I rent 8 seats car, but they have no in stock when I go for pickup, not give me any solutions at the store, also customer service not solve the situation. There was no cars when I arrived. It said it had SUV. There were more appointments then cars available. I had to leave and take a car I didn’t want or reserved. The car was suppose to be detailed clean and was not. The only positive thing was that Obila, who took care of me, was professional and patient and tried very hard to provide me with a vehicle. It’s not there fault that the system kept saying there were cars when there weren’t any. It’s a computer mess ….Opinión del 11 oct 2022
