Signature Hotel Apartments & Spa

I only stayed for one hour ......................

Having confirmed my booking with Booking .com on arrivial the appartment wasnt avaialble.......obviously a con to occupy other rooms which were vacant.......misleading to Booking .com and to customers......management were arrogant and unco-operative in negotiating another deal. Booking .com were also ineffective in negoitiatins after leading me to think I had a booking with this hotel. In formation on the location of the Hotel was diabolical and one could ceratinly get a boy scout to draw a betetr plan of getting there.a street name.......a land mark may have been of assistance.........however this is and was typical of the management of the Hotel. Just my opinion after a long day relying on Booking. com to come up with the right material..

the only thing i liked was that there was a bus that goes to dubai mall

First of all the TV does not work at all. they will tell you the first day you check in that the TV will be working tomorrow(which never did during my 5 day stay).They will also offer you DVD's in for the time being, which was the worst selection of "fake" dvds (mostly Indian) i have ever seen.Second of all there is no "room service" although there is a whole room service menu in the room, so if you need something you have to call the front desk, who then sends someone to your room to see what you want, but with me that "person" never came to the room to see what i wanted.Also, the safe box in the room does not work. Yes, I was shocked when I arrived there,The tv cable was broken & the phone lines along the whole 4 days that I stayed which is the minimum facilities that anyone except to have in a 4 star hotel.

The location is fine, quite area and the rooms are clean.

I didn`t like the following: 1. I didn`t get what I requested, I requested an apartment with two room but when I arrived I found only two apartments with single room for each. 2. There was TV channels for the whole day. 3. The breakfast serving was very poor servied, long time to get someone who take the order or bring the food. 4. It took more than 45 minutes to checkout because there was some mistakes done in the registration. Please take these note in consederation since it was really bad experiance for me and my friends..
