I typed in STL and they sent me very far away from the airport. The Hertz desk at the airport did absolutely nothing to help me. They said that I had to go online and call Hertz. It cost $45 each way in an Uber. The electric car charged at 25 mph. It was the worst car renting experience of my life.Opinión del 15 jul 2023

I had a problem with my pick up location. The young woman at the office was unable to help me. She said she was new and did not know the area. I asked her to have the manager call me. I never heard from him.Opinión del 30 may 2023

Easy process. Only issue we had was when we were trying to move our pick up time to earlier the person I spoke with told us he couldn't because Hertz is not open on Sunday and we would have to drop the car off on Monday. We've rented from this location and dropped off before so we just cancelled online and rebooked there as well. Not sure what that person was looking at, but had no issues dropping off yesterday.Opinión del 22 may 2023

The service was so fast in St. Louis. They put other branches to shame. I travel weekly and I’ve never been dealt with as fast. The manager’s special deal was super cheap compared to usual prices. Great rental.Opinión del 10 may 2023

The pickup location was wrong. It was not at the airport. Had to take a Lyft to get the car and pay to drop off at a different location (Lambert airport). Staff at both places very harried and insisted I made the booking wrong.Opinión del 10 abr 2023

When I arrived to pick up my reserved car I was told it was canceled and wascalled and left voice message. But I didn't get any voice messages or any cancelation emails. Because of this all my plans changed, I had to pay almost double price to rent car from different place.Opinión del 15 mar 2023
