Good location. It took a while for the staff in the reception to find my reservation.
I liked the location, and the club lounge. Very friendly staff and very willing to help.
Well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Location is probably the best part. Very convenient for getting around Busan. Price! Terrible value. Having stayed at several other high-end hotels in Busan, I must say that this is the worst value. $40 for mediocre breakfast. $30 for mediocre cheeseburger. $9 for an 8oz can of cola. Absurd. The room was priced appropriately, but that was about it. There are better hotels at a better price point available throughout Busan.
Loved the service and treatment... Upgrade to executive club privilege and enjoy complimentary breakfast (with made to order omelettes) lunch snacks and light dinner... Bottled water and other drinks are also available... Very helpful and very convenient to get to the subway...
Good location, good rooms, especially on the Club Floor levels. a safe choice when visiting Busan
Nice and clean hotel in the center of Busan
The room for the price, and it was ver convieniantly located in the city. I did not like that the Mini-Gilf wasn't open during the summer (Jul-Aug) since that's the best time to play out door sports.
Executive privilege = free breakfast and drinks in happy hour. Lack of drinking water in rooms, you had to pay for it. Even in the cheapest hotels in the area, this is a natural thing.
The staff is flawless and friendly. Nothing.
Beautiful view of ocean. Great appointments in room. Nice places to sit and view the ocean. Helpful staff. Be careful. What appears to be a free breakfast is actually charged to the room and is expensive.
Friendly staff and great room service. Room was not as advertised. Ocean view rooms will come with all the noise from fireworks and local musicians throughout the night... Non smoking rooms will smell of cigarette smoke through the vents.
The location on the beach was outstanding. I didn't try the buffet but it looked really good. A Starbucks was right down the beach. Rooms were a little overpriced for the quality. I never did find the squash court that was advertised on the web site.
The staff are very accomodating and eager to please their guest. Providing the best customer service is priority to the staff from what I can gather. My husband and I had a large corner room that faced the beach and the room and view was absolutely exquisite! The bed was very comfortable and soft, the room was clean and inviting. The hotel also provided breakfast which was top notch and definitely exceeded our expectations. You would never find a hotel that served breakfast like that anywhere in the U.S.!! There are so many good things to say about this hotel, it's hard to list them all.
the room is spacious the ventilation of the room is bad, too hot for heater
The beast Hotel staff I met and great Location .
Good. but if you have a room on the mean street it is very noisy
The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly.
Across street from center of Haeundae Beach. Good views to left and right of beach and islets. A direct ocean view was obscured by another building in front that went to the 12th floor. Staff spoke very little English, but tried to be helpful.
Staffs are very kind and easy to communicate because they can speak Japanese.
The owner/manager tried to be helpful; the lodging is located in an interesting part of the city of Busan. Although he tried to be helpful, the manager was not particularly knowledgeable; the toilet/bath facilities are "basic"; this doubles as a "love hotel" so expect to find a condom supply in the room and other guests coming and going at odd hours.
English TV channels, water and juice in the fridge, sign showing the way in from the main street, good location The fridge was very very loud, had to turn it off in order to sleep. Also, our room was next to the lift, so we didn't hear the lift itself but the chat of the people using it
Great location. After a full day of touring and shopping it was nice to return to hotel, have a dinner at the restaurant in hotel and a very interesting Korean style leg and foot massage at the spa. The bathtub/shower drains onto the bathroom floor. Why do they not extend the tube and insert/attach to the floor drain under the sink as that is where the water is to go eventually?
I like the location of the hotel; I liked the personnel and the services provided.
