room was not available and She blamed this on "third party" booking issues sometimes. She then offered me a lesser "double beds room" OR going down to a sister hotel- but would not even offer the $40 less rate to me for to rearrange, go get the car and travel down to the sister hotel.?! My elderly mother had to wait for 30 minutes while I discussed how this could have happened with the Front Desk Staff woman. To no avail- she said my choices were-1. you will just have to take the double bed or 2. go to the other hotel. so we chose the double bed room due to it being 38 degrees outside and the hassle for my mom. I told her i was going to put this ridiculous experience on social media. Then when we got to the double bed room ( that I did not book) because we were too tired to go to another hotel, miraculously, the Staff woman called and said- "oh- I have found a King room for you with a pull out". So we gathered our stuff with my elderly mom and moved. All this took an hour of calls and discussion with the front desk who had insisted that they did not have my king room with a pull out couch available any longer in the first place "so sorry maam, but this sometimes happens with third party bookings". It was a mess and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the ridiculous poor service. although it was a delightfully decorated hotel. I was very surprised at giving my booked room to another, then not even offering for a voucher for later and suggesting i take my elderly mom, our luggage and get the car pulled around and travel to another hotel with a lesser rate but not offering to refund me the difference for the lesser rate. Secondly, insisting there was no more King room with pull out available as I had booked, and then once I explained that I was going to share this on trip advisor- miraculously, they found a room available like i had booked in the first place. So, did the Front Desk Staff woman lie to me as well? It sure seems that way. It was cold, I had my elderly mom with me so we could see the Christmas lights in Tulsa and spend time with my college age daughter, and this experience at 9 pm gave both of us a headache.
From the moment my car door was opened there was nothing but friendly informative staff and amazing service. Very unique Art Deco atmosphere with all modern conveniences. Excellent bar and restaurant. Must stay while in Tulsa.
The staff was extremely helpful. One member named David was exceptional in politeness & answering questions. The courtesy shuttle was exactly what we needed for our couple's weekend. Temporary inconvenience, I'm sure, but construction in the parking deck made parking tedious.
The bed was very good Extremely moldy!!!
Beds was comfortable. Room was filthy, there was a big sticky spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed that you had to walk through every time you moved in the room. No tv remote.
The front desk staff was very nice to work with. She was very happy to have us in the property. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The location was central to most of Tulsa because it was close to I-44. They gave all of us a warm cookie and a cold bottle of water when we checked in. The in room coffee was even delicious. I didn't count off for this, but I would have liked to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Everything was great, nice hotel, great value for the price, very helpful, we're allowed to check-in hours early, helped a lot. Pillows are horrible. All feather down and hard. Bring your own, glad I did.
great place, restaurant is good, wonderful sttaff
Delicious cookies and nice pool for the kids!
great location good food, staff, amenities Needs some updating. Hallways a little shabby. Need new paint. Some mold in bathroom. Pool area, sauna, really need to be cleaned
It's a beautiful building with a central location easy to find. Parking was never an issue! Cleaning lady needs to leave soap!
The Ambassador,a true boutique facility, is the nicest hotel in Tulsa bar none. It's convenient downtown location make it readily accessible to various highways. The desk staff are most helpful and checking in and out were a breeze. For a hotel of his quality, my only criticism would be there is no bellman always in the lobby for bag (but may be requested), which I suppose is more because of the hotel's smaller size than any real service deficiency. When I did request a bellman, he was prompt and very courteous. The rooms are wonderful and well appointed. Mine this trip had a large, flat panel television. Everything is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Ambassador's Chalkboard Restaurant is very well known with an excellent reputation and menu. As always, the food was sublime and service impeccable. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about this marvelous and historic hotel! Stay and you won't be disappointed.
Ed & I came to Tulsa to celebrate his birthday, the wine was chilling upon our arrival. We ordered room service for dinner, the meal was superb and the silverware and china were beautiful, as were the accommodations. We hope to be back soon.
I went there to get away with my wife and got the honeymoon package, the hotel was amazing and met all the needs that I asked for, even bringing us napkins when we asked.
Very clean and good breakfast bar......helpful, professional staff......located close to arena.... no
They refused to honor my reservation. Rude people
in a cool part of town and clean rooms parking a little cumbersome
Location Lack of parking. Price
The location was excellent. Very nice hotel for the price.
Location & parking No
Staff was awesome. Parking was terrible. Told we could use the lots across the street because they were shared by hotel/restaurants. However, restaurants were packed both nights we stayed at the hotel.

It was beautiful; convenient, comfortable and the staff was excellent. Very helpful. The breakfast area wasn't laid out to facilitate traffic flow; but I'm not sure this is possible in any situation like this.
location and the loung next door the room set up and no space
The staff were friendly and helpful and very quick to help resolve any problems. The hotel was conveniently located for my event and easy to get to from the interstate. The hotel was clean, brightly decorated. I will definitely stay again. Pillows were a little soft but that's a comfort issue to each individual.
After the welcome greeting and the smile, everything else that followed went downhill. There was no disclosure on the amount being held on my debit card and what they comprise. There was an offer to send 4 bottled waters in my room that never happened. The free breakfast was not disclosed. Worse, when I inquired about the free breakfast, I was told there wasn't any and that it would cost me $17. The following day, a member of my team double checked the information and it was found out that we were in fact entitled to free breakfast. Mistakes happen but there was not even an apology provided.
Great location In Tulsa and Marriott service was very reliable. Hotel is really starting to show its age. Did not think that the air conditioner is working as well as it should and room felt a little rundown.
I loved at the pool with on the third floor which is where my room was... It was also open 24 hours to my best friend and I got to go for a swim at 3 a.m. and act silly like we were dolphins and giggle like we were kids! no free breakfast which was a real bummer because I could not afford $16 for breakfast. also no smoking rooms available
I like the amenities the hotel offered and it was quit appealing to the eye as well. I came to relax with my husband after a long work week. We spent all week around a lot of noisy and rambunctious kids, so we were hoping to escape that. This wasn't the case, unfortunately. I was very excited to see that the pool/hot tub were open 24 hours, I arrived at the pool around 12am. I had a lot of problems with my key card and my husband had to run back to the front desk to get it fixed 3 times, leaving me to stand there in the hallway and wait. Once we finally got into the pool area there was a lady there with her very hyper and loud 3 year old who was jumping from the pool to the hot tub. I stood there and waited to get in the hot tub hoping she would get the hint that her child was making it impossible to even get in without being splashed. I decided to just get in anyways and she proceeded to let her child just back and forth and even let her mall my husband and I. Later in our room we found that the food and drink we had put in the fridge hadn't even been kept cold. The refrigerator was totally hot! To top it all off I had jewelry (a white gold bracelet with blue footprint links) stolen wile I was there and the staff was less than eager to help me track it down. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again and I don't suggest it unless your trip is entirely centered around family. This is not a romantic/adult getaway at all, despite the spa and high end appearances and amenities.
Friendliness of staff, accomodations, atrium. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean. A little noisy on Saturday night.
Cattlemen's Restaurant was wonderful. I will make a point to eat there again. The room was not as nice as the surroundings. It looks like all the $$ was spent on the atrium decor & not on the room. Toilet too low to the ground, loose (room 530) I did not like the pool/hot tub. Too noisy, too many children screeming at the same time.
It was spacious and comfortable
Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The pet fee was high, the nightly rate was high comparatively to other hotels in the area of the same caliber.
Loved the inviting lobby, staff, and food. Hotel restaurant was outrageous in steak prices, compared to the original Cattleman's in OKC. Couldn't bring ourselves to pay that amount of money for something that may have been mediocre since we had never eaten at this particular one. Instead we went to Longhorn Steakhouse, where we knew the quality of what we were paying for.
I found the facilities to be very clean and welcoming. The entrance to the building gave you a feeling of stepping back in time, and the door greeters were quick to give you a grand entrance. Honestly, for the price for my room, I found the room to be of higher stature than many I've had in previous travels. The bed was comfortable, not a rock; the lighting was bright or dark by choice, the climate control worked the way it was supposed to work, and there was ample room for me and my other. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick access to downtown Tulsa and a quiet place to relax in between outings. The only thing I didn't like wasn't even necessarily a dislike, but rather a potential downside - parking. The hotel has valet parking, but not a lot of open parking. It's not a huge shock as the building is located in downtown Tulsa. If you opt for this location, I would suggest arriving early enough to catch a parking spot on the street (on the weekend) for free parking. Otherwise plan on paying for the valet service or have a bit of a walk to get back to the hotel.
My stay, generally, was fantastic. The staff really was the highlight of the stay (keep up the great work!) The air conditioning in my room was a little difficult to figure out. I thought I had it set, but it got warm in my room at night.
The pool, the lounge, the back patio area, and the staff. The sofa-bed (it made my back hurt for several days) and the hot tub (out of order).
This hotel was very clean. My wife and I booked our hotel through Kayak for our anniversary. It was a disaster trying to check in upon arrival. It took us nearly an hour to help the desk clerk understand that we didn't need to pay for our room twice because it was already paid for through Kayak. I showed the desk clerk my receipt and confirmation a dozen time, yet he insisted on swiping my card over and over. Due to this lengthy check in we were late to dinner and missed our reservation. We are extremely dissapointed.
The website said there was a continental breakfast and that was a lie. The restaurant/bar was never open. Having a small child that made it difficult when she was hungry we had to always go out to eat and she just wanted to stay in.
Mostly everything was great. If a worker sees you they greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. The location is right by the mall so it's an awesome location. It is also a very quiet location. Everywhere we looked online said there was continental breakfast however, there was not. Even when we checked in they said there was continental breakfast so we were very upset when we found out that wasn't true the next morning. The pool was small so not many people were able to get in it. There was a place where they could have a fire which would have been a great view. I get that it was hot outside but having the firepit lit outside would have looked nice.
The decorating & cleanliness....only saw the lobby. I didn't get a chance to stay, so not sure.

The inside of the hotel was just gorgeous!!!! Absolutely fell in love with the room! The outside appearance honestly makes you want to drive right on by! We first saw it and was very skeptical until we drove around back and then went in!
The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was quite and the perfect size. Only things I didn't like was stepping up into the bathroom and no light in the closet.
Very nice, well maintained property. Good restaurant. Good staff. Enjoyed the stay.
It was a wonderful find. The rooms were unique and beautifully furnished. The staff was great as was the location. I loved the history surrounding the hotel. The Maxwell restaurant served an excellent breakfast with great service.
Extremely friendly staff and just an overall feeling of comfort and calm. The room was very charming and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in on the road. Lots of great little touches. Will definitely stay again.
Nice parking area. Good restoration. Rooms are very small and you are not really close to anything.
Did it expect breakfast to be included no
This hotel is close to downtown Tulsa without feeling like it. Parking is free. Rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful.
It was a beautiful and unique hotel. Our first visit to Tulsa and it is a really cool little town. Was nice we got a full breakfast coupon for the hotel for the next morning as well. Enjoyed the stay - very nice and very clean. Nice shower. The bathroom sink did not drain very well other than that nothing.
Soft bed, good location Sheets seemed clean but were stained with blood--including a pillowcase. Headboard was splattered with God-knows-what. Carpet in front of cooling unit was soaked. Pool was murky. Hot tub was yellow. Really should've just left when saw the state of things but was tired from the journey.
Free suite upgrade. Very nice hotel. Was above all expectations.
Staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Full service bar is a nice amenity in this category. The room was dark with old fluorescent light bulbs- made the room look like a 1980s high school gym. The bed was comfortable but had HAIR all in the sheets and the ice bucket was full of old moldy water. Worst of all, there was feces on the toilet seat and hair all over the bathroom. For that one reason alone, I would NEVER stay here again.
When I check in that clerk was amazing she printed us maps and visited with us and greeted us every time she saw us she said something to us . None of the cleks did or other staff did. My AC did NOT work in my room and the AC unit itself was filthy. So I had to stay all weekend with no AC in Oklahoma. It was SO HOT. They saw us bringing fans up and just looked at us and never said a word. We asked for extra towels twice never got them. They came to get our dirty towels and said they would wash them and bring them back. Ummm weird why not just give me some clean ones. Breakfast cost $10 and was not worth $10, I travel ALOT and stay in a lot of hotels. An I was really disappointed in this one. My friend left an item in the room and they contacted house keeping they said they didn't see it we knew exactly where it was just shows they DONT CLEAN! It was exactly where we said it was and the desk clerk found it thank goodness. Don't think I will stay here again
We arrived to the hotel at 3:00am after driving 800 miles to be received by the BEST Service in a long time. Hotel employee was ABSOLUTELY awesome. Her service was extremely accommodating. Kudos to the management for having such an attentive Hos
Bed was soft, room was quiet and clean, we got a good night's sleep, breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc), and the staff was friendly. And the price was right. A minor thing, I wish the front desk guy had let us to use the hot tub even though it was after hours, many hotels (including La Quinta) will let you use their hot tub after hours so long as you are quiet. Otherwise all was good and I would return here.
The lounge is very nice and nice decor The person that checked us in looked like she didnt want to be there and wasnt very friendly
The room was clean The only smoke detector in the room was covered up with a Walmart sac...and also pool area could've been stocked with towels.

Hotel employee working the front desk was very nice. Apparently they were remodeling the the third floor hallway so when you stepped off the elevator the paint fumes overwhelmed you. Fortunately the smell didn't seep into the rooms.
This La Quinta Inn is clean and very comfortable. Location near the airport and freeway access is great. I was able to check into my room a little early, and was gracefully cared for by the staff. Breakfast area is comfortable. Nice Fridge & microwave. I would have loved having 2 chairs that could pull up to the table / desk.
No complaints. We were stuck because of delayed flight...a good choice. Nice breakfast, clean, all good.
Day time construction.
Close to airport Location
Liked the close proximity to the fair grounds, and how pet friendly it is. The neighborhood was a little shady at nighthe, and the eggs/sausage for breakfast weren't the best.
