Car was fine, clean, everything as expected. Pick up was way too long- waited an hour in line. Thank goodness our car was ready, but there were multiple people sitting and waiting for their car to be ready (after waiting in line for 45-50 min)!Opinión del 18 abr 2023

The desk for Dollar at Burbank was shown to be on the second level. When we got there, we were told by another car rental company they were on the first level. If there were signs indicating that, they were not very noticeable. We then went down to the first level (hauling our luggage all the time). Car was old, had dents and dings and scrapes, and the interior smelled of weed and cigarettes. Plus, I had to go to the nearby Hertz counter to get the car, as the Dollar Kiosk was closed. Wish Dollar had told me that instead of me having to figure that out by myself!Opinión del 27 sept 2021

Ventajas:NothingDesventajas:The staff was unfriendly, not helpful, and gave me the worst car. We had to waste our time waiting to get a new one. Ventajas:Drop off was quick and convenient at Santa Barbara airport. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Desventajas:Rental car pickup was a long walk from the airport. When we got there, the Dollar booth was closed, and we had to go to another location.Opinión del 13 abr 2021
