Tha staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, big enough, equipped with kettle, cups, coffee and tea. The beds and pillow were very soft. The room is heated with a in-wall system, pretty convenient. Breakfast is complete, with many options, meats and fruits. In one evening, we even had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and we had a lot of options to choose from, mostly on dessert. Even the hotel's bar has a lot of options, to enjoy your evenings/nights.
The hotel is located back to back with the domestic flights Reykjavik Airport, but to get to the airport (which we needed to in our last day of staying here) you need to walk 2 km, going around the hotel building, the Icelandair offices and the airport fences.

The quality of the food wasn’t quite good. It can be improved a lot! The receptionist looked annoyed. The first interaction with the client is at the reception, aspect to not be underestimated.
