Ventajas: Quick and Friendly Staff

Desventajas: Flight was wonderful, landing a little rough

Desventajas: You could have not cancelled my flight after rebooking a connection

Ventajas: Flights were on time. Good food portion for longer flights. Good pilots and cabin crew.

Ventajas: The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers.

Desventajas: Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable. Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact. Thanks

Desventajas: Wheelchair was booked for me for both flight but i could not get that service. No one available for wheelchair. Very bad service.

Ventajas: The crew was very friendly and helpful

Desventajas: Longer wifi time and faster connection

Ventajas: Crew was nice. Seat was broken for recliner.

Desventajas: Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process.

Ventajas: The purser and the business class cabin attendants were amazing. Great choice of meals. Fantastic experience

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: Excellent service on both flights. Truly a 5 star experience. Well done Qatar Airways.

Ventajas: The food was good and many entertaining movies.

Desventajas: When first boarding the airplane and sitting in my assigned seat. There was terrible smell, the smell of vomit. I notified a crew member and she used a fragrance spray to help.

Desventajas: Have air fresheners in toilets. Make it smell better.

Ventajas: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !
