The Concorde was a lovely hotel with courteous staff, good food, beautiful/clean pools and nice/sandy beaches. I was very pleased by all accommodations. It was also relatively close to the city of Antalya.
Location and hotel facilities are just perfect , stuff are very helpful it is not a major issues but just small notes , baby cot was not clean , we asked room service to clean the room at 5:30 PM and now one came till second day in morning
A La Carte Restaurants, Food was very good overall. Service by most staff was very good. Swimming pools very nice. Friendly and helpful staff Poor Internet in room, it works for 1 week then packs up. Have been here 4 times and the same happens after a week. Have mentioned this each time but nothing changed!
The staff were fantastic, the level of service was very good, the spa was extremely good and the staff were very professional. A huge variety of activities available to keep children of all ages entertained. It also felt very secure at the hotel.
Food was wery tasty, SPA was exellent, staff was wery polate end helpfull.Concerts on the stage was exellent an every evenening new. Gays from animation team sad to my 18 years old son that all nice girls in hotel are their.
All inclusive did not have to pay for anything. Had several al a carte restaurants. Good selection of food Having to book a la carte restaurants the day before you wanted them. Rooms sometimes not cleaned until late afternoon. Only 1 bottle beer and 1 can of beer in minin bar, plus soft drinks. No spirits or wine. Not good when we don't drink beer.
hotel staff and services. shuttle time table.it was only one service per day and you had tto book.10:30 departure from hotel and 5:00pm return. There were no sightseeing tours for individuals.
food;comfort entertainment poor for quality of hotel
I liked smile of staff, the outdoor areas, garden, restaurants and the buffet. I did not like the mini-bar content which only contained some concentrated juices and beer. Although it was all inclusive, but even the quality of spirits served at the bars and restaurants was not high. I received a seaview room but just opposite to the lifts which was noisy in the morning and was not the best available room I presume.
It was very comfortable and liked the idea of having an all inclusive package, so one didnt need to step out of the hotel. The outdoor layout and pools were lovelyThe spa was a delight.
Staff was super nice. Hotel was clean and service was excellent. There was hairdresser in downstairs, but there was never anybody working.
The service was great, the food was good for an all-in (varied choice), private beach We didn't like the view on a construction site, to many Germans (even the service was done in German, then Turkish), the hotel looks a bit worn. The available information on local activites (in & outside the hotel) was very limited (just a copie of a list).
Food, Friendness of Staff
smiling faces of staff, garden and pools
The staff were fantastic from managers to pool cleaners everyone did their best to make you feel welcome.
Not too close and not so far from the city and airport. Has own sandy beach. Friendly staff. Aqua-sliders for kids.
The all inclusive drinks were 'offered' by waiters regularly. There was ample seating and staff available at all times which I found more relaxing than previous all inclusive hotels. Finishing touches were good by cleaning staff which made facilities seem a little more special One side of building eg- rm 8121 was in the shade most of day and is currently next to building site for huge new hotel.
Entertainment was very good. Hotel staff makes you feel at home. Very friendly atmosphere and food was very good too.
A trip of a life time. Very nice hotel with exceptional facilities. From swimming pools, bars, gardens, restaurants, to the beach and water sports, all were very satisfactory. Food is very good and variant. Only problem is the rooms are a bit too small. We booked a family room (which should be a bedroom with a sitting room, and we got one room, Double bed, extra bed and a couch.
Good 5 star hotel for holiday and relaxation good spa and massage variation of food was good for 5 star hotel and based on price everything was normal and good but manager and staff was horrible We book 2 double rooms for 2 family and request for 2next each other rooms but staff of reception in arrival time was very rude and can"t speak english he give us 2 rooms in 4 and 6 floor that was so discomfort for us and tell us I can"t help you because your booking belonged to www.booking.com , you must book directly from hotel site !!! and after that we saw empty rooms in both of floors . animations was very loose and no funny
Very nice hotel with good activities suitable for all age groups Hotel design, activities, night shows and its swimming pools and beach.
swimming pool is nice ,food and beverages are also good air conditioning is too weak ,sp that you can feel hot
It was my first time at this Hotel. I feel myself in Moskow. Buildings were same size with originals. My room was perfect. In winter weather was perfect. There must be more possibity of foods at lunch and dinner. In winter time this hotel mostly used for meetings. I must learn about meeting programs at this hotel before I stay again. There can be more than one meeting or conferences in this Hotel. I dont like to stay at this this Hotel if there are more meetings. In winter it is not good to go out after you had sauna or hamam. Because all rooms doors are outside.
It was a wonderful place to stay and relax. Hotel stuff so friendly. Very beautiful buildings, just like the facts. Foods are OK but not very delicious.
unclearness of extra fees
Hotel's location is very nice. Both close to Antalya city centre and in a nice beach area. The main dining hall's air circution was awful. Everywhere was smelling food. I needed to change clothes after every meal.
silence and the size of the rooms the twoels and bed sheets were dirty.
bad food/facilities. Dont recommend.
lots of things to drink, do and eat.
not to much the room was good big bed but needs a face lift as its getting old i guess i used to work at the morrison hotel in dublin and very much like boutique hotels. on check out we where not asked had we enjoyed our stay what more can i say i found the hotel to big and to many footbalers staying at hotel it was very inpersonal i found it to be old and tried needs a little face lift last year we stayed at the titanic and it was lovley we went to topkapi place in fact we should have stayed there very nice would not stay at kremlin place again
