Our first anniversary started out very stressful and hectic, this being our first time in Savannah, and our trip being largely unplanned, but this hotel redeemed it, from the moment we walked in the stress melted away, our room was beutiful, bed was super Comfy, couldnt have asked for more from our rooms, and the hubby And i loved the happy hour "reception" at the dinning area. We only stayed one night so i didnt get alot of time to see any other amenities. I only wish that house keeping knocked louder (i thought she was down the hall until she opened our door) and that the pillows hadnt been down (allergies) and i never thought to ask if they had others
I did not like that the hotel charged for parking.
Everthing was fine for what we needed. The A/C unit did not work as well as it should have...didn't have time to discuss with manaagment as we were there less than 14 hours...
Great hotel and value for the money. The suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!
The people behind the desk were cool.
We arrived late and were given an extremely warm welcome and were checked in in a very professional and proficient manner. The room was very comfortable and was huge. Unfortunately due to our late arrival we didn't have the chance to use any of the hotel facilities. Breakfast was fine and being inclusive of the room rate was a bonus.

Clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Not as close to the historic district as their ad appears but still within walking distance.
Attended a concert on River Street
Gentleman checking me in was very helpful and nice! Convenient location Pill was on bathroom floor and some pieces of wall were falling off.
Clean, nice size room. Good pool and hot tub. Breakfast fairly good. Despite the title, the hotel is about four city blocks from the historic district, a significant walk. Did not like the 5$ per day parking fee, not mentioned on the web site.
The bed was great. I didn't find the front desk to be particularly welcoming. The room was pretty shabby for the price. Carpet needed repairing, furniture worn, bathroom in need of resurfacing and paint.
Staff was very nice Only one set of washer/dryer for laundry = it can take a guest over 3 hours to do laundry ---- also, there should have been some sort of shuttle to riverstreet.
Savannah = Had some issues with Comfort Suites. Had another guest enter our rm. on Sunday evening. Staff not concerned with our satisfaction.
No fringe in the room, room cleaning at 5pm. First room given had no closet and I had to argue with them to move us. Overall rooms are clean and pleasant but the little things are strangely off.
Excellent 24/7 valet staff and service although the $25 per night fee plus tax was an unwelcome surprise. Walking distance to River St, Bay St and other areas. Staff were loud in the hallways while we were trying to sleep in. No free breakfast offered.
very close to everything downtown the room was great, except for the air conditioner... the knobs were missing and wouldn't allow us to change the temp without using a leatherman
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location... within walking distance to many restaurants area sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Noise from hallways and adjoining rooms.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and very nice. It was within walking distance to all the areas sights. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Savannah. The only choice for parking at the hotel is valet which is $18 dollars per night.
The staff were very kind and accomidating. We had a terrible experience. The hotel is at the edge of a rough neighborhood. Valet parking is on the street where there is a LOT of rough looking foot traffic. Our toilet didn't work. The room smelled like a sweaty locker room. The furniture was old and battered. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Savannah last year for less money and it was 100% better.
The location was good but it was at the end of the dow town district and there are other hotels more centrally located. The maids left trash on our desk and at 5:00pm when we returned to get ready, they still had not cleaened our room. Also, there is no self parking at the hotel so you have to find street parking if you ant to avoid paying $18 for valet parking.
Staff was courteous. No noise complaints. Fitness center is the size of a walk in closet. Out dated treadmill and bike. Would have one valet at times. Should have just stayed a couple miles out from historic district in an effort to save money. 700 dollars for 3 nights on a summer weekend.
Location was good Ice machines all broken Light brought in by no curtains Staff was unfriendly
The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. The room was spacious and well decorated.
Room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast room service was good once we were able to get them to answer phone. Easy walk to River Street and City Market. Room was exceptionally small. View was of busy gas station. Front desk couldn't provide a walking map when we arrived so we could determine restaurants within walking distance nor could she take time to assist. All ice machines on all floors were not working; must go to kitchen for ice. Housekeeping skipped our room the only one day we stayed over and, when we called front desk, instead of an initial apology, we were asked if we left the DND sign on door... we had not.
Room was clean. Very close walk to river walk area as well as the city market area. Check-in was an hour and a half late. Valet parking was forced unless you wanted to find a parking spot somewhere on the street and carry your luggage over. Someone from the valet team also stole expensive items from our vehicle and was eating some food we had in the center console. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
