Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Central

El recepcionista era muy grosero y parecía racista. Es realmente incómodo para un estudiante afroamericano. No es un lugar seguro. Me alojé en la habitación 230. El servicio de limpieza no cambió las sábanas en los cuatro días que me alojé. El microondas y la televisión no podían funcionar al mismo tiempo. El televisor tenía que apagarse para poder utilizar el microondas. Había daños en el baño. Estaba en una habitación para no fumadores pero la habitación olía a cigarrillos.

Me gustó la ubicación de esto, además del hecho de que tenía acceso al aparcamiento, que cuesta $15.00 por día.

El cable para nuestra televisión no funcionaba, la televisión no se encendía a veces, un empleado tenía que venir a mi habitación para intentar arreglarlo y estuvo en nuestra habitación 20 minutos, y la gente de los hoteles de al lado suena como si estuviera justo al lado. Estas paredes deben ser muy baratas, es una zona muy ruidosa, así que no recomiendo esta zona si planeas dormir bien por la noche.

No me sentí segura La primera noche la gente estaba llamando a mi puerta toda la noche ¿por qué? Lo más probable es que fueran las prostitutas o drogadictos el primer día cuando regresaban a mi habitación.

THIS PLACE HAS BEDBUGS!

Absolutely NOTHING. From The moment I arrived to check in until the time I departed the next day there was absolutely nothing at all that was even resembling a shred of accountability, courtesy, or customer service.

This hotel has a problem with a rampant infestation of bedbugs. After only having been in the room for a a couple of hours total I was bitten in several different spots on my body. In the process I managed to actually catch one of the insects and promptly bagged it up in a small, clear, unused garbage bag. I immediately tied the bag shut and took the specimen down to the front office to register a complaint and seek some sort of explanation or at least an apology. Instead I was met with resistance. And, finally they claimed that there wasn't anything that they were going to do about the situation. Having had my luggage in the room and wanting to return home that day I was left with the chore of having to re-wash all of my clothes and treat my small rolling suitcase by having it put away in a cold storage for the next three days. This was costly and time consuming. Not to mention infuriating. That the staff at this hotel is fully aware of the problem and does NOTHING to abate the issue is not just concerning it should quite simply be illegal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for any reason. Anyone looking to spend a night in San Francisco will be better served to look elsewhere.

El personal era grosero. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y lo reporté. Prometieron no cobrar por el aparcamiento para compensar, y luego me cobraron de todos modos. Fue una experiencia super decepcionante y, en general, mala. Por el precio, pensaría que te descontarían la mitad.

Nunca más.

Nada.

Recepcionista grosero. Habitación sucia. Música jugó la mitad de la noche. Mala experiencia.

Sadly, I think the best thing was the bread and butter at the continental breakfast. The room was very small for a deluxe double room and we didn't have electricity the whole night.

Basically, the whole experience was a disappointment. There wasn't much that I liked.

It was an end unit.

The vending machines were broken.

Situated close to the Bart Station stop and to Castro. It's cheap in the weekdays. The room is a very apartment, autonomy entrance, and inside it has everything as if you had to live there for months. For that price I was expecting less !

The only bad thing is in common with all the other hotels of San Francisco (and Usa I guess): if you wan to pay cash, you have to leave an extra (100dollars in this case) that you'll have back the day you check out. For the rest, you might hear some voices or walking from the stairs above, but not to much, it happens everywere, and it's not the nightmare described by many guests.

Leaving the hotel for another in the city was the best part of our unfortunate experience.

I didn't like everything about my stay here. The staff were neither friendly, nor were they knowledgeable about the area. And they were dismally short handed. I went down to the front desk at 9pm, and found a "Back in 5 Minutes" sign, hand written, taped to the window. very unprofessional and not worth anywhere close to the money we spent.

Hot shower. Clean sheets. Convenient location.

Poder comunicarnos en español con la joven que acomodaba las cosas para el desayuno. Realmente muy simpática y agradable.

que no cuente con un espacio fìsico tomar el desayuno, hasta los hosteles lo tienen.

Es un motel de carretera situado en el centro de la ciudad. Si vas a visitar SF con coche, es una alternativa barata e interesante. Eso sí no os asusteis de la gente que purula por la zona por la noche

It was a very poor experience. However, the room appeared clean and that is a basic need.

I was charged for phone calls that I did not do!!! I could not complain because the manager was not there and I had to leave

Me han cobrado la estancia del hotel en mi cuenta antes de hacer el check out de la habitación cuando había avisado que lo pagaba en efectivo. Estoy a la espera de la devolución integra.
