They did not have the car I reserved so I had to accept a Kia, which I hate. The front drivers wheel had an obvious wheel bearing problem and wobbled for the entire trip.Opinión del 10 may 2022

I actually never ended up getting a rental because the vehicle I reserved they didn’t actually have at the time I scheduled the pickup. That happens sometimes so I wasn’t too upset about that, but I had bought insurance for the vehicle which had to be paid at the time of the reservation but then I canceled my reservation once I found out they wouldn’t have the kind of vehicle I was looking for and I was never reimbursed for the insurance!Opinión del 24 feb 2022

My reservation was moved and was not convenient. Was notified the evening before I was supposed to pick up at 9 AM the next day. No cars were not available. Ruined my trip.Opinión del 20 sept 2021

Ventajas:Pick up was fine, inside of car was vacuumed but we found trash in most cup holders.Desventajas:We had a small wreck the first night. Hertz was and still is zero help on getting it resolved.Opinión del 6 jun 2021

Desventajas:There was a minor and brief mix up where they said I owed $40 more dollars. The guy was helping out at that location from their mid-town office and punched in the wrong code, mistakenly saying I was returning the car to the wrong location. It got straightened out when I objected to any further charge.Opinión del 9 abr 2021
