Some staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were well cleaned and it was fairly quiet. The restaurant was very expensive with no budget alternatives, the food was good but there was so little of it. you could easily spend 30 Euros and still be hungry. The beer was 6 euros per half litre, in the bottle shop round the corner it was about 75 cents fo 2 litres. KFC or blinka (just round the corner) are a good cheap alternative. When it came time to check out I was charged a huge amount for getting there early, this is not usually the practice for international hotels. There are often sinister looking people hanging around in the lobby, I found this aspect rather unnerving. Some staff were grumpy and rude. sometimes at breakfast we had the same song over and over again.
Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly reception staff Room service order was forgotten, had to re-order. Dining room payment procedure crazy - couldn't split the bill for 3 and couldn't put it on the room. One person had to pay for all and on the spot.
Bedding is comfortable, temperature in the room somewhat adjustable, clean facilities, breakfast is great, staff speaks English well. No "door eye" in the door when someone knocks, no extra lock from the inside, did not feel safe. Parking is way too small and uncomfortable. View from the window if you didn't get a super suite is more than unsightly.
