Bastion Hotel Utrecht

Staff was quite pleasant. However for lunch it was more geared to groups with no a la carte for individual bookings. Very limited choice for health conscious beings.

The room price was a normal rate despite the fact that there was noisy renovations going on. This was not mention in the time of electronic booking. However the library corner was one good new addition but it was still being worked on.

The friendliness and service of the staff. The prices of the minibar.

the food wasnt great, the room was bit dirty, like the phone and the remote control were sticky! Think it needs a good cleaning in and out! Even with the price I paid (90 euro per night) I expect a littlebit better.

During renovations of this hotel it is unavoidable noisy.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, this hotel is undergoing major construction. Noise, dust, lack of parking on the premises... is a serious issue. My feeling is they should have closed the place for the duration. They did give us a bottle of house wine when we checked in, though. Also, there were no towels in our room when we got there...
