Everything! Free upgrade from suite with city view to temple view . I’ll go there again .

Nothing was too much bother for concierge and front of house - amazing. (Though honestly, found most Koreans to be just as hugely friendly, courteous and accommodating. Lovely, lovely people). Our room was fabulous and all sorts of special effort for the children (including free soft toy - how will any other hotel satisfy them again?!) Restaurant on the lower level should be a tourist attraction of its own. The only thing that could surpass the amazing selection and quality of food available (high quality buffet style so kids could pick at whatever they fancied) would be the fact that it sat feet above excavated ruins that you could see and read about through the partial glass floor, and.... the 5 foot chocolate fountain.... REALLY! We came back to the hotel the following week as we had a couple of hours in Seoul before a flight. The staff were very happy to look after our cases for us, very accommodating!

Pool area was very popular but not big enough for demand. Staff asked if I would like a lounger (despite it being obvious none were available), then offered to put me on a waiting list!! Pool itself was decent rectangular pool you could use for lengths or splashing about. 2 large (full) jacuzzis.
