Ventajas: Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay.

Desventajas: Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state.

Ventajas: I got me there and back

Desventajas: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Ventajas: Reasonably comfortable seat

Desventajas: Usually your food is excellent, but our chicken was pretty dry this time. Loved having several options for meals and delicious Peruvian beverage choices. Overall, a great trip...

Desventajas: Full hour to drop our bags at ticketing. Otherwise great.

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Ventajas: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Desventajas: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Desventajas: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Desventajas: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Ventajas: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Desventajas: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Ventajas: Food OK, seating OK, crew professional.

Desventajas: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Ventajas: The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous.

Ventajas: The movies and outlets for charging things

Desventajas: Don’t allow screaming babies/kids on the flight next time

Ventajas: Crew was amazing

Desventajas: Waiting area before boarding was really hot, if you can’t afford air conditioning then maybe electric fans!!

Ventajas: Crew was very nice and no surprises while boarding at the gate

Desventajas: You had to pay for snacks or water

Desventajas: Other passengers not respecting the crews instructions.....

Desventajas: Honestly nothing needed improvement/ it was a really good experience!

Desventajas: I don’t understand why we had to pay for checked bags. Second, we paid for advanced assignment of 4 seats (middle) to travel together, but one person ended up getting separated; it does not make sense

Desventajas: Seat assignment. Others, besides myself and my husband, were not seated together, and in our case at opposite side of the plane, but, even though the flight was full, there was no reason for that that I could see (some solo passengers were seated next to a member of a split couple/family).

Ventajas: Comfortable seating

Desventajas: There were no options for food and I don’t like their only option so I did not eat

Desventajas: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Desventajas: Make sure you have a ticket with a selected seat or else they will not let you board, they overbook flights very often!

Desventajas: Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever.

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Desventajas: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Desventajas: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Ventajas: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member
