FERGUS Style Tobago

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were received by Edu in the most welcoming way, with our room cards and wifi credentials ready and two glasses of champagne. And this is really how much service we got to experience our entire stay. Any request or question is handled in the most professional way by Sonia, Said, Edo at the reception and the security Paolo. Definitely high customer standard. Also, the guests are mostly decent (not like in the surrounding hotels). The location couldn't be more perfect. You've got the more quiet beach side (right infront of your nose basically) with lots of restaurants and shopping options and then you've got the other side (magaluf) if you choose to party and prefer the more crowded area. The restaurant at the hotel was so good that we actually never ate outside, so I highly recommend either half-board or even all inclusive. You definitely won't regret it. There are two really nice bars, one of them being on the 8th floor (skybar) with a pool. Even the entertainment at the hotel is good-during our stay there were a couple of pretty great singers (Eduardo was absolutely amazing). In and around the hotel are plenty of activity options, jet skis right infront of the hotel or bicycles that can be rented at the hotel directly. To sum it up, we had an amazing stay. If we had to name a negative thing, it would be about the guests next door to us. When they made noise and screamed around, security guard Paolo resolved the matter within minutes. The hotels personnel is well aware of their guests and misbehavior is not tolerated which I personally highly appreciated. Chapeau to the Management! Thank you for this wonderful stay!
