The location. Beautiful view of the city. The room was very basic but clean. Nice bed and pillows. Worked great as a place for sleeping when enjoying the area. Price was great! The hot water ran out before my short shower was done and the tub/shower was oddly small.
Hotel is easy to find, staff I dealt with was very friendly, beds comfortable, wifi excellent. Check-in desk closes at 10pm and if you arrive later, they leave the key outside in a very accessible to anyone box (convenient, but feels very unsafe). Parking lot is not nearly big enough for full capacity, so if you arrive late, you will have to park on nearby street (not indicated, so we presumed this).
Newly renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. From the outside the motel looks old, but my room was shockingly nothing like the outside. The furniture was new and modern ergo. The room had a chair with foot rest and side table, soft bed, desk and chair, a dresser, bed side dresser, flat screen tv with several channels, mini frig, new clean microwave, full modern vanity and linen rack. The room was freshly painted vibrant shades. New tile floors and modern tiled bathroom. Stayed 3 days and I wish I would have spent my entire stay in the area at this motel. It is affordable and had easy access to the highways. The pool was very clean too. The included breakfast bar contained four cereals, OJ, Apple Juice, fresh fruit, Yogurt, milk, bagels, English muffins, blue berry muffins, several types of breads and bake goods. It's was very similar to breakfast bars at non-airport chain hotels. Overflow parking is on 2nd st. In the early evening there are freight trains about four blocks away, wasn't really that loud unless your at the pool. Bottom floor rooms can hear some foot traffic of the room above, but about average with motels with this layout.
I thought location was ok,some of the staff friendly and helpful. they need to stock rooms with supplies better. have more choices for breakfast. if you wanted spot to park you had to get back to your room early otherwise your spot was gone and never knew where to park.
No elevator and room was on 3rd floor. Also, I get the price gouging because it's bike week, but $200+ for a so-so room is ridiculous. Oh, and the breakfasts were horrid.
Ok for the price, best hotel in town was only 15 dollars more. Stay there instead. Only people at the hotel were basically the staff. Not going to be negative, but seriously what's up with the constant hounding to get into your room. Every day a letter stating we are going to come in. Relax it's going to be ok, there's only 3 other people in this whole place.
The bed We stayed in the basement which was the 1st floor. Not impressive for the rate we payed.
The location was great. Easy access to shopping, dining and major highway. The room was very small. Only one person could be up moving around at a time.
location, staffs, cleaning Internet speed is horrible
The staff were all extremely helpful.
Easy to find and within access to attractions near by. No.
Staff very friendly. Good value for a budget motel.

Told them checking in at 11:30 , office was locked . Luckily a worker was sitting outside and finally convinced him to get our key . Emergency numbers were not active that were posted . Rooms Ac rattled so much we couldn't use it .
friendly staff, good bed. Gideon bible in room. no computer, no phone.
It was convenient bad easy to find. It's really more of an extended stay motel. The walls were painted bright, but the wall patches and holes were not really fixed correctly, just 'muddled' over and painted. It would have been fine at $---/night, but for $---- shoulda stayed at a chain.
Friendly staff Mold in the bathrooms, maintenance guy got yellow paint all over my motorcycle. Not much of an offering for breakfast.
it was great for the money and it was centrally located. It was clean and the staff was very courteous no
ghe staff and room was every thing a great motel should be like we were very pleased the breakfeast was not posted right and had to get what they had left
