Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown

The friendliest reception staff. On arrival we were offered a room higher up with better views and two drinks at the bar whilst we waited..great service!

There werent enough loungers next to the pool due to cabanas either being blocked off or booked

It's a nice enough hotel in Southern downtown, so it's a little bit further away from everything than most other hotels. The location is still good. It's nicely designed and the room was very clean. Most things are already included in the room fee.

The lobby tends to get crowded and loud. Some staff members were unfriendly and made an already stressful situation even worse (while their manager solved the problem in under 5 seconds).
