It took over forty mins to check in. The clerks seemed to not care about the massive line up and moved slowly. One guy even let a young attractive woman cut the long line and then he flirted with her for over twenty mins. Bad way to start my vacation. The gas tank wasn’t full when I picked it up, about 3/4 tank and I knew I had no way to prove that after realizing after I’d driven off the lot. Also the car itself was not in great shape, shaky alignment that made it hard to steer and the windshield wipers need to be replaced. They don't provide a walk around prior to picking up vehicle. My wife's car was damaged in the front end prior to pickup. She wasn't aware and drove it to her destination. Front plastic guard fell off. Tow truck had to bring another vehicle and pickup the damaged vehicle. The vehicle that was dropped off was never serviced. Had oil change and engine light on the way back to Salt Lake City. Will never use Payless again.Opinión del 15 jun 2022
