Staff friendly. Good d room. Central to everything. An odd time (Coronavirus) so maybe few things little odd. Overall ok. Good view.
Windows. Good blackout curtain but old style metal windows with “secondary” glazing. Was v draughty and kinda noisy (industrial air extraction from building every 20m or so and Piccadilly Gardens “street workers”) which I hadn’t expected at all.

It’s really nice, I feel the rooms look a bit outdated! The breakfast was really nice and the staff are really friendly!

No desayunamos en el hotel. La ubicación, para nuestros propósitos, era excelente, inmejorable.
El hotel es enorme y algo vetusto, en cuanto a elementos de baño, puertas y ventanas y las odiosas y sempiternas moquetas inglesas. Y el personal es entre raruno y antipatiquito. Pero vamos, nada que te sorprenda en ese país.
