We ordered what we thought was a minivan but we ended up with a Jeep Willy’s. It was great for the NC Mountainous terrain but both me and my wife had to literally climb in. My wife, all 5’2 needed a boost to get into the seat and me, a 73 year old overweight man also literally had to pull myself up into the seat.Opinión del 10 jul 2023

We had to wait over an hour to actually get our car (appointment was at 3, we arrived at 2:55, no one was there and then they had no cars available). Got a minivan instead of the sedan we requested.Opinión del 4 sept 2022

This site reserved me a rental and took part of payment even though actual rental location was out of cars. I got charged but was stranded without a vehicle. Won't use this site again nor will I encourage others tooOpinión del 19 ene 2022

The man that handled the rental was nice and professional but was put in a horrible position by having no help and was taking about 20 minutes with each client and there was a long line. Seemed that most of the passengers from my flight rented planes. It was a very long exhausting wait in line. There was no one there to show you how to even use the vehicle or do a walk around.Opinión del 10 ago 2021

Ventajas:Staff in Asheville was terrible. They ended up giving us the wrong car and we only found it out when we dropped it off in Jacksonville. Staff in Jacksonville as almost as bad. The car was also not cleaned before. Someone's old coke can was left in the car.Desventajas:Whatever you do, make sure you get a PAPER contract when you pick up your car. They said we didn't need one in Asheville and they just emailed it to us, but once we got to Jacksonville, Hertz acted like we should have had one and they treated us as if we were the problem with it not being there.Opinión del 9 may 2021
