Desventajas: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Ventajas: The movies and outlets for charging things

Desventajas: Don’t allow screaming babies/kids on the flight next time

Desventajas: Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous.

Desventajas: Not much keg room for a medium size female.

Desventajas: No food for such a long flight not enough leg room

Ventajas: Entertainment was good. Ground attendant at LAX was helpful and understanding at least...

Desventajas: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Ventajas: Crew was friendly. First class seats fully reclined.

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Ventajas: On time, friendly staff

Desventajas: Bigger seats, better coffee

Ventajas: There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on.

Desventajas: Turn the air on before you start boarding the flight.

Ventajas: The crew members were friendly and kind.

Desventajas: Usually your food is excellent, but our chicken was pretty dry this time. Loved having several options for meals and delicious Peruvian beverage choices. Overall, a great trip...

Desventajas: English speaking staff.
