We spent just 1 night and did not have time to use all facilites. But, for the little time we were there, everything was perfect: super comfy bed, nice large room, super quiet, good breakfast, really nice and helpful staff (now I know some coffee machines in the room have a power on/off button - do not blame the sockets :) ), nice piano music at the bar.
This is an improvement feed-back. I really love the small goodies in the bathroom and at the room coffee/ tea bar. I do not think the solution is for the hotels to stop providing them. But I would love to see all hotels making the effort to offer them in sustainable packaging: paper, glass or package free. Please, no more plastic!!!
