Retuned car after they were closed, a few hours later than scheduled. They couldn’t have rented it to someone else anyway, my scheduled drop off time was their closing time. Still charged me for the whole next day. They don’t do the right thing by their customers. Greedy.Opinión del 8 mar 2023

Like - Location was close by. Booking through Kayak was a breeze Could have been better - Better Budget customer service. They gave me a flat tire car. Even though I went back in and told them about it, I was told that was due to weather. Never took time to come and check the tire. They blamed it on bad sensor. Drove 3 miles and parked at place of accomodation. Flat tire the next day. Assistance and swapping took close to 4 hours. Almost missed flight back.Opinión del 25 may 2022

My flight was delayed due to weather. Even though Budget had my flight information, when I arrived they were closed and I had to order a taxi. It took so long that by time I arrived at where I was staying, all of the restaurants had closed their kitchens and I didn't eat anything for dinner on a long day of travel.Opinión del 24 jul 2021
