Couldn't use debit, then couldn't use tap to pay with my credit, so I had to go all the way home to get my credit and then return to the rental place again. I couldn't make any changes to the rental on the phone. I had to go to a physical location to do so. Any questions that I did have were answered incorrectly on the phone (including store hours) because I couldn't get ahold of anyone who worked at the physical location, only outside of the country.Opinión del 29 jun 2023

This particular look cation is great. The only issue I have is with kayak.com. It was $6 cheaper to rent directly from budget and the car was bigger. Kayak doesn’t classify the cars the same way budget does. For the price I paid with kayak for a keep compass, I would have been in the next larger class if I had rented directly from the budget location. I will not use kayak again. I would have liked to have a simple map showing all the area around the airport as all the roads are confusing and how to get to the proper road to continue my journey. No one could provide this information.Opinión del 21 mar 2023

The car was fairly clean. The big stuff was cleaned up, but there was spilled coffee or something sticky I had to clean up in several areas. The girl at the checkout desk was very knowledgeable but very matter of fact and not friendly. I don’t think she smiled once.Opinión del 28 feb 2023
