The hotel is well situated if the trip is for business as it is near the industrial zone and the airport and fine dining within walking distance. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. Another advantage is the sports club within the facility with the only drawback that some noisy parties are held on weekends and with difficulty to find parking.
the internet didn't work, and my tv would turn on and off by itself. seems to have a very uncoordinated front desk. I paid for the hotel online ahead of time and when I arrived they charged my credit card again; then when I checked out, they gave me a different guest's bill, which I didn't realize until later.
Hotel was located in a good part of Saltillo, Staff was helpful and always willing to accomadate yor request and needs. Construction made it almost impossible to access and with StarBucks located next door getting in and out was sometimes very difficult. Ceilings leaked very bad when it rained, I was in Room 219, also the key entry lock kept malfunctioning.
it is really very well located if you are going downtown or to industrial parks , halfway between both areas, nice restaurant with piano music in the morning relaxes you
Staff & food.
Indoor poolFresh squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit for breakfast (I loved that)Clean roomExcellent service The hot tub water temperature was colder than the heated pool water
Room was nice size Staff members are rude. WIFI doesn't work. They don't tell which breakfast items are free until you get it and they charge you for it.
Nothing that really pops into mind. Room smelled like someone had smoked. Staff were rude. Breakfast was confusing when it came about deciding if it part of the breakfast deal or an additional fee. No WiFI whatsoever on any room or the lobby.
