Towels and beddings are dirty

The views from this resort are absolutely amazing and surely the highlight of the stay in my experience. The large infinity pools were great to have and definately one of the best spots to take in the views and sounds of the balinese jungles. The property is huge but provided wonderful scenery throughout the walks to the lobby, the spa, restaurants and pools. The spa is spectacular and is well immersed into the natural environment around you.

The first thing we noticed were the bugs in the rooms of this resort. The rooms were clean however we noticed there were many creeks and openings for insects and bugs to crawl and fly in. The first night we had to call room services to remove dozens and dozes of insects all over the floors and fixtures of the washroom and living room areas. We stayed at another resort 5-10 minutes down the road and we didn’t see any bugs or insects the entire duration of our stay there. Also the staff were kind and respectful however at the other resort we had stayed at, we were easily able to differentiate excellent service and good service. I.e often called room service to order food and was passed onto 2-3 different people asking the same questions. Room service we found would typically take 30-50 minutes to deliver food. It was nice to provide 2 Tv’s in the room however we found not to have clear picture on either one. At the other resort we stayed in, it was a treat to have apple tv and large flatscreen to allow us to watch a movie of our choice (netflix) in the beautiful villa enjoying room service.
